The employees at Costco are always friendly and smiling but today they went above and beyond. Camry and Shanna came to my rescue after I dropped a pickle jar and not only quickly cleaned it up they also made sure I wasn’t embarrassed And assured me the whole time that it was fine and even spotted me another jar of pickles. I appreciate them and their kindness! Really amazing and sweet human beings!!

I want Phil Owens to know what a great employee he has, Jess Fletcher helped me move a massage chair in my home. The company that was delivering my chair decided not to deliver it on the day they verified TWICE. My help I scheduled, couldnt come anymore. With no one to help me get the chair in my home, Jess Fletcher came to my house with Austin Underwood and helped my get it in my home. This chair weights 300 pounds. There is no way I would have been able to get it in my home. Jess Fletcher went above and beyond. I am so impressed! He should get a raise!

Ive had a Costco membership for a few years and still mostly only use it for the gas. Every time we go, we end up having to go to another store to get everything we need. Its nice for big stuff if you dont care for anything specific. There is not a big selection for an item. Its more a one fits all kind of store.

We love this place. We pickup all our prescriptions as well as produce and meats and many other daily necessities here in bulk. There staff is very friendly and helpful. It clean and well organized to say the least. Were been members for over 20 years and we were so glad when they open this location.

Had some issues with changing my address and getting my rebate check. Been working on this issue for several months now. Cindy in member services has been amazing, she is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Customers have no where to put the shopping cart after loading their cars so they just leave the shopping carts on the sidewalk impeding walking space. I feel that for as rich as Costco is they could afford to implement better cart placement in the parking lot. The meat selection is poor. I buy 93% lean hamburger meat from Walmart and that is no where to be found here. Thats disappointing. Costco is missing the one probiotic that I need. It needs to be above 50 billion. I agree to using boxes but they need handles to hold the box. On all of them. I need to be able to grip the box. I hate that you upsell and encourage members to auto pay for their next year membership. I dont even like the membership to be honest. For single people bulk buying isnt always necessary. I would prefer to buy one gallon of milk instead of two at a time. Here they come in a box of two.You can be better on your discounts as well. Not impressed yet. I prefer to shop at walmart.

We’ll stocked and very helpful customer representatives. Wife forgot her membership card and ended up with a day pass. Organized item lanes. Love the deli and bakery sections.

My wife and I enjoy shopping at Costco. They usually have great products at good prices.Weve learned that many products sell out quickly because Costco purchases them in bulk and when they run out they often do not or cannot order more. The good news is that Costco has a great return policy, so when we see a product that we might want, we buy it. If we change our minds, we return it.We also have a Sams club membership, but we dont like or use it as much. Sams does not provide as much variety or as many good deals.

A variety of quality name brand products in a huge warehouse style of store. Crowded on weekends.

Costco is the Disneyland of warehouse shopping stores, providing a wonderful shopping experience. The employees are always happy and helpful. Many of the items they sell are there for only a short period of time. It’s guaranteed that if I really, really like something there it will be gone the next time I come....so please be warned, and buy 2 of what you like! My wife and I love Costco! Probably a bit too much.

Costco has the best bulk prices and gas around. I roadtrip all the time so I especially love the gas aspect. This location is great. Everyone is always happy and willing to help

The store is clean the employees are friendly and helpful I am not a fan of the self-checkout it is confusing and takes more time than going through a regular checkout One of the reasons I like Costco is they can check you out quickly and the pharmacy help is excellent

Had very good service like all the good employees this is very good theyre very organized with everything that they are wanting to get they have very good options and are very good they dude youre not going to get rotten meat from here and youre going to get a nice delicious meet their Pizza is amazing its super good have one closer to my house but Ive been to this one multiple times this ones a lot better definitely recommend to come here guys

Its Costco. Crazy busy, always. Went in for flowers. Theres always a good variety at a really good price. Got a Pepsi, but they dont give you a straw. So be prepared for that. Theres a lid with a hole in it to drink out of, but its too hard to drink in the car when youre driving and the road is bumpy. So, please... hand out straws! That does not make sense! Hence.... the 4 stars.

They finally brought back the relish for the hotdogs! This pandemic has been extra hard without being able to get relish on the hotdog. #DontEverDoThatAgain

This is a good Costco. Its clean and well kept. They are keeping covid standards, but the place is getting a bit crowded again. They dont have prepared soups, or at least havent had them for a while.

