I purchased a Formula boat in Maryland and shipped it to Lake Tahoe. The thin air at 6000+ ft elevation made the boat run sluggish with trouble getting on plain. After reading the reviews, I called Walker Marine and spoke with Seth. He immediately diagnosed the problem and solution with correct prop pitch sizing. He had the exact prop I needed in inventory, asked me to bring the boat to his shop and switched out the old prop within 30 minutes. After taking the boat for another spin it performed perfectly. I have been a customer of Walker Marine on a few occasions. Unfortunately when I have a need for their service it is always an urgent repair on my Mastercraft so I can get it in the water. These guys have always been able to get me in the water no matter what the challenge. On one occasion they came to the house in the Keys for a service call and swapped out the starter and got me going. Last week I lost a wheel bearing coming over the summit and had to pull over. I called them and they referred me to a tow shop and had instructed them to come out, chain the axel to the trailer and followed me to the Marina so I could get in the water. Then they had the trailer delivered to their yard and told me it would be a week before they could get to it. I know the shop was absolutely swamped but they took it in and will have it done by the 4th weekend when I need to trailer the boat home. These guys are top notch. They go the extra mile everytime I call on them. Spectacular service and their rates are fair. An honest shop that have exceeded my expectation every time I have called on them. You cant find a more honest and straight repair shop then these guys in a location where they could charge, and we boaters would pay, any price to salvage a family vacation. Walker Marine, thank you!

I’d give these guys a trillion stars if I could! We had a bent prop and they were able to heat and pound it back into place absolutely perfectly. They were proactive and even sealed up a seized bolt under our rudder. They were incredibly thorough and I’ll echo the sentiment of others that they absolutely saved our trip. These guys are pros. If you need help in the keys they should be your first call.
