Wonderful staff! Veronica was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find the right products for my color correction and explained WHY they were the best options. Very different experience than I generally have at other Sally stores.

Heads up: if you have a product with nasty reviews on your website stating it causes hair to fall out and break, dont let your store clerks recommend it. I used the. BTZ Color remover after a clerk recommended it, and my hair is snapping off left and right, and it hardly removed the color.

Sally’s is great, especially the staff, gabby in particular! Gabby was kind enough to help me find the right products that could tame my crazy hair, she patiently explained the best way to apply and use the products and different methods that may help, absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and kind, I will definitely return all because of the wonderful experience she provided! Thank you!

Kicking myself for not catching the name of the sweet employee who saw me walk in on crutches and in a boot, followed/led me around the store making suggestions, answering questions, and literally carrying my merchandise for me, and then walked me to my car so she could put the bag away for me. She even opened doors for me and offered to help me put my crutch away. Not only was she knowledgable and professional about the products in her store (without being overbearing-she was happy to have left me alone had I wanted that) but she was also someone who gave me a little extra faith in humanity. THANK YOU SO MUCH!Update: I have had very positive experiences shopping at this store when I have not been broken as well. Great location!

Called ahead of time to ask if they had a certain product that I needed and the girl that answered was nice and helpful. Went in and was able to get what I needed and also ask some questions. The store manager was nice and friendly and able to help me. She recommend other products that I ended up buying and loving. I will be coming to this location from now on.

I had come to this location at 8:54 PM tonight which I hate doing cause I know what its like to just want to hurry and close up and go home but stuff happens and I couldnt help getting there 6 min before they close as I just needed to grab one thing which I knew exactly what and where it is I didnt think it would be that big a deal but went I went to open the doors they were already locked! And there were no workers to be seen but when I went to my car and checked my phone to make sure I had the right time it closed I noticed that once 9pm did pass I saw a worker come out from the back! So basically they closed early and just hid in the back till the store actually did close I think from now on Ill take my business to a place that closes when they are supposed to

I came back to exchange un used hair dye. But I had gotten 30% off on them because of my points. Turns out she didn’t want to add the 30% to the ones I was getting and She’s the “manager” and refused to give back the ones I was bringing in to exchange. What the hell??????? How is this lady the manager??? What a complete rude person. She made me leave with nothing because she REFUSED to give me what I paid for and decided to give my money back instead. That makes ZERO sense.

Great store! Sometimes the attendants are not totally knowledgeable. But they do a good job of helping find the right stuff! Everyone is human.

Ive been having troubles for years finding the right shampoo, I walked into the store after I was told about it. There was one worker there that was kind. I told her my troubles and she lead me right to a Tea tree oil Shampoo and it was the best decision ever. She was even kind enough to help me with makeup options. I wish I knew the ladies name so I can thank her.

Walked in there another day for new shampoo and no one wanted to help me except Lauryn. Even the store manager didnt care, I was shocked. Thank you for turning my experience around, you were awesome!!

The ONLY reason Im giving 2 stars is because of the good selection from color to makeup to nail supplies. However, the customer service is terrible! The 2 girls working today were so rude and extremely put out by our mere presence in the store! After reading prior reviews, I am baffled as to why it seems corporate does nothing to improve the situation- even management seems to be a problem.

I was in there today and two other employees were towards the back of the store. They were talking back and forth about another co-worker. They were bashing this coworker about how shes not working weekends and on top of it they trashed their manager for hiring the girl. I was feet from these young ladies while trying to pick out hair color and not once did they acknowledge me. I actually approached them to ask them a question about a new hair color line and I was ignoredThe girl was actually put out she had to ring me up. The bad costumer service, the disrespect and awfulness portrayed by these young ladies need to be addressed. 15 years I have been going to Sallys, with my professional license and I will take my business elsewhere.

I just wanted to let you know that the girl that is opening at this location today she was really rude to me, she didn’t even say hi went I say good morning, she was with this angry face. Not professional at all, I guess I made her mad because I was 3min. Earlier (8:57)

These Sally gives the chain a HORRIBLE name. The hours posted on the door show that they are open at 11. Its 1130 right now and no one is here. Every time I shop here the employees act like they are put out by me asking questions or ringing me up. This place is so horrible.
