Having moved here from another city, I was not familiar with local companies for roof replacements. Sam convinced me of his credibility by communicating honestly and knowledgeably, describing the roof project fully, and then addressing the need to replace the gutters, backing that up with photos from above so I could see the need. Sam and his team did a fantastic job on my house. I needed a roof replacement for my ranch and garage, and his team was able to remove not one but two layers of shingles and install the new roof all in a single day. Its been about a week since they did the job and I still havent found a single nail or staple anywhere on my property so its safe to say they did an incredible job cleaning as well. The team at AHI is fantastic! Sam (the owner) came to have a quick look at our roof to give us an estimate for both our main house roof and the garage. Per request, I asked him to separate and itemize it so I could see the breakdown. He did it and it was incredibly affordable. He provided samples of shingle colors and materials used.The roofers showed up exactly on time and didnt waste a minute in getting to work. The original job was supposed to take 2 days (1 for the roof with the gutters done the following day) and they finished it in one day. They cleaned up everything and didnt leave a trace.I have a few family members who are in the trades and I know what is and isnt good work. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! We plan to use them for future projects as well.

Sam and his team did an amazing job on our roof tear-away and replacement, new gutters, soffit repair, and replacing the posts on our patio. The crew was on time and worked fast, and they left our yard and house looking like new when they were done. We could not be happier!

Our gutter suffered some damage due to an ice damn after a harsh WI winter. The ice had pushed and dislodged part of the gutter/downspout from the fascia. I found Absolute Home Improvements Inc. through a Google search and inquired about someone coming out for a look. Great company! I started the process by reaching out via Facebook on a Saturday. The owner (Sam) responded almost immediately! He was courteous and pleasant, got me a quote very quickly. Sam and his crew were fabulous. I had done some work on my garage roof myself and had arrangements to have someone else complete the work. I had that person back out the day he was supposed to show up. I called Sam and he came over gave me a quote and offered to do the work within our budget. He was at my house three days later to do the shingle install. There was also some threat of weather he offered to drop off a tarp for the roof. I was so thankful. When I have other work to be done, I will be calling Sam.

I work in the property management industry and working with Sam with Absolute Home Improvement is always a good experience. Very knowledgeable and quick response time.

Ive called 3 days in a row trying to get a hold of this company for a quote. Goes to voicemail each time and the voicemail mailbox is full. Submitted a request online for a quote, never got an email confirmation and the company has never contacted me. If theyre too busy for these simple things, then I can only imagine what it would be like to work with them for the services they provide.
