Good location and great staff, but the breakfast sandwich was very disappointing.

Delicious coffee! Ordered pick up from this location and was only inside for a short amount of time, but it has a quaint and cozy feel. I could see this being the perfect spot to sit around and read a book or get some work done in a quiet environment.

Unpopular opinion here but the iced coffee was watered down and nasty. I ordered a cinnamon roll and they microwaved it till it was hard. A friend of mine who recommended this place threw her entire coffee away. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I threw everything away as well. I hate wasting but I couldn’t do it. 🥴

This place is like a book. A hardback book sitting on an antiqued sidetable alongside a cellphone charger that is fully functioning, but not the type you are looking for. The book is a good one... not one you want to read right now, but your niece has a Czech friend, who showed great promise in the Prague ballet until the middle toe on her left foot filled with blood and exploded in the middle of the final performance of Swan Lake last season. She would love the book.

The baked goods at Kaffe Merc are absolutely divine!!! Ive tried scones, turnovers, muffins, and waffles nothing has been short of heavenly. Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and great service. This shop rocks!!

Great service and the drinks are great. My only issue is sometimes the espresso can tastes a tid burnt. But I have found some really amazing baristas who make fantastic drinks! So I still go back even with getting the occasional bitter drink.PLEASE bring back the loose leaf rooibos tea.

Great, quiet spot with a beautiful view of the wasatch and a fun local vibe. Coffee and drinks are always delightful, and the food is nourishing and as wonderful to eat as it is to look at. I look forward to getting in here any time I can. For a cup and conversation or to grab and go a quick bite.

Kaffe Mercantile has some of the best coffee in Ogden. Hands down, all of their hot drinks are excellent. Sadly, that is their only positive. The staff is always distracted and disoriented, and I have NEVER had a good order come out correctly. Ever. I love their coffee and go their regularly, and they don’t make complicated items - but they still can’t get it right. You ask for a plain toasted bagel, you get an I toasted Asiago bagel. Ask for a blueberry muffin you get a chocolate muffin. Today I ordered a cinnamon roll and toasted bagel, with cream cheese on the side. The cinnamon roll looked great, but was obviously very old as it was as hard as a rock. The bagel was not toasted, and had cream cheese on it (so I couldn’t toast it myself. I don’t understand why this happens every time. It doesn’t seem to matter if I go in or order delivery. White the order down, call it in, or do it in person. 1 drink and 1 baked good, or breakfast for the entire office - it doesn’t matter. Always wrong.As much as I like the coffee, can’t keep throwing money away here. Very sad.

This is one of the best little places to get coffee. Such kind staff and such tasty food as well. A great selection of drip coffee, as well as any specialty coffee drinks you could think of period they always have fun specials too, like theyre girl scout cookie themed lattes. No better place to sit and enjoy a coffee while chatting with friends.

Elijah is great! The owners are great! The coffee is good. I think this location is a bit too dark. Since the shop is in an office complex & windows are scarce, I think brighter lights should be used at the entrance & counter... especially on a rainy day.Otherwise, Nick & Lance have decorated this location quite nicely, and have hired a great employee!
