THE BEST COMPANY EVER, THEY ARE SO RELIABLE. THEIR STUFF IS SO HELPFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FINANCE COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE OVER THE PHONE. 5 STARS!!

This company has been a nightmare.... I honestly dont understand how their are business that insist on lying to consumers and hiding fees from them until they are locked into a contract. they want me to give them an additional 5 dollars a payment due to a processing fee I have a total of 72 payments.multiply that by 5 and that is an additional 360 dollars on-top of my loan that was never discussed to me. once i finish payout of this vehicle i will NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY. IF YOU WANT A HARD TIME THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

These people are the worst. I am a victim of Hurricane Irma and requested a one (1) month deferment due to financial hardship on 9/25/17. My employer closed for 10 days and I was hospitalized several days. I provided discharge documents from the hospital and pictures of the injury I sustained which they requested. They refused the deferment. I appealed and they still denied it. I requested the name of the president of the company and they refused to give me his name (they didnt know the name) . They only provided the address to the local office. I started this process on 9/25/17 via email because the account rep never returned any messages. AVOID these people at all costs. There are so many companies offering up to 3 months deferment and they denied a 1 month deferment.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I INITIALLY BOUGHT MY CAR DIRECT FROM THE DEALER AND BOUGHT FROM THE DEALER. THE DEALER THEN WENT INTO BUSINESS WITH ACR WHICH HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THESE PPL CALL YOU ON THE DAY YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT AND HARASS YOU UNTIL THE PAYMENT POSTS. I ADVISED THE ACCOUNT MANAGER I WILL MAKE MY PAYMENT LATE WHICH WOULD ONLY BE LATE BY A WEEK. THIS MAN EVER SO RUDELY TOLD ME TO BORROW THE MONEY AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TOLD HIM I WILL DO NO SUCH THING!!! I MEAN REALLY WHAT REPUTABLE COMPANY TELLS A CUSTOMER TO BORROW MONEY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PPL. CANT WAIT TO PAY OFF MY CAR IN THE NEXT MONTH!!

I wouldnt recommend NO ONE to do business with them. No sympathy for us after the storm and I only owed $207 left until payoff

I get a 2004 toyota Corolla with 14000 miles on,i finance it and it is over 9000 buck rip off man.

The worst service I have ever had, I just spoke with a representative for the Coby-19 community that I do not have work temporarily and the agent has told me that if I already applied for unemployment, they would help me but not, and also that if they were going to give help for I do not recommend the children who care if I have a child or not the worst service in the world.
