I went back and forth texting about what container cost were for different sizes for a few months. By the time I order I text if you have one that is not dented up and in good condition that I would take one. When they deliver it it was dented and rusted through on both sides of the container. I let them know that I specifically told him I want one that was in good shape. The response was that it is rain and wind resistant and that is a grade A container. It has several patches and not what I told him I would pay for. He has yet to respond to my text with a solution. I have bought 6-7 containers over the last 15 years and never received one this damaged. Buyer beware

Long story short, they were very nice to work with until delivery day. They arrived early with my pod and told me they had to drop it right then. We were not ready as they were early. When I asked for help later they said it was my fault and they couldn’t help then. They said they told me I had a 2 hour time slot to drop and I didn’t take advantage of it. I was NEVER told I could delay for 2 hours and I was told it had to be done then. If I had been told of the 2 hour delay, I would have given them a good review and my troubles would have been fixed. Their lack of honesty and integrity astounds me. Beware, they may be nice on the phone, but not helpful when it counts.Update- their response looks nice but is full of half truths. Again, their lack honesty astounds me.

Had my experience with getting a container from Casey at Large Scale Logistics. He made it very seamless. The driver was a day late from a flat tire but thats what happened in the real world he called and told us he would be prompt in getting there in the morning which he was and was very helpful. I would recommend Large scale for making it so easy just to call and say I wanted one and boom he worked as quick as when he got the container to my land was pretty pleasant working with them. So if your in the market for some one to keep you in the loop and being fair then go to them.

Dont wast your time with large Scale . its been four months since we paid for containeron oct. and still No container or cash refund which I asked for two weeks ago !!!!!!Finally got a our refund check after 5 months of fighting with them then they had the nerve to take $600 dollar out off it they are a pile.They could not do theres tasks wasnt my fault Go elsewhere pay the $400 dollar your time is worth it
