The employees were more than friendly to say the least, super welcoming and enjoyable to deal with. They have some real high quality product as well and I was super happy with what I received. Ive just recently got my medical marijuana card. Ive visited a few other medical dispensaries and Ive got to say Highly is my absolute favorite!! I live all the way in Gorham and have no problem traveling to South Portland just to come here!! I suffer from severe social anxiety, it took me about 10 minutes of sitting and deep breathing in my vehicle before I could even come inside because of my severe anxiety. Right away I felt a warm welcoming energy!! I didnt feel uneasy, I didnt feel rushed, The woman at the front was the absolute sweetest and nicest ever!! Im pretty sure she could tell I was anxious, she kept calm, pleasant and fun conversation going with me until it was my time to go out back, she explained the entire process to me so when I went out back I wouldnt be confused and alarmed on how things would go. Love her!! As soon as I got out back the gentleman was so understanding that I only had a certain amount of money to work with being a mother on a budget with three children, he was so cool and understanding that I was looking for a certain type of medicine to help with my anxiety and sleep! I cant express enough how much I love this place, the staff is present and engaged not looking down at their phones, you can tell they genuinely care about what you need and do their absolute best to fulfill whatever you need from them!! I fell in love with this place right away! I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else, whenever I have extra money to spend this will be the place that I go!! I recommend this place to everyone and anyone! dont go anywhere else!! I know I wont!! 😊🤘💟💚

Staff was knowledge and very friendly. They also seemed excited to be there. As for the product I had a couple different pre rolls and some edibles. The flower smelt amazing for their Mr.Nasty strain and the 207 edibles white chocolate bar packed a good kick!

Very poor service. Would not allow a caregiver to purchase for patient or allow patient ask caregiver for recommendations. Then would not sell to patient at all after asking caregiver. Ive never had a problem in maine or ma or nh. they missed out on a huge order so their loss. Will never give this place my business.

I went into Highly to buy dabs and the two people who helped me were thorough and friendly. I ended up getting a preroll for Erez after hearing their personal favorite and it did wonders. My mind was clear, mood uplifted and pain gone. The dabs (dosi x blue dream haze) they recommended for pain have also been working really well. The inside is clean, products are reasonably priced and I plan to make frequent trips to this dispensary.

On my first visit I bought a twenty dollar eighth which was of decent enough quality considering the price. The employees were friendly and helpful and the free pre roll that they gave me, for it being my first visit was of pretty good quality. They have high quality smoke at reasonable prices so that’s good enough for me.
