He was so friendly and explained things really well and was very honest about the process and pricing and didnt charge extra to do white on a colored shirt like other companies did. Great shirts but we had a few mishaps along the way but they were quick to make it right! 1) The mens mediums didnt show up with the shirt order so we had to wait another week to get those. 2) They didnt quality check before giving us the order. We ordered softball jerseys with last names and numbers on the back and 2 shirts showed up with numbers only and no names but they were able to have them done the following day.
