I used Windshield Pros of Tahoe a few years back when I had some dings from rocks in my windshield. I didnt want them to become cracks and lead to windshield replacement. I recently thought I had new dings in my windshield due to rocks. I called John, and he called me back shortly after I left a message. We set up a convenient time for the repair. He called me before he came (I didnt hear because I was vacuuming). He showed up and inspected my windshield, and he inspected the areas on my windshield that he said most people dont think to check. Then he informed me, that my new ding is actually one of the old ones he repaired years ago. It turned out my windshield was fine. I felt bad for making him come out for nothing. But, John was so professional, honest, nice, polite, and was so patient. This forgetful working mom will always go to these guys first when it comes to windshield help, and I highly recommend them. Amazing service and company!
They repaired our windshield chip beautifully! They were on time and very professional! (By the way it was Windshield Pros of Tahoe who repaired 2 chips on the same vehicle 10 years ago!)
I came in because my drive side window wouldnt roll up and got told that it would cost $150 to take the paneling off and figure out what was wrong. Then I was told to go get the regulator my self and if that was not needed that I could just return it. Once I has it that could get me in the next day.

These guys are mobile and cover north Lake Tahoe which was a lifesaver. My windshield was cracked across the entire side and shattered up top. I called on a Monday and set up an appointment for Thursday and they showed up and got it done first thing in the morning. Includes fixing any leaks for the lifetime of the glass. Great small local company that I’m glad to support! Highly recommend
