Went into store to pick up online order. No associate would assist me, so I went to my car to try curbside pickup. Item missing from online order. Called customer service and was told they could not help me, but to go into the store for help. Went into store to seek remedy. Was told I had to stand in this check out line while at the same time talking to the associate at the far cash register, rather than talking face-to-face. All around horrible experience.

Now there is one young lady tattoos, dark colored braids down here back, braces and lighter skinned who works here her name was a little difficult to pronounce but she is just the sweetest kindest young thing you could ever meet I know i was taking forever driving her crazy but she just kept the biggest smile on her face ( which i loved) and talked to me like if i was her grandmother! it was a lovely conversation! On her i would give 5 stars !

Love their mens clothes selection. Often you can find great sales. Value prop is excellent.

Went here for mens shoes... even though there is only 1 row of dress shoes compared to the 12+ the womens do only about 30% of inventory was there needless to say didnt find anything, did find 1 shirt i liked in my size, S when there is 10x of every shirt in XL then went to go check out 8 people in line 1 register, noon on a Wednesday.Just a reminder why i do my shopping online, goodbye JC Pennys

I wish there was a lower amount of stars because they would surely get it. I went into jcp to do a simple exchange of two t-shirts for two in a different size and color. I was treated like a criminal. Same price but different brand. Against jcp rules. I asked them outright if they could see why they were going out of business. Me and maybe 2 other customers in store. Wont see this woman again.

It’s no wonder Sephora is pulling out of JC Penny, the service is HORRIBLE! Also, they should honor EXCHANGES, not a return, for Sephora up until the store is ACTUALLY gone. So disappointed in a store that I used to love! Never shopping there again!

They dont open till 11. The place was deserted, few customers and employees. Clearance signs everywhere and really messy racks. Im sure theyre going out of business. Sad 😥! It used to be a great store.

Terrible selection of Drapes and certain rods. The sales lady said...its because everyone is shopping online...well what is the purpose of having this store or this department here us you want me to shop online? I been stuck in the house for a year and shopping online is not my thing I need to see feel touch and admire the product in person, sorry call me old-school..but that was sad.

Went to purchase jewelry for my wedding. It was an AMAZING experience with Ryan. She was very knowledgeable and kind! She made sure I was happy with all of the pieces of jewelry and even made suggestions on the length of the necklace and moved the pendent to the other sizes so that I knew exactly what I wanted.

I love JCPenney at the District! It is clean & organized & I can find everything Im looking for, easily. Their prices & quality of clothing, bedding, shoes etc.are great! Their sales prices are fantastic too. I purchased a cute sweater on sale for $9.00!!! I love that Sephora is there too as they have wonderful cosmetics & perfumes whose associates are very helpful & knowledgeable!

Their curb side yesterday was awful and when we finally got someone to help 20 minutes later, they were so rude. Just be kind and I probably wont mind waiting a bit!After we got our order and drove away I realized they had brought out the wrong order! I forgot my one rule.... ALWAYS check the bag before driving away! I was so caught off guard with the employee shoving her device in my face that I just forgot to check.So today I have to take time to go back to the store and return someone elses item and hopefully get what I actually ordered.

I felt uncomfortable shopping. Im not sure why, but I felt like I wasnt perceived as a potential customer, more like a potential thief. Its not an unusual experience here in Utah Im sadly learning more and more.

I went to J.C. Penneys for shows. I purchased a pair of casual shoes which were on sale. They have a good selection of clothing Ive noticed.

Good prices, but not much of a selection

Even though they did have great deals and nice attire, the customer service was very poor. We were ignored the entire time in there. The jeweler was short with her answers and did not ask to show us any of the jewelry. When it was time for closing, they did not give a 15 minute warning (lost track of time trying to search for thing on my own). Then when the closing time came, they announced they were closed and shut off all lights without warning. The only nice person in the store was the cashier when we found our way to check out in the dark. Very disappointing and will not return. I can find the same quality and same deals at a store that cares about their customers.

There was no that many people in the store on a Monday. I have always liked the quality and the different Varieties of goods Jcpenney carries the only down side is their checkers were slow which was quite annoying. The store is clean and organized and provided sanitizer throughout the store.

They always have amazing deals going on during this time of year. I wish they carried the gift packs for perfume. Its not great on being wheelchair accessible through the store with clothing racks to close together sometimes. The jewelry is affordable something for every price range. The clothes are up to date and customer service is friendly. They do seemed short staffed especially in the jewelry department. Only have one associate and had to wait to be helped. The women in make up where great at knowing their products. Excited to try some of the new products I got. If you are in the area I recommend to stop by

For the last month jcpenneys has been doing the final take clearance and it had been awesome. Quality clothing at bargain store prices. I now have so many clothes that I cant decide what to wear. And some really cute shoes and boots that will last longer than most after market brands. If i could just have gotten my rewards i would be very happy but none knew how to fix it. So all that money and no rewards. Still was a great deal and a good time.

People were friendly. Not much to buy. Very few petite clothing selection s. Not worth taking the time to shop there.

Found what we needed. Levi pants were buy one get one half off which is disappointing because there was only one pair that fit well. So it really wasnt a sale. We bought some blouses. There were some cute blouses brand A.N.A. But the 2x size were too short. When they make larger tops they should also make them longer.Now they have a thrift section where they sale used clothes. That was different. I wonder where their buyer gets them?The sales clerks are nice.

