Pharmacist doesnt care about the community.I pulled up in the drive thru to pick up medication for my sick toddler. There was a sign that said something along the lines of No Pharmacist in, no medication is able to be sold per michigan law. But I saw the Pharmacist there so I pressed the call button. I said to her is there a way to move my prescription to a different pharmacy, she said they are open I just need to come in to the store she had just decided to close the drive thru and she closed down the terminal. I had my sick toddler in the car sleeping and a screaming sick infant. I informed the Pharmacist that I had just came from a covid test and cannot be in public due awaiting results, and I have a sick toddler asleep in her car seat along with an infant who she can hear screaming. She just said oh, well its closed youre going to have to come in. Her advice to have me come in is against advice from cdc and health department and I disclosed my situation to her but she refused to take the time to open back up the terminal to get me antibiotics for my sick 2 1/2 year old.Shame on her, she could hear and see i was struggling but decided to continue to make it harder on me and potentially infect someone in the community. I ended up transferring to a pharmacy that was SHOCKED at this and happily allowed me to pick up through their drive thru.

Had an email that there was some issues with one of my prescriptions, tried to call to see what that might be, called 5 times, 4 of those times was on hold for 15 mins and then hung up on, the 5th time I was on hold for 50 mins and it just hung up. Not the only issues here, will take my patronage else were.

Long long lines. Had an appointment for 315 for covid test didn’t get through til 345. Next week had an appointment and they couldn’t find us on the list and told us to reschedule even though I had the confirmation on my phone. Again sat in line for 30+ minutes. Awful.

Was told could not use Good Rx unless coupon printed. Overcharged $17 because coupon not printed. Contacted Walgreens through email and got no response. This policy is meant to discourage use of Good Rx app and generate more profit for Walgreens.

They never have my prescriptions correct and the pharmacist gets impatient when I bring it up... all the manager says is ive never had complaints about the pharmacy along with hope your day gets better im sorry Horrible service considering these are medications...

What good is a drive thru Pharmacy when it’s never open because of “phone issues”. I was told by an employee that Walgreens updates the phone system without telling them and this is why the 2 way intercom doesn’t work! Funny you can call the store including the Pharmacy during these times and those phones work perfectly. This is a scam to get people to come inside to pick their prescriptions up and since the Pharmacy is in the back of the store people will make other purchases. I’m calling the corporate office to report them! This is now 4 times in a month.

Weve been going to this Walgreens since 2013 and they have always done a good job. Shelves are well stocked, staff is very knowledgeable. Weve gotten our annual flu shots and pneumonia shots here as well because of efficiency and convenience.

Worst Pharmacy ever! They never refill scripts on time, never send the requests in to my doctors office and never get a call when its ready for pickup. I have never had this much of a problem with a pharmacy. This has been going on for months and I am done. Never again!

I went to Walgreens regularly, but I wont be coming back. I dropped a prescription off a week in advance, assuring me the prescription would be able to filled in exactly a week. I went to pick up my prescription and they had set my prescription to the side and never had it filled. They said I could wait a week for them to order it or take my prescription home. I chose the latter and wont be returning.

Best pharmacy staff in town. My family has frequent need of a pharmacy and theres no where else Id rather go. The store itself has a little bit of everything making it my near daily quick stop place.

Theres no one in line at the pharmacy. But I have to wait 1 hour. Never had a problem till now. Im just saying. Hey take it or leave it the lady said to me with the cross eyes and tattoos.

I will no longer use Walgreens at all. Ive given them three chances and multiple locations. Rach time at same location, I refill online, get email the order is successful, login and it says status is in progress but it never gets filled. I have to call or go in and then they tell me its a glitch in the system. For over a year??? Im done with them. Picking up last refill today that once again I had to go into store and get and at first they werent even finding it and kept talking to me about a different prescription. Nooo. Its this prescription I need. Oh they ssy, find it, say its a glitch and fill it. Bye bye Walgreens.

Bhoomi in the pharmacy went above and beyond the call of duty. They were very busy and I arrived 15 minutes before close most pharmacys would have taken the scripts and said they would have to fill it in the morning. She was very empathetic to my emergency situation which was denied by my insurance right away. With 15 minutes to close she went out of her way and called the insurance company explaining my situation and got everything taken care of! Never did I think someone would be so kind like her and not give up. Im so grateful of her! Her display of professionalism and care is the reason why I will always use this pharmacy. Walgreens is blessed to have her behind that counter! THANK YOU Bhoomi!

This was the third pharmacy I went to for a compound cream. At the pharmacys I visited before this (both CVSs), they told me they either couldnt fill it because they would have to mis the cream or that it would be very expensive because my insurance would not cover a compound cream. I went to Walgreens, and they worked with me to help find a cheaper solution. In the end, they found me a coupon to help bring the cost down to a very reasonable price.

I used to come here regularly for prescriptions but unfortunately based on one employees actions I will be moving my business to CVS across the street. On two occasions Ive received a very condescending attitude from Nicole in the pharmacy department. Very unprofessional to speak to customers like theyre idiots. I wont be back.
