Stopped by for a quick cookie this afternoon. Was disappointed to see that the lobby is closed due to staffing issues.We opted for the drive-thru instead. Friendly employees were standing alongside the drive-thru manually taking orders. They were helpful and efficient given the strange arrangement.We were again disappointed that after ordering the Andes mint frosting on our cookies that they were out of it. Chocolate was substituted. The coconut cookie was great and the frosting made it even better.One of my favorite thing about Swig is that the cookies are all chilled (like cookies are meant to be).

I love swig! This one is in a great location! The line gets long but they handle it like pros and I get in and out quickly! They are great with recommendations too if you aren’t sure what to choose! I’ll definitely be there again and again!

Go to this Swig all the time and have always loved the customer service. Recently, I pulled up and as they were handing me my order they told me that the person in front of me had bought a cookie for me. I loved the act of kindness and felt flattered. They followed that up by saying, “Would you like to reciprocate for the person behind you.” I was caught off guard and this kind of takes away from the service that the person did in front of me as it may have been unintentionally forced or strongly encouraged for them to buy it for me and not out of their own desire. I passed it on and didn’t think much about it until I returned about a week later and they did it told me the same thing and asked me again. I do not know whether this is Swig’s way of trying to make more money by selling more cookies or what. Personally, I am not in a financial situation to spend an extra $3 every time I go to Swig to buy a cookie for someone behind me but also, when put in this situation, find it rather hard to say no and stop this whole ‘Swig benefited service train’ they have going on. In my opinion, this is not a very good customer service tactic. If someone wants to buy someone a cookie, let them do so, but I don’t believe they should be asking everyone to pass it on. It would have been one thing if this happened one time but two times a week a part….just feels like forced service. I love Swig, honestly I do, but just wish this would change.

I have been going to swig for years and the quality just keeps getting better! The line moves fast even if it looks long. My go to drink is the fruit water! Yum - even my 18 month old loves it!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION. always happy with the service and always happy with the order. The reason i give it 4 stars is because its usually got a line around the parking lot, but they are pretty good at moving the line when people are outside.

I haven’t been to Swig for awhile but was close by so decided to stop in. The line was long but went quickly. I ordered a 16 oz sugar free Big Al. When I was handed a child size cup, I questioned the girl if the order was right and that was the 16 oz. She said yes but there wasn’t any way it was 16 oz. I went home and got out a 16 ounce bottle of soda and not even half fit in the cup. Not sure how they get away with it but I will not be returning. I’ll go the extra mile to the Fizz where the sizes are true.

I tried The Founder for the first time, and I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would! Sometimes you see some of the combinations and think...will this work? But it does! Swig knows their soda :)

I had a great experience at this location. I had an annoying and complicated order, but Sterling got it perfectly. I had 2 separate orders and couldn’t remember the name of a drink but knew what was in it and he knew exactly what I was talking about. They were quick and efficient and overall very friendly. Great job to this location!

Last two times I had bought drinks here I asked for extra extra popping pearls. Thought that most of the Pearls would be floating. Ended up not having any at the end. Really poor customer service. probably wont be coming back. Pumpkin cookies are good though.

What would I do without Swig in my life! Back East where Im from we dont have pop shops and I just love that Utah has places like this! Even when I go and there is a long line it moves quickly/efficiently! So many flavors and the cookies are yummy too!

Fast and efficient service. Pulled right up, ordered and quickly received my order as well. Friendly staff. By the way, try the Daydreamer. Youll thank me later. It has ginger ale + pomegranate + cranberry + fresh lemon. Perfect combination. And so perfect for this holiday season. And their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is super tasty. Also tried their coconut cookie and it kind of tasted like the Girl Scout Samoa cookie. Will definitely be going back and trying other flavors.

I love Swig, its my go to for my favorite drink. I probably frequent 3 different locations 5 time total a week. I am disappointed that they have started asking for tip on every transaction. You have to select something. I will tip when its deserved or someone has gone above and beyond. At swig they are literally just doing the job they are paid for. It rubs me the wrong way.

