We visited this location 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. Im not sure if the lady working that day was the owner or a manager but she absolutely made our day. My neurodivergent son, myself, and my other children stopped by after our soccer games. He has been fixated on the Baskin Robbins logo for a few weeks now. When we arrived, he didnt care about getting ice cream but was super excited to see the big logo in the lobby. As all 4 of my children decided their flavors she patiently listened to him go on and on about the logo. To my surprise she came back and gave him two sheets of baskin robbins tattoos. She absolutely made his day and mine as well. I didnt get her name but thank you so much for your patience and putting a smile on my little guys face!

My husband went in with a coupon of buy one Sundae get one Sundae for 99 cents. On the coupon it specifically says what can be redeemed. Going in the Caucasian staff told my husband that its buy one Sundae get one scoop for 99 cents. Uhm?? Excuse me but it specifically says what the coupon is for. She didnt end up honoring it. Was rude as well...acted like she didnt want to make the sundae.

I ordered several items and the 2 hand packed “quarts” that I received wasn’t what I asked for in size.One quart was a pint and hand packed and the second was a quart but not hand packed. I was charged hand packed prices for both. Very poor customer service at this Pasadena store. The Monrovia store has exceptional service that the Pasadena staff could learn from.

Ice cream quick!

Not enough time spent here to give it a 5 star. I can say the are south pasadena is clean but the people coming in and out of that shopping center seem to be always in a rush. Be careful if you have kids the parking lot can be sometimes not safe to walk by due to these snobs that think they own the road other than that this baskin robins is to me is kid friendly and so far great customer service. Ill give them 5 star when I see the portion of the ice-cream to be consistent to what other baskin robins Ive been to. I recommend visiting the baskins robins in hasting ranch on foothill blvd that store is one of my best baskin robins to go to they are always friendly and the portion are consistent every time. This is my experience and thats all I have to say.

This review is for the store on Fair Oaks in South Pasadena. I experienced what I can only call discrimination as I was denied a purchase. Even after showing me that what I was asking for was available, the associate told me that he has “very good customers” who come in to buy that ice cream so he would not sell it to me. If I could give less than one star I would. I can’t imagine that there’s any excuse that would make it right to deny a paying customer a purchase, but to basically insinuate that I am not one of those “good customers” is nothing less than discrimination. Beware.

The staff there are extremely friendly, they have been exceedingly nice to me every single time I go. Baskin Robbins is my go to ice cream place, with at least 15-20 different flavors and even more combinations. Not only that, but their flavors change, and are also provided as ice cream cakes and pizzas. Yes pizzas. And they definitely made it work. I get all my cakes made from them and each one comes out better than the last

Newly refurbished inside. Customers are greeted upon entering and thanked when leaving. Clean and inviting inside. Customers are not rushed to decide what flavor out of 31 to chose, but someone is always close by to take your order. Look at your receipt because you always have a coupon for the next visit.

Love this place so much! The owners treat me well and the ice cream always tastes great!

My husband and I went into the location on Lake and California tonight for some ice cream. This is not our usual location but 31 flavors is our favorite ice cream so we stopped in as we were passing through. There were two young men working the shift. One of the young men was especially rude and made a sexist slur that I believe he thought was a joke. It made me feel uneasy and I think I will stick to different Baskin Robbins in the future.
