I’ve been dealing with arthritis for eight years now, and I figured it was finally Time to reevaluate my mattress. I went to the store a couple weeks ago and Mike was there to greet me. we talked about a couple different options and found a few. We ran into some issues with the availability of some of them and I just kind of thought it was that. Flash forward to a couple days later and Mike who had been keeping me updated and a genuinely tried to help my situation reached out and let me know that they had one of their mattresses in stock. They’ll make sure you get the bed that’s best for you.The only thing that didn’t go quite right was we were told we purchased a medium firm mattress, but picked up a plush. The plush still feels pretty good and it’s my own fault for not verifying. Can’t complain for the price we got. Since we purchased one that had been returned within the comfort guarantee time and with the virus happening, it was my understanding we couldn’t return or swap. I’m not unhappy or upset, just wish I would’ve looked at the bed tag.

Awesome service! There was no push to buy the mattress the same day, but I did anyway on a payment plan! I wanted an awesome base to lift my head and feet at will, but it wouldnt work for the bed frame I had. So we were able to compromise with the Seely cooling mattress and a 5 base! Im excited to start sleeping in my new bed!!

They have a good return policy, the first bed we picked felt good at first but by morning we both would have some neck and back pain. We gave it a month and it didnt get better so we let them know we tried different ones and the one we liked the most was more but the manager took good care of us. They sent there people out and swapped the mattress, very happy with the new bed.
