This is the best storage unit Ive ever been too. Ive been to alot and have at some many issues with all of them but the people that work here and help me with everything I need. Very sweet absolutely love this place

Craig is Awesome! He and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. We have rented multiple units and the facility is very clean and secure with 24/7 video surveillance. The temperature controlled units have been very helpful to keep things from freezing in the winter or getting too hot in the summer. I Highly recommend them for your storage needs.

It was my first time renting a Uhaul and the process, in person, was very easy and straightforward. Doing the self check out process had some snags but in the end calling customer support resolved it. Id rent from here again.

I have had a unit or two at the Towne Storage South Jordan location for a number of years. The prices are fair and the managers, Craig and Jamie, are always pleasant, efficient and exceed my expectations. They are both exceptional.I prefer to stop by for a quick visit, and pay in person, if my schedule allows. Over time, l have referred several friends and they have also been very satisfied.

Good, clean, and climate controlled. Staff can be a little rude at times otherwise Id give it 5 stars.

I have rented here 5 times since 2014, great experience every time. I come back to this location time and time again, even when it is not the closest to my project, because I trust them, and they always have a truck available from their large inventory. I would recommend storing here. The staff was always friendly and easy to work with. Moving in and moving out was a breeze. Online payments were super easy. My only complaint was that we moved out in the middle of the billing period and they charged the full amount rather than pro-rating.

I’ve had my storage unit there for years. I can have peace of mine knowing that they keep the place safe. It’s weather proof so, I know even if I storage food, it will keep in good shape. I trust them and like the people that work there.

I rent U-Hauls on a weekly basis for work and this has been one of the most pleasant U-Hauls to work with! Jaime was extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them for renting a U-Haul and using their storage units. Very impressed.

Best experience Ive ever had renting a U-haul. I have helped friends and family move across the country in several time and have always had bad experiences with U-haul dealers. So I was dreading making the call to rent a truck for my own move. Kent was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Kent and Towne Storage more in the future.

Tight drive through spots. I had to move my car multiple times while unloading so others could drive by. Looked like a few people have hit the poles around the corners as well.

We rented a large storage unit from Towne Storage in South Jordan for 2 years and 8 months receiving excellent customer service during all that time! The units are very clean and well ventilated with great protection for anything being stored there - my piano survived very well. Initially we moved from Idaho to Utah and researched and compared several storage unit options as we would be storing 90% of our furniture & belongings from a 4-bedroom home. From our very first phone call, Kent Hoops gave us the best customer service. He has always greeted us in a cheerful manner, been responsive to our questions & insured that our needs have been met.Recently we moved all of our things from storage into a new home & loved the fact that Towne Storage carried all of the moving supplies from boxes, to couch covers and other supplies that we needed. It was especially helpful that they had U-haul trucks available on location, which saved us time & money, making the process much simpler than our previous move.Their prices were reasonable & competitive & we are very grateful for the service we received. We highly recommend Towne Storage in South Jordan.

Good storage nice elevator room

The facility is clean, and well taken care of. Jamie was very helpful and informative, helping me decide on the size that I needed. Many of my friends and family have used this facility in the past, every time it has been a great experience.

My girlfriend needed a uhaul to move into her new place and this was the closest location to us. When we went in I believe we were helped by Craig. He was a nice guy we shared a few laughs. I felt he gave us outstanding service. We only needed the uhaul for a short time but he extended it a bit to give us some leg room. I thought that was nice of him to do. When we dropped it off we were helped by Jamie. She was fun! She put my girlfriend and I up against each other to see who could guess the milage we used. She made it fun, she even complimented my girlfriend for leaving the uhaul nice and clean. They were both outstanding and I would recommend this location. Also the price was less then what was being advertised online, its always a plus when you end up laying less than you expected. Thank you for the good experience.

Great business. Needed a couple units for a couple months. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Carts are available for wheeling objects around. If I need to rent storage units again, itll be from here.

Don’t trust your unit if you choose not to have the insurance on it. Their roof leaks and it ruined a bunch of my most expensive items in my unit. Apparently poor roof maintenance. I started out with insurance on my unit until things got tight and the rate went up to $97 tried to cut costs where I could and dropped the insurance. They won’t do anything for your things if you don’t have the insurance.. even if the issues is their maintenance issue. Basically everything I own is in there and I have to find a new place to move it so I don’t have any more loss 😞Update... at the time that I moved my stuff out I was told two different times by a guy at the front desk that I could get my last payment back and it would take 10 days, I called to check on the status and was treated with very poor customer service by a woman who then told me that this would never happen and never will. I am extremely disappoint and urge any potential customers to please consider other storage company options first! I went to another company in Draper that is $10 less a month and if you autopay they cover up to $2000 insurance included in your monthly rent check out your options first!

Moving is messy at best and this place was super accommodating. Jamie was especially friendly and kind answering all my questions. Craig handled all of paper work as well and was great.Thanks!!

I called to find out some information and the woman who answered was rude and short. She acted as if they were to bust for my business. So Ill take it else where. Heaven forbid a new storage customer ask questions!!

Terrible Customer Service. Beware renting a storage unit. Several are missing weather stripping and fail to keep out dust and debris as well as water.I have been assured several times over the last couple of months that they would address the issue, but they only give excuses and then do nothing.Also, - had a wasp nest form in my unit. Had to buy my own spray and kill it on my own time. No one around to take care of the issueExpensive. And your belongings will not be protected.

I rented at towne storage for 2-3 years. It was a great experience. It was clean and convenient. The staff very friendly. I would definitely recommend towne storage to anyone looking for storage. Fantastic facility.

Beware of getting charged additional charges because they dont know how to follow their own process. They never did a walk around or precheck with the vehicle before I rented it and then charged me for a dolly I never used! Sure it wasnt much but a few weeks later I still feel scammed! They even acknowledged they shouldve looked the truck over with me and they still felt the need to charge. Customer service? Yeah right! I would use any other place besides these guys unless you like being cheated, ripped off and jerked around!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO RENT YOUR UHAUL. I was told to fill the tank 7/8 full, and was given the van at that mark. I drove LESS than 25 miles and filled it up PAST 7/8 full when I was finished with it. I have the receipt and the tank was almost to the full mark, which is more than what I needed to even fill up to begin with. I dropped the van off and was charged 2 hours later for 3 gallons of gas at their extremely high mark up rate. Unless there is a hole in the gas tank, something is wrong here. Completely dishonest and shady people run this operation. I read reviews on U-Hauls website afterwards and read that they did this to a few other people, too. Unbelievable that people like this are allowed to take advantage of people every single day. SHAME ON YOU.