Love coming here! It’s always my go to drink place! Service is always awesome and I love their drinks and cookies!! They are always so fast! Such good service! They are always super friendly as well. Their new Andes mint cookie is my new favorite!! It’s so good!!

Took my little boy to Swig on his birthday so that he could get his own drink. They love the ones with gummy sharks in them. He also got a sugar cookie which he thought was pretty special! I tried the new blended Reviver energy drink and it was incredible! I tried the flavor All Star and it tastes so delicious. Great birthday celebrations for this kid (and for mom!) 🎉

The most consistent Swig in the valley. These guys are super busy and churn through a ton of drinks in a day and theyve NEVER gotten my order wrong.

I got stuck in the drive through here for over thirty minutes. No one was outside taking orders. They were taking orders at the window (this isn’t the first time it has been this way). Once I finally got my drink and left, the drink was wrong it had coke, not dr. Pepper, and the coke was bad.

Try a blended DR. PEPPER! You won’t regret it!

Im a great grandma and often confused. Arden gives me great suggestions in a most supportive and friendly way--no put-downs, like I sometimes get at other places. With my permission, he gets creative with my drink order, supposing I will really like it... and I do!!

It was delicious!! I got fundraiser cards from my little niece and their cookies arent too bad! I would have given my normal 4 overall rating but we did receive the wrong cookie 🍪 but good customer service nonetheless

Update: I upgraded my 4 stars to 5 stars because of one younger guy working there. The customer service he had was spot on and he was patient with me while I was trying to decide what to get. With so many yummy choices, I appreciate his patience to let me look at the entire menu.They were out of the dirtball cookies that I wanted, but the sugar cookie was still delicious. I absolutely love the Shark Attack drink. There were about 10 cars in line, but we were only in line maybe 5-6 minutes.

Love this place but it’s kind of a bummer I’ve come 3 evenings in the past week and they have been out of tapioca pearls every time :( also please train your workers on how to walk along side cars in the drive through because the person taking my order was walking in a way that basically forced my car into the curb. Besides that drinks are good I would just appreciate some consistency!

Drinks were pretty good, I got 2 diet riptides. The customer service was bad though, I see that as a sign that the employees arent being valued enough to put their energy into the job. Management needs to make it worth their while and I dont just mean by monetary means

Not going to this location again. Run by complete airhead teens who obviously wont make it to adulthood. Not only do they screw up orders but one order taker decided to let a customer back out of the drive thru by almost hitting 2 cars and not saying a thing about it, she just looked on with her dead-eyes not having a care in the world. She could have prevented the issue to begin with. Clueless!

The fruit water is THE best!! it’s a must try! Also, their sugar cookies are the perfect treat.

Oh Swig... what can I say. Best service, best drinks, best cookies, best place to take your kids for a little treat, best gift for a stressed friend, best pick me up, best thing to help you get through a normal day... it’s just the best. Lines are long at this location usually, but the employees work quickly, efficiently, and kindly to take care of you as fast as possible. I also love that I can order on the app and have it brought to my car. Love my Swig!!

Price on website dramatically different. Drive thru REQUIRES using smart phone menu. I verified price at time of order. When I questioned the high cost at the window the person just shrugged it off saying she didnt know why the website menu was wrong. No offer of a concession (a free cookie) and NO APOLOGY. Total $38, per website was $18

I really enjoyed The Fighter and the dirtball cookie. I love their refreshers, they are delicious.

I had 15 cents to pay for the difference and they wouldnt let me pay cash. I think its absolutely ridiculous that Swig wont except cash to take extra precautions, but the guy in front of me can high five two of the employees yet we cant exchange cash. Just change your gloves, simple solution.

