Ive always had great experiences with Not Just Copies! It is so easy to email in my order and get an email later that after that its ready for pickup! The pick-up times are reduced due to COVID, but they do bring your copies right out to your car. I come here for church and personal copies.

What kind of business is only open for 2 hours a day and closes early sometimes? Ha. It’s also only open during rush hour :) I got 100 mini flyers printed. They printed them on regular printer paper? This isn’t what people pay you for. And the employees didn’t ask me if she could fix it when I asked about it.

I have never been treated so poorly at a business establishment by an employee. I came into the store this morning (Saturday) right when it opened and a middle aged woman with long brown hair was the worker. I noticed that she was really short and curt with the man in front of me but had no idea that when it was my turn to be helped she would be even worse. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain what I needed, stating that she couldn’t do this or that. When she went to make my copies and I questioned the price per copy she turned around and said with an attitude, “I’d be happy to just not do this if you’d rather.” I was so taken aback and responded by telling her that I felt like she was being really ornery with me. She was very confrontational and shot back with, “Well I feel like you’re all, ‘Wow! Like my prices are too high.”I have been coming to this store for years and it has always been a positive experience. It must have changed ownership because there was just a bad vibe overall with this employee (I really hope she’s not the new owner.) She needs to remember who the customer is in this situation and not take her bad mood out on customers. I was upset by this all afternoon as I’ve never been treated this way by anyone before.I

I pulled in at 6:20 pm as I was walking to the door a lady walks from the inside to the door to meet you I ask if you’re open or closed she said closed I said well your website says you’re open till 7 PM she told me it’s not her website this was a great company I used to go to them all the time even when they was on the other side of Redwood Road but I will no longer be using them fed-ex is right in front of Harmons I know where I’ll be going now

I love Not Just Copies!!! They are so easy to work with and reasonable on their pricing. They are so patient to help figure out my needs and making it look perfect! I highly recommend Not Just Copies for your printing needs.

Seriously one of my best kept secrets. While there is always a line a mile long at those office supply places and your work wont be done for a week. I can walk in here get whatever it is I need done and Im out there for before I would have been able to talk to someone at one of those other stores. Their prices are competitive, but the staff is much nicer to work with so it makes it worth your while.

I have been so happy for many years with Not Just Copies. They can do anything! And quickly. They give personal service. I always go to them for any copying needs.

I usually love this place, but I’m super bummed this past time. I got overcharged, wasn’t given my receipt (that I needed,) and am missing an entire page of copies that I needed. I guess it’s my fault, I should’ve checked, but I got 300 copies and so I don’t know how I would’ve checked them all. But I’m missing 25 copies of the one page. The worker was on the phone the entire time so I felt she might have been distracted. I will continue to come here as I usually love it, just wanted the company to be a little more aware.

Staff was polite, efficient, and got my poster done beautifully. Would definitely come again and recommend. I cant believe I hadnt heard of this place sooner!

Amazing quality for a good price. Another company was going to charge me a rush fee to complete my order of 200 colored programs by Sunday. Not Just Copies had no such fee and completed the order in 20 minutes.

These people are fantastic!!! I gave them the wrong phone number for my business cards. They rushed to get them done for me and everything with the wrong number.
