Zero customer service. One of them do not know how to address customer at all. I was surprised the two people I met that evening told me they are managers. Need serious training and I mean this. I do not usually rate, but the owner of this place need to work on the employees because they lack customer service. I have been in the business of delivering customer for over 25 years I have never seen this set of managers before. I have 4 lines with t-mobile planning to add extra line for my son; the duo do not even have what it takes to even identify premium customers; they about to loose us all...... This event happened on Friday 16 around 7PM
I usually dont write post but the service at this particular site is horrible. Been here 4 times and will never come back again.
T-mobile seriously needs to look into the employees at this site. There is a female there that does not want to help the customers. She literally told me she is too overwhelmed to help me and ask me to call the main tmobile number instead.

The BEST T-Mobile I have been to since I have switched from AT&T.When I went to switch companies, the Store Manager herself, Nicole, came to help me. This was very rare to me because usually managers do not come out to explain everything in detail. I had AT&T for years and was very skeptical about switching companies and I thought I would not be happy; thus far I am.I was able to get all of the services on my phone that interested me and it was at a cheaper price. The store itself is very clean and neatly organized so it makes the shopping experience pleasant. The patience the employees have is also refreshing.I will definitely come back to this location to handle all bigger issues, such as phone switching or plan adjustments even though I live in Brooklyn. This alone says enough!I highly recommend this store.

Customer service needs major improvement. A customer should NEVER stand waiting to be acknowledged for 35 minutes and counting. Regardless if your servicing another customer, you look up acknowledge your customer and give them an ESTIMATE of how long they will be waiting. I WILL NOT return to this location nor will I recommend others. Negative reviews travel fast people.
Stellar service! Ive always gotten excellent service here! Always quick and painless! Today (May 16, 2016)I needed a new SIM card (nano) for a replacement phone that I brought with me, and my transaction literally took less than 2 minutes to process! Of course, I left the store with a BIG smile on my face. I wish all service companies are like this particular T-Mobile Store! Way to go! Keep it up!
Isiah and Sadie were so helpful to me and took their time with setting up my new phone! They were so polite! I am very pleased with their customer service skills!
Worst customer service. I walked in and the three associates were laughing and when I asked for help none of them did anything. One girl went into the back, the other stepped back away from the counter leaving the guy standing there who also ignored me. After he realived he was the one who would have to help he talked down to me swithed the sim card to the new phone and got back on his phone.
From salesmen to managers they make every visits a very pleasant experience. They get you in and out as fast as possible while getting you the best deal possible.
RUDE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! at first they were good. But then after a few minutes terrible people. I was there for 2 hours to upgrade my phone!! 2 HOURS!! I bought a case and screen protector as well and while ringing me up the girl said oh this is included in the sale. It was a wireless charger. So I said fine. I go on my bill today and I am being charged the $50 for the charger when I was told it was included. So I call the store today and the manager says to bring it back then. I tell her it is already opened she said its fine. So I say okay its very misleading... and in the middle of me speaking she says. i told you to just bring it in So I said how rude she is and she said I DONT CARE then hung up the phone.. never again will I go there.
Avoid Avoid Avoid! They do shady things like sell you lies and add unauthorized things to your account just to make their numbers look good I guess. Ive been there multiple times and each time Ive observed or receive shady business practices
Wife and I went in to upgrade our phones. Jameel and other staff were really knowledgeable and helpful in picking out new phones. After we decided on new phones, Jameel helped us transition all of our stuff over to new phones. He was very friendly and efficient. Would def go back to this location!
If I could give less than one star I would. I came in to ask about a replacement for my iPhone that has a bulging battery and as I said this one male employee in his 20s tall, asked if I sat on it. I recognize this issue with battery bulging because it happened to my other iPhone. I looked at him and said no and he went further and asked are you sure? Are you kidding me???? So rude and inappropriate. Do not go here.
I should have read the reviews before coming here I really dislike this one store should have went to orange. And I’ve noticed they also added $10 to my bill for what reason I don’t know

When no other store in the oranges made an effort to help me I called this store and without hesitation I was told to come in, and in less then 30 mins I had my iPhone 7 plus back up and running! Definitely go here!
No customer service skills, no knowledge on how to trouble shoot phone issues. Simply a place that sells phones and collects payments...this is actually a good review based on my experience.
The service went downhill over the years. The staff is very unprofessional (laughing, yelling, irrelevant talking, discussing other customers, etc). Things do get done, but it usually takes at least an hour for a simple procedure.
Horrible service!! They let a trainee ring me up without supervision and since she was a trainee she rung me up wrong. I had to pay cash instead of with my card( even though I repeatedly told her I am paying with my card) and they could not void the cash option. All she had to say for herself was sorry and started laughing. I had to go out of my way and go to wellsfargo and withdrawal some cash. What I thought would be 2 minutes turned into 20 minutes.
I came to exchange my recalled Note 7. The Rep greeted me was polite. I explained the situation about the exchange. She went to the back got the new phone for me. while she tried to pull up my account she was making a personal phone call while trying to conduct her job. This went on for about 10 mins. before she hung up. She was having clear difficulty make the exchange called upon what I assume was a supervisor/manager. He tells her how to do the exchange then leaves. She then calls him back for more assistance multiple times.After half an hour he tells her she has to call T-mobile to clear something up. 40mins gone by so far on the phone with T-mobile everthing is set. Another supervisor/manager shift just started she comes over makes the exchange and returns a phone I previously need to return which the prior supervisor/manager said I needed to call T-mobile to send back, She did it in store. I walk out the store abou 1hr. later which should have only taken 15-20mins. Im saying this because I have done it before in the past and more knowledgeable Reps like the one I finalize everything with ( she was great 5 stars for her) it would have went a lot smoother and faster. side note* apparently all the accessories are supposed to come with the new phone that I exchange in and they kept it.