More, more! Give it to me! I need it!? Wants and needs walk a thin and blurred line at Costco. Twenty minutes ago I didnt even know that a candy-cane-crushed-coating on a thin pretzel existed, and now I need it!! How? Why? When? Now.

Normally a very convenient location but construction made it a bit of a pain. Very nice setup and very nice customer service.

Costco has a very distinct smell and it is joyous. The hot dogs and pizza slices are the best deal around for a good sized meal. The membership is well worth it for the toilet paper and gasoline prices alone. It is so easy to go in for one item and come out with a cart full of things. You better watch yourself.

We had to wear a mask. Wasnt very crowded, we went about 5:30. I recommend bringing a list of what you are looking for otherwise you will end up buying everything.

Very disappointed in Costco. They jack up their online prices and sell thing for less in the store, but refuse to price match between the two. Stating that they are not the same company. I understand how the structure of Costco works, but they are the same company.

My grandma was having a dinner on Sunday but is religious so doesn’t like to shop on Sunday. I thought maybe I could use her card to buy her items she needed, I have the same last name and had her on the phone confirming this as well. They still wouldn’t allow me to buy anything. A good company would let this slide considering you are paying for a membership to even shop here. Costco lost all my respect.

Cannot beat the prices. Wish I had purchased years ago and got the upgraded membership at the time of purchase. Learn all about the extra perks i.e. used and new car buying programs, etc.

Wow walked into this Costco today and the lady at the door ask if I wanted a mask. I told her no thank you. After walking back to the mattress section to purchase two mattresses we had a employee follow us back with his mask on his chin and tell us that we could not be in the store without a mask. He then said he would go and get a mask for us. During that time the manager came over and was talking to us and did not even mention a mask. Even if you have a medical condition they will not allow you to be the store. He was very rude and was acting like he was going to throw us out. After walking around the store I realized that 8-10 employees had their mask around the chin. So I did not know that a chin guard saves you. Poor customer service and two faced. Nice job Costco. I’ll use Sam’s Club and cut you out.

Costco now has self checkout stations, which is great! But they don’t give each station a scanner... an associate is required to come scan it for you. Glad they’re updating technology, but in this climate of social distancing, individual scanners at each station are needed so customers don’t have to rely on an employee at self checkout. Sam’s Club actually has Costco beat in this area.

Been a member for 13 years. Theyve always been great, Ive never had any problems with them. Weve bought some big ticket items over the years such as swing set, oled TV, dining room table, entertainment center and a few other things.Some items have been subpar or defective (non of the items mentioned above) but they returned our money with no issues.

A good experience as usual. Just sucked that they were out of Gatorade and Coastal Berry Trail Mix.

Terrible Customer Service. The self check out is a joke. While scanning my items. I just printed my receipt & there was an item missing. Before I can scan the missing item and pay for it. The clerk monitoring all 8 lines comes up accusing us of purposely only scanning 9 items. First of all, there were 7 other lines... why were your eyes on me? Because I’m brown?!? Why not on the other 7 members checking out with just as many items but were Caucasian?!?!? Yes they were ALL Caucasian and I know bc it was embarrassing and I looked up at all the other lines staring at us!!! She was counting our items before we were even done. Why would I not scan a box of wipes for $18 and scan the $70 live stream cam instead?!? Make it make sense!! So while we were trying to figure out which item was missing I told the supervisor who was called over that maybe their checkout lines should have the hand held scanners like all the OTHER STORES who have self check out to make it more convenient. She turns around and says “Well that’s why your supposed to take large items to the cashiers check you out in that line?” A box of diapers is not a “large item”... I asked her where on ANY signage does it say that? She ignored my question. She then says only Supervisors have hand held scanners. What is the point? We didn’t want to stand in line for other members to scan 400 items when we only had 10... Bring back the cashiers to scan our items then instead of having a self check out...your saving money on labor but the quality of service is declining.This is why we will not be renewing our membership once it expires this year. Good riddance...

Like all Costco’s, this place is a little slice of heaven, particularly if you don’t go on Saturdays or other peak times. During peak times, it can feel like hell, but for the deals and nicely curated quality that I can count in from Costco, it may with going through the 7th ring . Staff are angels and always very helpful. I try and do as much shopping as possible from Costco.

