We go here almost weekly! We love beans but lately it has been less than great. They consistently had out cold food. Otherwise not a bad place!

Staff are so nice and coffee is amazing every time I come here. But Im leaving this review because Im very surprised at the quality of the sandwiches here. Theyre like... real! Not some fast food reheated Starbucks sandwich. Bravo, guys!

One of the baristas looked me directly in the eyes and told me the exact date, time, and location of my death. It terrified me to my core. Would recommend!

I am an area manager for Cricket and I had to have a sales associate cover my shift because I was sick. I called beans n brews to have them make a coffee for her to say thank you. Carlos answered my call and I explained to him what was going on & asked if I could pay over the phone and she could grab it. Well not only did he offer to do this he offered to deliver it to her personally and take care of it! Being in the customer service business myself I know things can get hectic and crazy and for him to offer that is beyond exceptional! Thank you so much Carlos I definitely will be paying it forward! I never thought I would have to write a bad review about a Beans and Brew ever in my lifetimeI found out this one is horribleWorst customer service everCan you get food out on time Eric Stratfield you should be ashamed of your employees 😑 😒 waiting in my car for 20 min before I when in and ask where my food was and the girl was not even dress right for work and she say she would get it started and ask for manager and he could not even tell the truth about my order you all have more employees working then others beans and Brew and still can get a customer order ✔

I am a regular at beans and brews. Its really one of my favorite coffee houses. However, every time I go to this location, its been bad. I dont understand and Ive given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions. Because, lets be honest, it could just be the time of day. The coffee drinks are always terrible. Like water downed mop water on some occasions. I am so disappointed.

Dont sit inside. Constant gossiping between co workers. One even had a soccer ball that he was kicking around the whole time. Coffee flavor was weak compared to similar coffee shops.

I’m a regular customer at this location and was really excited to find out there was a beans and brews close to me. However, they never seem to get my chai latte right. This is the 7th time in 2 months where they’ve gotten it wrong. When I can taste the chai, it’s not blended correctly. I’m extremely disappointed in this location. My husband brought me a coffee for Mother’s Day today and of course, there’s no chai in it and they don’t give receipts you have to specifically ask for one. Way to ruin my coffee on Mother’s Day beans and brews. I’ll have to start going to Starbucks.

My latte wasnt foamed at all and was much heavier than a regular one. Im pretty sure they got my order wrong but the cashier confirmed it was an oat milk latte 🤷

Order a 24oz payed for a 24oz got a 12oz im very angry at this beans and drews

Every other time I have been to this location, service has been great! Today the lady working the drive thru window really struggled with my order...regardless I still love Beans & Brews & the convenience of the drive thru!!!!

I paid $5 for what tasted like a cup of warm milk. If you get anything other than a Mr. B, this place isn’t worth it.

Overpriced for low quality coffee. This location has horrible customer service. App payment system is inconvenient and doesnt update unless you refresh it manually.

Went through driveway tonight about 7:30 after I got home and was able to see into my drink as I was about done with my iced latte I looked in the cup and there was a fly floating at the top. Absolutely disgusting.

Good quality coffee every time. Just wish they were open later, I often find myself looking for good coffee around 10 or 11pm to avail.

This is my first time coming to this location and I will be back! The lady helping me was so nice! I got the Lemon Chiffon Frozen Lemonade and oh my gosh it is so good! This could be dangerous because I already want to go get another one. I got my kids the strawberry frozen lemonade and my 5 year old let me know that he and his sister were “really enjoying their drink!”

Best coffee shop out of all the ones Ive been to. Service is great, coffee is great. I dont mind taking a trip to South Jordan for a iced Caramel Cielo

Love this location! One time the rewards scanner wasn’t working when I had enough points for my free drink...I was expecting to just pay for the drink, but they honored it anyway! Great customer service!

I had a coupon for a free drink and as the girl was checking me out she kept saying that they hadn’t been working. I was gearing up to be real annoyed but she honored it for me anyways without me having to say anything. That is real customer service folks! Also, great coffee. I also had a sandwich and sat in the lobby to do some reading. Great way to start the day.

