We were not pressured to buy. It was nice to be able to look and talk with my husbamd without having someone on our backs. When we had questions, they gave us educated answers. They knew what they were talking about. I appreciated that.

After ordering a headboard from somewhere else that went out of business before I got delivery, I found they were a dealer for the same manufacturer. They special ordered it for me. When it arrived, we picked it up and they took predigious care to wrap it and secure it many ways. I will add they also assembled it beautifully. The entire transaction was fruitful, friendly, and well prices. Ty Tenpenny for rescuing my bedroom set. You have a new customer for life.

My family and I are longterm customers. Couches, chairs, tables, bedroom sets. We loved the howell location, but I have no problem driving to south lyon for quality furniture. They have great sales, made in america, good quality, customer service, and delivery is awesome!! I will never go back to the big box stores, Ive been burnt time and time again from them.

Finally visited Tenpenny, we are so glad we did. We met Kevin and we are glad we did. We went to browse for living room furniture after being severely let down at the big chain stores. Holy moly! We were so impressed we finally found the exact furniture at Tenpenny. But it gets better!! My wife found a bedroom set shed been looking for, and we bought that too. Great price! Great guy! no pressure! Very positive experience!

They are very accommodating. I had a specific look in mind and a set price range. They were very knowledgeable about their product selection and found me several options. They worked with me for over an hour. I finally picked a bedroom set. It is exactly what I wanted.