Found exactly what I needed. Love the self checkouts. Makes it easy to get in and out fast.

This Costco has great service good pricing and a variety of items in bulk, from bagels to lawn chairs Costco has it.

The customer service and professionalism at this store has never let me down. Sometimes when I call in the managers sound rushed and all too quick to get me off the phone. However, this store is very busy and despite how they may sound, the intention is obvious...they are working their butt off for their many, many customers.

Great location. Always has a decent selection (though, as is common with most Costco locations, inventory significantly changes frequently). Usually very busy, though still easy to get good parking and checkouts are efficient without a lot of waiting most of the time.

What can I say? Its Costco. Always a good place to shop except for the unilateral BS to enforce masks as of 5/17/21 like a Gestapo. Stop drinking liberal kool-aid, let people use their free agency and Ill change my review.

What can I say, Costco rocks. Picked up some salt pellets and two prepared meals. Of note, if you are tempted to get the tortellini cold salad, I would pass. The cheese inside the pasta was hard and the pasta tasted under done. Otherwise Ive had nothing but great experiences with costco food. Chicken alfredo is fantastic

Costco is a great store with a lot of different items to buy. They have their own gas which is usually pretty cheap and is great quality. Most of their items are a lot cheaper than buying from other stores but you have watch because sometimes it is cheaper elsewhere. The staff is friendly and their food at the food court is really good. Their food is high quality and certainly worth it.

Good space but less collection compared to other Costco I’ve visited and but woth a visit

The Employees make me nervous. I feel like they are constantly watching my every move. I’m Freaked if my mask even moves a within an millimeter below the tip of my nose. Cautions on how I hand the receipt over when walking out the door (through the portal hole sir, not from the side please). Caution at checkout. Sir you are too close to the the checkout stand. Please stand back. Sir, please do not hand me your card. Just place it on the glass so I can scan it. Sir, please don’t touch your groceries. We will handle it from here. Sir please stand back when I pick them out of the basket. Sir, please don’t touch the furniture, you will give it COVID. Employees also ranting on public/community Facebook pages about how terrible the customers are for not respecting all the rules. We get it. Can we just shop now? It’s like walking through a store managed by the Gestapo. Stay in line or we’ll get ya. How are gyms, airports schools and other public locations able to survive without all these rules. Isn’t it a bit of an overkill Costco?

I really like Costco and this location is by far the best because of the employees. They are so wonderful and helpful even if it isnt their department. For example, the last time I was there I was getting ready to check out ( with my already full cart) but saw this beautiful outdoor oven at a great price. It was big & a little heavier than I felt comfortable moving. I was looking around a bit lost & trying to figure out what to do. One of the workers from the checkout area askedif they could help me. Then they proceeded to leave what they were doing, helped me get a larger flat cart, then lifted the item to the cart, helped me thru the checkout & all the way to the door and made sure I got someone to help me load my car. Thank you!!! This is just one example of the many times the employees have gone above my expectations!!

This Costco is almost always busy but I do feel that despite that, its run pretty well. They have self check out now which I love, and workers standing by to help out. The store is very clean which during these COVID times is much appreciated.

I always enjoy costco. If you dont mind bulk, you definitely save in the long run. Plus, you cant beat the gas prices.

Their fuel center is cheaper than most gas stations and it is great gas!

Some of the workers could be a little nicer. We usually go to the sandy one. They also should carry all products like all Costcos have.

Walked in and the membership checker forcefully grabbed my cart because I wasn’t wearing a mask and I declined to take one from her. She refused to let go of my cart until I basically pushed past her. It’s an absolute joke since more than half the people in there are not even wearing them properly. Maybe she should ask politely if people would like a mask, if they decline, let it go!

The employee named Tina working tonight at the clothing department fixing clothes, was rude, disrespectful, had unnecessary behavior, and inappropriate comments to me personally while I was trying to mind my own business and shop peacefully. I love this Costco and I always feel welcome, I love buying there but todays experience made me change my mind. The reason I went to Costco is because I was picking up my prescription glasses and I decided to take a look at the clothes. I’m a Costco member with an executive membership for more than 6 years.Having this type of experience, I felt like I was at Walmart or some other store. I felt like I was not welcome in the store. I’m not sure if Costco is changing their rules or what was going on but todays experienced was awful and unacceptable.
