Ever since I was a young lad, Ive LOVED Baskin Robbins. What better way to treat yourself on a hot summer day than a thick creamy scoop of ice cream or a delightful milkshake. The wonderful decor brought the same vibe as I remembered from my childhood experiences. The employees quickly served the customers ahead of us. The one employee who attended to us was cheerful and helpful in letting us sample different ice creams. One thing that bothered me was the fact that she wasnt wearing gloves when serving the ice cream - which Im pretty sure they are always supposed to do, even pre-COVID. The ice cream was perfectly creamy and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable, but were even better considering TMobiles free $5 coupon. Wish we had a Baskin Robbins closer to home so I could indulge myself more often.

Avoid coming to this Baskin Robins by the District in South Jordan. I was hesitant to write this review, but this is the second time I receive the WORSE service ever. Today’s bad experience was: The employees were kicking the customers out the inside dinning at 9:30 PM and the store supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. Last time, we asked for a water cup, and the same rude boy told us we had to buy water bottles because they didn’t provide curtesy water cups for their clients.

I love this Baskin Robbins. LeAnn is the most amazing cake artist. I can’t say enough good things about her. She creates masterpieces that are both beautiful and edible. You won’t go wrong ordering a cake from her. We have ordered cakes from her several times and have never been disappointed.

Great customer service, very friendly and accomodating. They helped me with a birthday cake for my wife. Much better than the Sandy location.

I went in there on Thursday or Friday and the two people to help me were Morgan and Randee. They were some of the nicest people I have every met. I loved talking with them and getting my shakes from them.

The managers or owners parking up in the front is completely unprofessional. Give your customers a spot to park

The ice cream and the cone are splendid. The only reason i give a 4/5 is they didnt make any eye contact when they refilled the ice cream. They greeted us, wonderful service.

This is a great ice cream shop, tons of different flavors that are changed out frequently. Pretty good prices for what they offer, and very fast moving lines. The staff is usually very friendly and very helpful.

This is the most splendid place around to get a little frozen treat. Service is fabulous and the staff is super kind and energetic. Whenever I come in, I am welcomed with an adorable greeting and a wonderful smile. It always puts me in a good mood and puts a skip in my step. Love this place! Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently visited this Baskin Robbins location, needless to say it was, as the kids say, lit. There was a specific employee named rett (Rhett?, Ralph?,) who was able to get the perfect scoop EFFORTLESSLY. He could be a professor in the arts of scooping ice cream. It seemed as though the ice cream would move out of the way of the scoop to form the perfect sphere.Not only did he scoop ice cream like a boss, he also was able to help me pass my economics final I was taking in the store. He was maybe 15 or 16 and was able to help me pas my college level exam. Speechless. Handsome, smart, skilled, etc... rett (Ralph, or Rhett) blew my mind

Very great service. Options do vary depending on season so if youre looking for a certain flavour be sure to call ahead! Staff catered to my daughters dietary restrictions and were very patient while she made her decision. Overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

The Ice cream is YUMMY and the kids behind the counter do definitely try their best to serve. Its also conveniently located. Recommend on those hotter then hot days.

My kids love this place! It can get really busy here, but the line tends to move quickly. The employees are always nice and helpful. We’ve been here multiple times and always have a good experience ( how can you have a bad experience with ice cream?!)

So sad. They have really made their regular scoops much smaller. Cost is outrageous for such small scoops. You are better off buying the quarts and taking them home and making your own cone. I would only buy quarts and take home. So disappointing in their service and serving size. The employees that are working at this location are pretty rude. Not one friendly person. So sad.

Wonderful and quick! I live 5 min from this location, and each time I’ve gone has been a positive exlerience. Staff is always friendly and patient, and the flavors are all great. Pralines n cream is THE flavor of all time.

I just went in for the 31st of the month deal and had a terrible experience with the cashier. Shes a young girl and was incredibly rude. When we paid, we asked if she had put in the discount and she said it didnt count on my two scoops because they were in the same cup. I thought that was ridiculous since I technically saved the store money by combining scoops in the same cup. She said thats just how it is and refused to make any adjustment. If I were the owner, Id be extremely embarrassed and ashamed of having someone like that work at my store.

Ive never had any issues here, even when a line forms service is quick! The ice cream always tastes delicious and its clean inside.

Shout out to Luke for his outstanding customer service. He was very attentive and energetic. The place is clean and ice cream is amazing.

These guys are great. they sell the most delightful looking ice cream, and there decorations are so cool, it takes some talent to do it the way these guys do. Ill be back soon.

Had a 3 scoop Sunday and it was great ice cream.

The store is so small that if there are more than a few customers its almost impossible to even form a line. Closes early sometimes depending on who is working and if there is a manager on duty. Needs a serious remodel to maximize the space and make it so people can actually stay and eat their ice cream.

Baskin-Robbins is Baskin-Robbins. Thats good ice cream. It was an enjoyable trip and experience and I got a really good set of ice cream scoops. It is always handy to go on the dollar fifty scoop day, put on the whole its always good to go to Baskin-Robbins any day.

What a joke!! I called asking about ingredients due to an allergy my daughter has. The gal that answered the phone was super loud and I heard their whole conversation, including when she told her manager about what I was asking about “straight up”. She came back to the phone and I called her out and asked to speak to a manager. I heard her say “she wants to speak to a manager so can you be mine tonight”. NOT OK when you’re dealing with any allergy!! I will never order from this location ever again.

Staff was not welcoming and acted annoyed that we wanted to stay to eat even though I confirmed that they were still open for 45 minutes. They already had the chairs all stacked up and then mopped around us so we couldnt leave the store without walking across the wet floor, making them mop it all again anyway. Will not return.

What kind of ice cream place has no fridges for their products to go in I walk in all their fridges have out of order plastered all over it . Shut your freaking doors if you have no product . Kids that run the place cant even answer questions too busy texting on their Phone rolling their eyes at you .
