Worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I waited 2 months for an appointment. When I show up the morning of the appointment, they rudely tell me they called me and that you didnt answer. When I asked what phone number they had in their system, they had put an incorrect phone number for my contact. Then they proceeded to tell me they didnt have a doctor to take new patients. What a waste of my time. In addition, their staff is rude and clearly incompetent. Dont waste your time with this practice.

Doctor is Good, Staff is Rude, Uninformative, Uneducated so their mistakes will be blamed on the customer.

Used to love this place had been going for years then last week I went in and Yuri flat out told me it was a “hassle”to get my visit in due to my eye condition. So disappointed and how rude it’s a hassle to do your job. Like I’m paying?! So yeah went down hill.

Great Service. Needed emergency eyeglasses repair. They did it right away and only charged me $1. Great people. Will recommend for all eye care needs.

Had an emergency on vacation. Glasses broke a screw. They fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Helpful and friendly!

Dr. Beck has been my optometrist for around 40 years...that speaks for itself...great selection of frames, very pleasant staff, thorough exams and easy access. I drive from Minden, NV. and always have a good experience!

I was very unsatisfied with the service that I got. I was on vacation in South Lake Tahoe and I needed contact lenses as I ripped mine and forgot my spare at home. I called them and they had the ones that I needed but I was unable to get them because I did not have a hard copy of my prescription. I did have a picture of the box and that was not enough. I then had my eye doctor call/fax the info and still I was unable to get the contacts. On top of that the lady at the front desk was down right rude. Very disappointed and frustrated.
