Fast free wifi, great attentive customer service provided and had a delicious iced coffee to get my day going great! I loved working out of this coffee shop and will definitely come back to get my work done. The covered outdoor seating area is a great spot to be while there and has multiple power strips to plug in your devices while there! Highly recommend coming here if you are in the area.

Its a nice little cafe where you can just chill and hang out with your friends. You guys should definitely check this place out and the jasmine tea is to die for. Customer service is outstanding. I will be coming back to this place again!

They have cool names for their coffee. I had My dose of Brad Pitt in a cup. It was super delicious and creamy. Baristas are energetic and caring even if i was one of the 2 customers in their cafe on a Sunday morning . I live nearby so I will go back often .

A very quaint and friendly little organic restaurant and store with very tasty and original sandwiches and delicious teas. We had a good time there and enjoyed the service and atmosphere. They have live music once a week but we were too early for that. Unfortunately, it is located in Sunset Mall which has only a few stores remaining open. I hope that changes and Tea & Poets has continued financial success. Cute place, happy people, delicious foods and teas.

I love this place! The smell inside is absolutely divine!! I got the pancake with boba on top and it was amazing! Also, the employee working at the register, Mindy, was so sweet and helpful with all the menu items and ordering process. She was so nice and bubbly and make me feel so welcome at this cute restaurant. Will definitely come again, hope to see Mindy back!!

Super cute Cafe with lots of pop up shops inside and a stage. When I was there it was a younger crowd of teenagers and college students but still a great Cafe vibe.

Great place. A little bit of everything. Quiet during the weekday for tea and reading or using laptop. Varied events evenings and weekends including live band. Its also a marketplace for different vendors ie. Sunglasses, apparel, varied goods. Spacious. We can see how families with kids stop by as there are not many kid friendly stores in the mall. This is at Sunset shops. Great outdoor patio facing fountain and staircase.

So I saw that Motto had overtaken the #1 Google slot for Pasadena tea shops and knew it was time to try it. I got the Taro Storm Boba Milk Tea and my boyfriend got the classic Motto No. 5 with boba. He loved his drink, Id give mine a 7/10. The boba was delicious, but the drink was not at all what I expected. The taro puree doesnt mix well with the tea, even after vigorous stirring, and even in the sips where I think I got both, the milk tea just overpowered the taro flavor. I would like to come here again, but Id definitely try something different. I also think the drinks are a little too pricey given it was $12 for 2 drinks (one being quite basic).

Also snacks like sweets and cookies and such.Not sure exactly the business model, it has that feeling of a shared space where local artists and vendors wind up renting and then tea and poets handles the sale. Nice variety of look and see.Easy access to the parking garage. Note that the area is paid parking only. No gratis parking available.Free WiFi, and easy to attach.

I love this place, creativity runs rampant and free. Its market style and eclectic shops make it such a cute trade and wear place. The tea is amazingly tasty, the staff tries their very very best to give you a warm and welcoming experience, they really do take the time to get to know you and provide a certain level of personal accomidation to any one who walks in. I would say that it is defiantly not the best place to study or get work done in the later afternoon, earlier in the day is better for such activities. overall I would highly recommend this wonderful place.

This place is absolutely cute! I went to do homework the other day and the background music was nice as well as the environment, there are a lot of outlets to charge your computers. The drinks are yummy and so is the food. Theres also a lot of things for sale like clothes, jewelry, candles, so it is fine to take a break and walk around and check those things out.

So if youre looking to eat well and have a delicious bite/sip of coffee, heres not a place for you. Go here if you need to read and chill and work for hours or play some cool game boards! This place is mostly filled with teenagers and you can get a sight of some non-Miami people : the ones in jeans, with books, and not with tiger tight clothes! Its cozy, friendly and there is also some fantastic fashion items to see, browse and buy.

I have been going to tea and poets for a few years now and the staff is caring beyond words, interactive, and they have so many events and its just a great place to be in general. ♥️ Open mic nights are always fun and theres a good food place right across (taco genius) if you want more of a meal than a snack 😉

I always love popping into this funky artists tea store. They make a great rooibos tea, the music is great, theres more comfortable couches than my apartment and the folks that work there are friendly. I look forward to when they bring back the open mic.

