Great place to shop for your habits. All employees are highly trained and are studied with their products. Store is very well kept, neat organized.

Ive been a loyal customer to this shop for awhile now but was racially targeted, CHASED DOWN and accused of stealing today because the cashier was on his phone the entire time I was in the shop. I briefly browsed the incense selection then decided to come back at a different time but a minute after I left the store, the heavy set cashier fully ran after/followed me around the corner because he was on his phone instead of noticing I left. After chasing me down, he yelled through a group of people DID YOU TAKE ANYTHING? (fully insinuating that I stole from the store) then followed up with We can order anything you need..It was absolutely humiliating and beyond insulting. I never grabbed any merchandise ONCE and placed the incense baggie back down so this is incident was fully negligence on his part, especially because you cant physically be outside of the cashiers range of view. Id never seen him before but this single interaction ruined my entire store experience, Ill never be returning and will definitely warn my peers about this shop and the profiling, yet negligent employee. Its not a crime to change your mind and this all could have been avoided if he was doing his job instead of playing on his phone.

Had a very bad experience from the white guy with the long hair. I bought a defective product and I went right back into the smoke shop to show him the defect. He told me that nothing was wrong & clearly the product was broken. He told me that ge was not going to do anything. Good customer service representatives would replace a defected/broken product for customer satisfaction. Clearly he missed that slide in orientation. I will never shop there again.

I’ve been to a couple smoke shops around Miami, and The U Smoke Shop is the best by far! The shop always has what I’m looking for whether it’s glassware, hookah flavors, papers and everything else in between. The shop manager Adrian Fernandez is such a friendly dude, he’s always provided me with the best service helping me find exactly what I need. I highly recommend this shop that’s in the heart of South Miami right by UM campus.

I received a Juul pod that was empty and when I went back they would only give me a 15% if I bought another, when I already payed 27 for a pack and didn’t get anything in it. Don’t buy from here stuff over priced either way.
