This use to be a nice place. Dudley (cashier) is terrible for the job. The bathroom was so dirty. 2 of the didnt work and toliet paper on the floor. Compton style. No offense.

Always love coming here but they always lag on opening register. Their system tells them to open 2 registers and it says its been 15 minutes. The Front End Manager doesnt seem to friendly. Almost every Ralphs. Lag after 9pm. Because they want eliminate more help and use self check out. Also Cashier Maria, very very rude lady. Overall this Ralphs is clean and has everything in stock

Its clean, well stocked, and the staff are careful about social distancing. Prices are about what youd expect at a store like this, but theres always decent deals if you check their sales. Website is pretty good, too.

I always go in about an hour before closing,(“sorry if I’m in the way guys”), everyone is always so nice, and available. I have had the most meaningful experiences here with the employees. The meat department stock boy, so conscientious and thoughtful, and ERIK, another stock “dude”, stops what he is doing to go out of his way to put the biggest smile on my face. It is very valuable to me. I adore this store above all others and feel very welcome here. “Thanks again guys, & gals keep it up”!

They have a great selection of coffee, and might I add, the best store brand of half and half creamers. Not sure if they still take checks or not, though...

My favorite place to shop for groceries. The staff are really helpful and very nice. The Managers, Charlie and Bryan manage the store very well. The store is always clean and stocked. The meat Dept. Gabriel and all the other guys are helpful as well and always working hard. This is my neighborhood market.

No employee was wearing any gloves or masks today. Most were laughing and loudly carrying on and also speaking (loudly) to both each other and customers well within about 2 or 3 feet. Butchers were ridiculing shoppers (wearing masks) in Spanish. Really? You think no one understands you? Really disturbing, really disgusting, really bad management. Easy to shop exclusively at their competitions store. Neve coming back. What a bunch of idiots.

Didn’t sell me a six pack of beer due to expired driver license. All stores around sells it with no concerns. Meanwhile in DMV 12 months line for an appointment. Never will be back.

Ive shopped at this Ralphs for 20 years, and its operating at its best now. With the closure of the Main St Ralphs, this Ralphs was inundated with customers and forced to sink or swim. Kudos to the current management team for getting operations into shape. With so many daily shoppers, efficiency, product, and cleaniness take priority over the homey-chatty service at Vons. I think the prices at Ralphs are generally better than the nearby Vons or Pavilions. I buy my meat, seafood and certain vegetables and fruits from Bristol Farms and Whole Foods, but pretty much get everything else from Ralphs. My choice items here: Private Selection Center Cut bacon when the price drops to $3.99. Peets Major Dickenson Coffee beans when they drop to $5.99. Their in-store pharmacy almost always services my prescriptions within 20-60 minutes. They provide free wifi so you can use your Ralphs app to search for and preload coupons. Speaking of coupons, if youre a rewards member, they now mail you discount and free item coupons for items youve actually purchased. I also use my Ralphs rewards to get gas discounts at Shell. What happened to Free Download Fridays? Bring it back LOL! A word of caution about buying iTunes cards. Its better to buy cards from the stands at the registers or self-checkout. Theyre less likely to be tampered with. I had 2 separate purchases of iTunes/App store cards that had been tampered with. They both came from the main card display area. When I tried to redeem the cards later, they were already redeemed by someone else. Ive since learned there are crooks that get the codes and use software to repeatedly scan the codes to see if value has been loaded onto them, and then they redeem them before you or your gift recipient do. The store wont help, and youll have to contact Apple in a protracted and laborious effort to get a replacement code.

Love this Ralphs’s. They are much further than I’d like from my home in Arcadia but, this is the only location that has had grocery pickup available in the past two months. Instacart is okay but I get points at Ralph’s and I can use them in the entire Kroger system, including gas.

Ralphs store is of the most excellent Ive seen. Im fresh from Austin, Texas and we have nothing like that greatest selection. Of good healthy and presentation of such qualityAll you see is attractive artistictly arranged isles of the highest quality is grocery items. You want to spend your money on such tasty arrangements. The employees are superb, pleasant and gracious in servicing you. Thank you Ralphs for such a pleasant shopping experience for this Texan.

Our neighborhood grocery stores, now only with competition from Sprouts. Still has the best variety and mostly the best prices (especially when you go at the right times). If I need something, I know they have it. They even have a FRESH SUSHI bar!Pros:- whatever you want, they most likely have.- when on sale, the best prices in the area, with the best quality food- ample parkingCons:- when not on sale, can be pricey.- -1 star for automated checkout... sorry, a personal thing. Give me a discount if I have to do the work myself!Tips: Dont know what to say. Its a great grocery store.

Limited items for Thanksgiving. They should overstock on produce, herbs, etc. Deli section was also limited. This Ralphs used to carry a wider selection of deli meats. Staff is very polite and helpful. This Ralphs has higher prices than other Ralphs! They have a large parking lot.

My favorite Ralphs by far, but its just not as good as other South Pas markets. My go-to market in the area is definitely Pavilions, just a couple miles away. In terms of Ralphs markets, you get a better class of customer service and a nice selection of fresh herbs, otherwise, expect the usual market staples.

About the same as any other Ralphs, though in my opinion their bread/pastry area is bigger than others Ive been to. They have a fairly large selection of flowers and plants too. Very clean and orderly.