Love the vibe of this place and the staff was very friendly! Amanda helped me find a present for my sister and suggested a great tea to try as it was my first time there. I took a star off only because the other employee working wasn’t wearing a mask while taking and preparing orders which made me feel uncomfortable

I miss hanging out in this place so much! Sid was super accommodating and permitted early entrance so I could buy incenses and a lemon bar. I didnt request he open early but due to his friendliness, he allowed my friend and I to shop around before opening hours. Thanks Sid.

I absolutely love going to this place. I nearly never leave reviews on places but this place goes above and beyond. Their energy is so positive and cheerful. Most definitely a place to visit. I have to disagree with the one star review stating that they influence teenagers to drink alcohol and make the adults that go there sound like creeps. I’m an adult who drinks there and I love cheering on young people who go to open mic and share their talents. It’s great to see how happy they are that they get to show off their amazing talents. Bravo to this place for doing the amazing things they do. It’s hard to find places like this.

Great and friendly staff. Coffee was so good, I want one of these guys in my city.I ordered a latte and it tasted on pint. The milk added was not sweet so you can still taste COFFEE. Hopefully next time Im in San Francisco I will definitely stop by and get coffee.

I visited today after going to the Farmers market sunset has every Sunday. I fell in love with the place. They have a tea and coffee bar, and a variety of artisans selling different trinkets, jewelry, and home decor items, and more. Make sure to check out the all natural soaps, candles, and body oils sold here. I bought a soy candle today (Roses) and it smells divine. I can see myself hanging out here reading, studying, and coming to the open mic they have every Wednesday night. I like that they have cute inexpensive things and you can get something unique here. I bought a ring and there were no other ones like it - not like a regular old retail store. Truly a one of a kind place.Will be a regular. Oh, and the customer service is excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.

I rarely find a reason to go to Sunset Place, but Tea & Poets have provided a great reason to frequent it again. Its a relaxing environment with amazing handcrafted teas, small bites, and even beer. Its also pretty cool how there are a variety of different areas within the shop with different products such as plants, clothing, and natural skin care items. Pablo was very friendly and made the visit a great one. Theres a lot happening here on certain days every week, but it is also the perfect place to just chill and get some reading in or work done too.

I absolutely love this place! I just recently found out about Tea and Poets but I have been coming here almost everyday during my lunch. They always have a “brew of the day” which I love trying, have yet to been dissatisfied with the new brew! Food is delicious and very healthy! The ambiance gives of a super chill vibe. They sell the absolute cutest things here! The workers always greet me with a friendly “welcome”. Highly recommend this place !!!

The place is dope to hang out with but they dont really care about the plants they sell. The pots there in are not good for drainage and two of them have been dead for some time now.

This place makes me feel at home. Comfy seats, beautiful set-ups with lots of interesting things to purchase. Coffee was pretty good and selection of drink items was unique. Sometimes place was a bit noisy during rush hour. Havent had a chance to make it down there for meal and but that setup looks like a lot of fun too. Check it out if you havent already!

Very disappointed. After researching extensively I figured this would be a nice place to get work done on a Sunday afternoon. I was wrong. The environment was distracting and extremely loud. Kids came in to play board games, sat right next to me, and were actually screaming. No one told them to quiet down. The air conditioning couldnt be felt in any part of the building and because they keep the doors open, it felt almost the same indoors. My drink (iced blueberry mojito tea) was far too sweet to drink so basically $6 down the drain. I left and wont come back soon.

I have not tried the food or coffee yet but the little shopping booths set up along the perimeter of the coffee shop have really neat trinkets. The overall ambiance is cozy and bohemian and the employees were welcoming. I hope it sticks around in spite of the fading surroundings.

Original concept, great veggie sandwich, great comedy venue, and relaxed casual atmosphere.Perhaps too casual...Tea & Poets serve everything in thick, single use plastic. Which is so wasteful and unappetizing.Also disorganized payment processing. I was mistakenly charged for a $9 drink I never ordered, and there was no way for them to issue a refund.So even though the sandwich was delicious, after payment & plastic I left with bad taste in my mouth.

