My experience was very bad. I stopped 3 times to get an estimate, finally someone was there. The 1st. two times the door was locked and no one was around. Mark, the co-owner, took pics and said his wife would email an estimate. That never happened. There is rarely a place to park, and the place is very dirty to filthy. I dont know how they stay in business. Not even worth 1 star.

Predatory towing company doing business as Foot Hills Tow in South lake Tahoe, Ca. Absolutely a criminal business towing cars illegally and holding them for ransom. Reporting to city and state regulatory agencies.

They are so unorganized so to compensate for thier lack of work, they try to rob whoever they come into contact with! The owner is a liar and her employees are the goons who act as the strong arm. Dont give these people any more business. I am sorry such local business exists here in Tahoe. I shouldnt have had to go through what I went through!

I wish there is zero star. Absolutely horrible experience, 4 month for a simple fender and front bumper paint job, absolutely horrible, DO NOT GO TO THEM. Horrible customer service, I called them like 500 times and theyve only reached me like 3 times, I dont know what is wrong with them.

Towed my car and then didnt have an operating phone line I could call, so with no car and no way to contact them, they have rendered me totally helpless.
