Came in last night and talked to the lady at the photo booth who only informed me what time they opened. Didn’t tell me you had to make an appointment. Came in today and the guy who was taking the pictures was extremely rude and asked me like 5 times if we had an appointment. No we didn’t because no one informed me that we needed an appointment. Terrible customer service.

I cant recall if I bought anything the first time I walked in, but before I left town I had at least 2 shirts and maybe even 3 from here.I the wears were outstanding - and I actually had a good time thumbing through the selections.

Went in to visit one of the younger ladies pushed her way in to the back room, rudely. We found a decent deal on sweat shirts and got two for our daughters, the T shirts were a bit on the expensive side considering even retail out lets dont sell T shirts for 38 Dollars unless you are buying a name brand at a high scale store.

This store is probably the best for Tahoe shirts, the hoodies are inexpensive and they have a wide variety of things. I gave a 4 star because the lack of little kid sizes.

I hate this place now. We used to go there all the time, but I will never go there again. I was getting a shirt and I misjudged the sizes. I showed my mom after I payed for it and she said it looked too small. I then went right back to the store about 2 minutes later. The cashier was like, NO REFUNDS! I got upset and went to my mom. She got mad at her. Mom said that it isnt fair to have a child leave for two minutes and come back and not be able to return it. The cashier started acting snooty and rude. She was like, Im just doing my job, My mom and I were wondering why the owner of the company lets his/her employes act this way. It really hurt my feeling. The casheirs name was Sarah. NEVER GO THERE...