Wonderful service, the young lady who helped me did a great job at getting my order fast and easy. I was in the drive through and it was quick and efficient, I felt like I got what I wanted even though I didn’t know before what I wanted. I would really recommend this Swig, also it’s drive through is easy to drive and the location is super close to everything.

Great!! I think the prices are a little high but the drinks are great. Ive been to other locations in the valley but the one in South Jordan is the best. Drinks are accurate, & never watery.

Finally got a chance to try Swig in South Jordan and I must say everything is super sweet. You may or may not find that appealing - but if you’ve got a sweet tooth this is your jam! The drinks have funny names and are interesting combinations. The cookies are served cold and they are thick and a good size. Wow! I have not been to Swig in a while and was happy to see the way they are handling their drive thru during COVID-19. When I pulled up I noticed that the lobby was closed for dining in. So, I pulled into the drive-through area and was quickly greeted by a girl taking orders on an iPad. The line went so quick and I was extremely happy with not having to wait to get my food and drink. I will definitely be back to this location because of the quick service.

This was my first time trying their revive drinks and they are SO good!! The employee was standing out in the cold to help the line move faster, was super helpful and help me pick out which flavor to chose and I am glad I listened! So good! Great location too.

Most of the time the workers are very polite and great! But recently I’ve seen more and more of them not wearing their masks properly.. today I went through and it was just hanging around their chin.. it’s really not that hard and it makes me not want to come back.

I visited this Swig location today and had a great experience. I was with my four year old, so we used the drive through, and we were in and out in less than five minutes. We got a pink lemonade popsicle to try, and I loved it! The perfect amount of sour. I also got my daughter a mini cookie, and it was the perfect size for her. Their cookies are always amazing and have the best frosting! Thanks Swig!

The Polar Punch is my new favorite energizing drink! It was so good! The blackberry, strawberry and raspberry flavors mixed with the vanilla cream, ginger ale and their own energy drink- it was the perfect pick me up.

Decided to try the blended Reviver in polar punch and the dirt ball cookie. Both tasted amazing. Fast, friendly service here too.

I ventured out to try new things today at #swigNSweets.Lehi. I tried the heartbreaker drink and the oatmeal choc chip cookie. The drink was ok, not a blackberry fan it turns out. I was super disappointed in the oatmeal choc chip cookie. It was served directly from the fridge, super cold and it tasted like the fridge. I wont be getting that ever again.#lfthx

The pretzels are SO bad. I had to throw them away. Old, microwaved, hard, gross

Enjoyed my low carb diet Dr. Pepper with half/half and sugar free vanilla! The menu could use a little spruce up, perhaps list the flavors we can add in? Otherwise I really enjoyed all the decorations and mellow atmosphere.

The drinks are always made wrong and the customer service is really terrible. I would recommend Sodalicious to anyone who reads this, and no, I will not come back ever again to Swig.

Tried the new energy drink from Swig, and it was good! It’s not too strong like a lot of other energy drinks. Just the right amount of caffeine, and then nice flavor with the juices!

If youre not a big soda drinker, and even if you are, the fruit water is AMAZING!! Once the water is gone you can chew/suck on the pebble ice with fruit chunks...yum! I added coconut and vanilla to mine.

The staff here is super nice all the time! Never have had a bad experience here and they are super fast on your order!! The prices here are really well for being a soda shop and they prefer having a card instead of cash, due to COVID.

Great service, drive thru had 8 cars but line moved fast. I ordered a toffee scone expecting a deep-fried piece of dough to come out but it was an English scone. Lol. It was okay. The drinks are great though. My four-year-old loved the shark attack drink. It comes with a gummy shark!

It was my first time at swig and they did not disappoint! I got the Strawberry Breeze and it was so delicious and refreshing! Plus the new pumpkin cookie is a fall staple now!

Had I not had a gift card I wouldnt have even tried this place and thank god it was paid with a gift card because if you ask me its not worth wasting money on. If you ask me its just over priced soda thats not even that good. Fair at best.