I am usually happy with this Ralphs but somebodys got to tell them that their store hours on their Main website when punching in store hours says Open 5 am all week unti midnight?? I have been sitting in my car since 5;30 am waiting for them, not knowing, to open. Thats almost like false advertising. Thats just plain wrong. Because why go back home and leave to return in 20 minutes??? THATS WASTING GAS!! NOT CHEAP THESE DAYS??!!!,

My favorite thing about this Ralph’s is they have sooooooop many self check out lanes. I believe they have 16 self check outs and they still keep multiple cashier lanes open so check out is fast! Also, let’s talk about great prices: they have ‘em

We often find ourselves preferring this northernmost Ralphs store among the three in our local area. Its because it is nicely stocked, noticeably less crowded, and cleaner then the others. The staff are remarkably friendly, and make us feel very welcome & always ready to help should we need it.

A great place to purchase sushi and indulge at the sushi bar now open. The whole staff at Ralphs always their to help you with a smile and answer your questions . I give the store a 5 star. Thank you deli department for taking my phone order of Jennie-O Turkey Pot Roast and have it ready for pickup for dinner to indulge with family.

Good deals on these back rack sales items. Customer service good, theyll fry your fish at no charge. For the frying, I mean. You still have to purchase the fish. 😀

Good Store with all in one house hold products. Not better than cost-co when it comes to buying things in bulk. Comparatively cheaper liquor than in liquor stores. They also have some good discounts for those who are members.

The only Ralphs in the So Pas area that I know of now and a huge one at that. Better than the one that use to be on Main st and with great service and usually no lines. Also have a great selection of different groceries I dont see at other stores.

Great store, I like all the new updates. I specially liked the new checkout machines. other than that please make these electronic machine work better, surely they are NOT as user friendly as they should be.

Ive been coming to this market for years and the employees have always been nice but mostly keeping to themselves (which I usually prefer). A few days ago I met an employee in the produce department by the name of Ricardo Reyes. I was so surprised by his happy disposition and energetic personality that I felt I had to comment on it. He saw me and my mother struggling to open a plastic bag to put our vegetables in, so he came by and gave us a tip on how to open the bags quickly every time. From there, he started laughing and joking with us as he gave us a few more tips about preparing the vegetables and which can be more beneficial to the health. But as he was advising us, my mom and I were completely taken aback by his awesome personality. I feel like in life we mostly encounter dry people who always look too bothered to even speak. So getting to hear someone with positive energy whos friendly and likes to laugh while hes helping you was really refreshing for me. I usually never feel compelled to comment on a store when its positive, but this experience really stood out for me. We need more workers like Ricardo Reyes!

Somebody keeps plundering the place lately, but the staff here keeps going and has been great for at least 20 years.

This is a decent grocery store. There is a lot of product so we can be a little overwhelming. The shelves are packed full of things and extra tall too. Theres plenty of parking and its conveniently located on a main road but it can be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot because its at a high-traffic main intersection. they have regular checkout lines and self-checkouts. The place is usually pretty busy regardless of the time of day. They also do 2-hour delivery.

The roasted chicken at this Ralph is simply awful absolute garbage . taste like used paper towel - either an old frozen chicken - or careless employees. Never again

Its Ralphs and its a cheap. Surprisingly good choice and quality of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of parking space and staff are nice.

Used to love to come here. This morning really ruined it. There was NOT ONE cashier! They forced everyone to use the self-checkout. This is terribly inconvenient when you have a lot of groceries, coupons and your own bags - someone has to constantly come over to help you to enter information to allow one to continue the process. Nothing works smoothly. And if you have a lot of groceries, there isn’t sufficient space to stack your groceries after you have scanned them. By the time I unloaded, scanned and then bagged everything myself, 10 minutes had passed...and then when I arrived home, I realized I didn’t even receive the Ralphs points for my purchases...Ridiculous.

Ralphs at this location has reasonable variety and good prices compared to Vons. Dedicated and recently-expanded parking lot makes parking easier than at Trader Joes. Usually well-stocked and a fast check out. They added self check-out too. Use Ralphs app for best prices and electronic coupons. Another Ralphs location on Foothill in East Pasadena is bigger with larger selection.

Awesome booze sale for Thanksgiving got me into this store

Meat department staff were awesome and very helpful, Ryan C helped me find what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything Ill be returning for all my meat products here in the future. Thank you Ryan!!!

Its a bit smaller than the Fresh Fare versions in the area but still has a decent selection and quality, fresh options.

Going north on atlantic blvd(where i was). toward huntington blvd. and passing it, then making an immediate right turn to get into the parking lot. it is a better route than the map suggested.

This is a pretty nice Ralphs, nice parking lot and easy checkout with the self checkout terminals as well as a friendly staff member always monitoring those terminals.

Convenience and great location for my shopping as there is only one American grocery store left in Alhambra.

Ralphs is my favorite market. One of the reasons is the digital coupons that you can easily download to your Ralphs reward card.

I LOVE this So. Pasadena Ralphs Market. Where do I start? Gosh....the Staff are GREAT!! Wish there was a way we can cloan them and put some at the Monterey Park store??! So Pas staff is so respectful and Always ask to be of help. They greet you as you enter their store. Ask you at the register if we found everything ok. Wow other stores lack the courtesy, kindness, and Professionalism like this store has. Take a lesson.😎

Nice place, but the parking lot is a nightmare. Not sure why everybody needs to be dropped off in front of the building, but it causes all kinds of havoc trying to park, leave or enter the lot.