Every time I walked in, I was greeted very warmly by one of the employees. They all made me feel very welcome as a customer, as they were always very open to my questions about their products; and even once when I did not plan to buy anything, they invited me to sit down and enjoy the very comfortable atmosphere of the store. They provided a highly desired escape from the Miami heat (pun absolutely intended-love the team though)!Tea and Poets also sells a very diverse inventory of coffee and tea, and they offer an even more diverse array of merchandise. This diversity beautifully reflects the cultural diversity of Miami, and it offers an experience that goes beyond tea. Loved the place and the ambiance. Walked in for the first time during their one year anniversary celebration and they were having a poems competition. It was beautiful and touching. The detox tea that me and my friend had was also really good. They have a nice selection of really cool decorative items.

My new favorite place. Has a great vibe, perfect for anything from studying to hanging with friends. They have a lot of different things going on too, such as open mic, paint nites, and of course all the vendors in the store selling their work. The owners are awesome. Cannot recommend enough!

Always feel so welcome when I come here. The ambience is warm and inviting. There is a huge tea selection both hot and iced. The management goes out of the way to make sure you are well taken care of. Big plus is all the vendors inside with an array of clothing, jewelry, soaps, etc. A very unique experience and great spot to kick it with friends or family. Free WiFi, too! Lots of outlets to plug into. Couches to lounge on and tables to get down to business, study, makes calls, surf the Internet, etc.

I personally love the ambience as well as the warm and welcoming staff here. I’ve been a huge fan of their unique clothing, crystal, and art collection since I found them but I was recently bummed to find out that they sell fake palo santo. I thought it was strange that it cost $6 for 3 which would have normally been great .. but in this case I made a comment about how shockingly inexpensive it was to the woman at the register and she nervously said that it was ridiculous how much they charged for it in other stores .. all while avoiding eye contact with me after I made the comment. To my disappointment, when I got home and lit the palo santo, a ton of crackling noises were set off? and it burned out faster than usual.. thus confirming my suspicions ..

Really loved this store. The whole feel from the delicious tea selection (try their blueberry mojito tea cocktail!) to their home-made clothing and home-use products was amazing. They even support local businesses and promote their products. A well-earned 5 out of 5 stars!

Came in there just looking around and the guy at the counter not only was super friendly, but came up with two different coffee blends based on our tastes and wants. They were fantastic! I love the ambiance and the selection of jewelry and art they have in store. I hope to be back soon!

AWESOME PLACE!!! My new favorite study spot in Miami! The service is great: they have a pretty good selection of beer, wine, tea, and coffee at the main stand. When you enter it feels almost like a bazaar, there are different stations of different people that sell clothes, accessories, crafted jewelry, homemade scented candles, orchids or cute little cacti, authentic Panama hats from Ecuador, etc!! Now for the Olympics they have a projector on with the games playing. Its really cozy in there. You can sit at the long table with the many outlets and make friends easily with neighbors or you can recline yourself on a plush couch. Also for you Pokemon Go players out there.. THEY HAVE A POKESTOP! :) The people who work there are incredible nice and approachable and I never feel like I am rushed to move out and make space after a few hours like in a lot of other cafés or bookstores around Miami, so Im completely comfortable in hanging out there for hours. I hope this place lasts a long time here. IN LOVE!

This place is incredible. Great service, view, and prices, with live music on Wednesdays (although I havent gotten the oppurtunity to see it yet) and a really good vibe overall. Theres also a Pokéstop nearby, which is amazing.Chairs are comfortable, tea is really nice and VERY fresh, and they serve toasted brownies and donuts. I didnt know those existed. They do, and they are both exceedingly wonderful.I will DEFINITELY be coming back here. Ive never been a tea person, but this place is perfect.

I was really looking forward to visiting Tea & Poets. My husband and I have decided to stop visiting chain coffee houses and support local ones.The space is bright and cheerful with art, jewelry, and clothing for sale.They were burning incense which is awful in an eatery. The smoke and smell made the atmosphere stuffy.We ordered an Americano coffee, and we did not enjoy the coffee at all.We will not be returning..

Ibloved the shirts and hats they sell, their nutella machiato is amazing, and the vegan pop cicles are amazing (I tried mango-strawberry and it was amazing). I also loved the atmosphere, we played some videogames while enjoying the snacks. My favorite thing was customer service.