Cody at the drive thu speaker seemed super nice. It made my day. The girl at the window was friendly also. Food was good, too.

Every time I go to this location to get a sandwich they are terrible. The first time I got a b thin and the egg had to have been weeks expired because it was rock solid after being cooked. But I gave them another chance and this time the bread was so burnt that I had to take off most of the bread. Super sad.

Terrible customer service at this location! The window staff were not wearing masks or gloves. I was overcharged for my order, then treated terribly because I mentioned it. The girl in the window was rude to me, and to the staff inside. I do not recommend this location!!

Went in friday Sept 20th, 2019 8n the morning. About 9am. Saw they had waffles. Asked how big and how many. They were small (especially for $4), but she said there were 2. It came with one. They did not correct my experience, would not offer me a refund or give me another. Nothing to make it right. My first and last time ever going there.

Gaby and Beans are two of the best Baristas you could have. Theyre amazing. I keep coming back to this location for that reason. Your crew here is great.

I LOVE B&B and this is my favorite location. I work from home and its nice to get out of the house some days. I meet a co-worker for coffee here and we will sit and work/chat. Its very roomy and open and just a great vibe.

This is my first date spot. Public, quiet, great drinks and treats... Plus it is right across the street from my apartment, which is super convenient!Plus, my teenagers love to walk over and get their favorite drinks!Such a nice little neighborhood spot!

Not my favorite coffee chain. Ever since they got the new espresso machines it seems like it has become company policy to change the espresso to milk ratio. Most of my drinks I get end up tasting and looking a lot like milk. I dont think it is this locations fault, but the fault of the company.The staff here are always very nice and their ice coffee is good.

Beans and Brews is my go to place.

Ive never been a huge fan of beans & brew but its conveniently located and sometimes I pop in and grab a coffee. The last few times Ive gone my esspresso has been but extremely bad and are dead by the time theyre in my drink. I definitely wouldnt recommend going here if you actually like the taste of coffee.

Delicious coffee house for tea and coffee lovers. They make an amazing chaicicle. Hubby loves the espresso floats. Speedy service and convenient drive thru. Lots of room to relax, socialize, or work inside.

The baristas are all amazing, they make your drink as ordered, I even have my own drink. Its awesome. Great place, great attitudes, great people

I live with a Barista/Manager of a coffee shop (10+years experience) so I know what the drinks are supposed to look like and taste like. And when I ordered a Mochaccino or a late I know there is supposed to be milk foam or whipped cream and every other time I order the drinks are just flat, taste good stil, but are flat and missing that extra texture or flavor that they are supposed to have. So I would recommend re training the employees or at the very least testing them once a month or so to make sure they know how to make the drinks properly

We love having coffee there. The peppermint mocha has a very good blend of peppermint and coffee. The coffee is very good

Its a hit or miss. You can tell the quality is going downhill. The first few months the service and quality was excellent but the last few weeks its been a horrible experience. Order a MR. Bs and you get a different taste depending on the day.

This place is great. I go here 2-3 times a week and its always consistant.

By far the worst beans I have been too, sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, the least they can do is get my order right. My whole order drink and sandwich were completely wrong. It isn’t about how slow they were, but the fact that they got my order compete wrong after I told them my correct order, after messing it up the first time. Extremely extremely disappointed, will be 100% going to a different location.

Always a great place for coffee, tea, chai and hot cocoa. Try the espresso float on a hot day!

So I went to this location on September 20th during my lunch and bought a B cheesy. I am still getting charges from it Im up to 10 and its costing me 22.96. The guy told me he voided them but why is it still charging me. Kind of making me mad

Asked for dark roast with lots of honey and he only gave me a little squirt of it. Coffee tasted Burnt and like garbage.

I like this place. I plan to continue coming here. Sometimes just to pick up a coffee on the way to work, other times to work while I wait for the kids to get out of school. This place made me like French roast. I must have been doing something wrong when I made it myself.

Excellent coffee, reasonable price, good food! What more do you want?
