Angell who works on the cash registers here is unbelievably rude. She forced me to have a plastic bag after I told her I didnt want one, because I had my own in my hand. She said No Im giving you one and started packing my stuff into a plastic bag - so weird. I had to put my foot down and tell her to please stop. She then told us it was impossible to use both of our covid vaccine vouchers as it was just 1 per transaction, which we didnt realise. Wed specifically bought a lot to reach the dollar amount to use the voucher, so we asked if we could split it into 2 transactions. She shouted NO! at us, so we asked whether surely it could be possible to delete a few items from the till? She shouted at us that she would not do that. Luckily a nice, patient member of staff was beside her and had a gap from customers, and offered her help, but the way Angell spoke to us and dealt with us was shocking - why work in this type of job if you hate people so much!?

FYIOne hour wait for vaccine despite having an appointment.. Apparently the appointment process means nothing to them.Appointment made for 10:15Arrived on time. Vaccine given at 11:15🤔

Rite Aid pharmacy has horrible service. Made an appointment to get Covid vaccine and it took.an hour to even get acknowledged that I was waiting. They need to honor their appointments

Price is too high for many item.

This is a huge rite aid. You can find not only medicines but also household stuff, clothes, toys, drinks, you name it. Its centrally located and the prices were certainly cheap. A couple of the kids forgot their snow gloves and I found them pretty inexpensive here. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

When in South Lake Tahoe for a family vacation we went to Rite-Aid to get keepsakes for the kids. The prices were unbelievably cheap! My girls were both able to get several cute items for the price of a t-shirt somewhere else. Customer service was great!

Great place to pick up various things at the same time.

They didnt have any scoop ice cream that is classically rite aid. Drove all the way out from Heavenly for it so you could say that we were disappointed. Too bad.
