Woman helping me barely spoke English and I felt like she wanted to help me as quickly as possible and shoo me out the door instead of taking time to see what I needed. She didn’t have any other customers so I’m not sure why she acted this way.

Worst customer service and products don’t ever buy here again they never take responsibility for bad product. The blonde lady super rude doesn’t even rate one star HORRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP!

I love this ballet Boutique. Every time I go I find exactly what I am looking for and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed on the material of the tights that I bought my daughter there because they ripped in less than a year of her having them. Other then that I mean this place is great and they definitely have what you are looking for. Oh! and their open to late and also on weekends I believe (Saturdays for sure).

I have been here three times this month and I am always so grateful for the peaceful and friendly atmosphere. I meet so many parents who keeps returning for the great service and excellent quality dance apparel. We have been coming here for almost 5 years and no other store compares to the quality and service we always experience. The ladies working there were so helpful. I called looking for a particular shoe and when I came they were so friendly, patient, and helpful as we tried multiple pairs. So thankful!

Ballet Boutique, of South Miami while a small boutique it is mighty with a large array of basic dance supplies and not just ballet. They also carry shoes for tap, jazz, and flamenco. Conveniently, located in South Miami - they are atune with the various needs of the dance programs and magnets. Appointments are recommended for personalized pointe shoe fitting sessions.

The person who helped me to get my pointe shoes was the sweetest. I definitely would come back to get everything I need for my dance classes . It’s so crazy how she knows so much that she can look at ur foot and tell ur shoe size correctly on the spot. Just know I am 10 years old and saying this from the bottom of my heart. She is amazing!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Went to the store recently to buy some ballet class necessities and the blonde lady that was there was very rude to my mother and I! Will most definitely never be going back.

Really like this store! Only problem is that jazz shoes are too expensive.They are very comfortable and got a discount because of the school that i do jazz so rhat was great! But i think prices should be lower.

The only thing is has going for is the location. The service horrendous with some attitude thrown in all fir a HIGHER price then local ballet stores. Just nasty. Even experience customers walking for lack of service. Mind you the store empty and two employees where there. NEVER again. Miracle they are still in business.
