We had a new gate opener out in and it came with tons of unforeseen challenges created by supply chain covid related issues, the old gate and trying to do things right by AAA. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They stuck with the project evening having to overcome some manufactures issues and today I am so happy I went with a company determined to do a good job until the job was completed. AAA was the right company for me and always will be.

Cable came off the runners and couldnt get the door open. Reached out to AAA Garage Door and they responded quickly, sent a guy out to take a look. Turned out the spring had snapped. He was able to fix it quickly and also fixed a broken door support that had come off. He answered all our questions and gave us confidence in what he was doing. Highly recommend.

Right from the first call AAA Garage Door was amazing. I was in a hurry to get a new garage door motor that was compatible with our new alarm system. They had what I was requesting and was able to respond quickly with getting it installed. The two guys that came to the house to install were very friendly, professional and explained the process of taking out the old motor and installing the new one. They communicated in advance changes that needed to be done in order to properly install the new motor. I really appreciate AAA Garage Door service and response. I asked them to make sure they left contact info in the event I need them again. They put a sticker on the motor with my approval so I can easily find their number. I will use AAA Garage Door again when I decide to replace the garage door with an insulated door. See you guys again!

I was referred by my Brother who have an amazing door and had an amazing experience. The guys at AAA responded right away to a request to check out our garage door situation. Our original door was falling apart after nearly 28 years. They noticed we broke a spring and offered a short term fix that would have bought us some time and was actually really inexpensive. We decided not to do the fix but suffer with a difficult door until we could decide on the fix or a full replacement. After a couple months and further problems with this door, we decided to do the full replacement.Once again AAA was eager to pick up where we left off, discussed our options again and provided what I think was a very fair deal for a far superior door to our existing end-of-life door.We were given a reasonable time frame for installation which was right on. Well AAA garage doors is a very good company. I had new garage door opener installed and the company was fast and efficient. The garage door opener works great. One important thing to note with this company is there integrity, a day after the installment we noticed a defective plastic piece in the light cover and Scott came out to our home to replace it the next business day. Scott is very knowledgeable about the garage door business and I learned a lot listening to him as he guided us through the process.

IHad a broken garage door spring. I called and they came the same day and they replaced both springs lubricated everything and we’re done in 35 minutes. Very impressed. Would highly recommend them.

Called to get a quote for new door springs. I told them the size of door I had and was quoted a price and when they would be there. When the tech arrived he told me that he would have to have new springs cut and it would be another day plus an additional charge. I felt I was very clear in letting them know that I had an oversized door. Work was done well but not really happy with additional time and money needed.
