Made a call for our French fry machine not keeping its tempature. Told me he changed a wire. Didn’t see the new wire. The problem was not fixed. In and out less then 10 minutes. Charged me 450 dollars. I will never ever ever ever ever ever recommend this place to any business owner. WORST buisness structure. Only wants your money...they don’t care about your buisness.
Horrible company, they are 2 stars on yelp for a reason, untrustworthy. They only get business because of warranty work. Naresh(spelling) ignores phone calls and laughs at his customers. doesnt keep promises or return phone calls, same appliance didnt work over and over after multiple repairs, usually lasted for a day or wasn’t “fixed”at all...almost a year of warranty work and dozens of visits, and Appliance is still broken after every visit. The tech guy even admitted he didnt know what he was doing, caught them in several lies. These are the type of people you avoid at all costs.
I worked for P&D appliance for over 15 years as a service technician and reading what kind of service they have now makes me feel that what it was when I worked there and what it is now is not the same and that upsets me very deeply. Shame on you P & D 👎. ps Hire experienced Technicians who now what there doing
Dont bother even with warranty. They will try to weasel as much time and money out of you. Had a technician charge an extra 15 minutes just sitting in his car after the job was done.