I went in needing a nice sport coat and all that goes with for a semi formal dinner. I had no clue what to purchase. I was greeted by Colleen and explained my needs. She was fantastic and helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. They had some great deals as well. Because of the customer service I received JCP will get all my future business.

I mean its JCPenney... You know what youre getting yourself into.

The only staff we could find at the District location were the cashiers and they could not answer questions about stock because the lines were too long. Also, the check stands at the front of the store really do need a sign to say The line starts here so you know you cant just pick one of the 3 open check stands to wait in line.

I got a 30% off coupon that I was excited to use after not coming to the store for several months. I showed up after 10 AM on a Saturday at the store was closed. Google hours said it was open and was not. Set of the beds to eat my Chick-fil-A and watch several cars come and go thinking the store is open as well. Too bad l guess I will go to target

I love this place, did all my back to school shopping all in one stop. Everything from shoes, socks, clothing, backpacks, lunch boxes. To cologne, deodorant, lotion. Even cookware to prepare my kids lunches. Bundled all into one stop. They had plenty of cashiers open so it was fast checking out. Then they surprised me with a 50% off coupon for using my JCPenney card!!! Definitely the place to shop.

This JCPenney has a Sephora store within it which will no doubt makes this a destination for many women. I go to this store when I am shopping for mens casual and dress shirts as they often have good sales and a variety of styles and sizes. They carry Levis, Nike, and Adidas in clothing and shoes and often have great prices on their clearance racks. There is also a jewelry department where you can buy a watch battery as well as have it installed for you.

Almost empty, and personnel to assist were difficult to come by so we left w/out buying anything

We like JCPenneys because they have a variety of tall sizes.

They have a great selection of jewelry, clothing, house decor, etc. However, their staff can be condescending and rude. I have been here a few times and always had mixed interactions. They have a hard time admitting when they are wrong. If something is clearly stated on their signs and/advertisement and it had to do with adding more than one percent off they will claim a miss print.

I really liked jcpenney for toys, bedding, and shoes. Had to return something, was in and pretty quick.

I brought my 3 boys for some summer clothes shopping and I was really dreading it, but they had everything my boys were looking for and all in the sizes they needed. I was very pleased with the price and selection. We will definitely be back.

This place is great if youre a fat guy. Literally it is impossible for me to find clothes anywhere but JCPenney, or online. I feel comfortable going here, its not packed, and its definitely not awkward. I feel like everywhere else I go its awkward, trendy, and non accommodating to those of us that have to be a little overweight. this place is always having cells and makes you feel like youre winning instead of losing.

Like it better than the valley fair mall one. Its cleaner and organized

The store was clean and I always find clothing that fits well and is stylish. I have always been impressed with their products. They stand behind their products even if it happens to be a low priced item.

Always come over here to shop for clothes. Lots of great brands to choose from! With bring a member, the more you spend, the more coupons theyll send you! Most coupons arent for name brands such as Levis, Vans, Nike, etc. But theres lots of other awesome brands like Izod and St Johns Bay (this is going off the mens selection, not too sure what brands are for women besides Lees). You can get some furniture and kitchen appliances as well there!

This store is always pretty classy, but my heavens, I can not for the life of me find any pants sized smaller than 34. Ive bought dress shirts, suit jackets, and a swimsuit from here, but if you even consider cardio, your waist size is not there.

I went in a few days ago to try and find a jacket that matched an outfit I had picked out for my daughter for our family pictures. The girl that helped me at the register (I think the name she wrote on the receipt was Nichelle) was so nice and helpful. Ive had some pretty crappy experiences at JCPenney and this was not one of them! If there is any recognition she can be given, she was great. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Christian & Autumn were very helpful and extremely friendly. It was a pleasure shopping here. We had a return and it went smooth. After shopping for some items we checked out 15 minutes before closing but our cashier was still pleasant and even explained a pricing issue and then offered a great solution.

I had to get business photos for work. The young lady at the photo center was very nice and made the experience pleasant.

My son wanted some new pants. They have a nice selection. The clerks were cordial. My son is picky and ended up buying two pairs of Levis....success.

I work here...so Im here about every other day if not more. I personally love our store. Im a window coverings specialist if you ever need help with window coverings.

This store is well maintained and clean. Its close to a lot of other shops and restaurants - which makes it a nice place to shop. They have a fairly decent portrait studio we use often where weve had good results.

This store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a little hard to find workers on the sales floor, but thats kind of the norm in retail stores these days. I love that they carry Large & Tall sizes!

I am highly disappointed with this store, especially the “store manager “ Dana . I over heard her a couple weeks ago talking politics in the store bashing on our president. She is obviously obligated to her opinion, but should not be talked about on the clock in front of customers. The employees on the floor seemed as if the would rather be at home, some on their phones instead of cleaning up the store or helping customers! Hope next time I’m in it would be a better experience and have way more help .

I am a size XXL and a tall guy. Apparently its hard for other clothes stores to provide XXL clothes but JCP has big and tall options for me. Very inclusive, friendly staff and no end on stylish clothes for great prices. ❤👍
