We were greeted by the manager who asked what was our problem. He sent us to Christiani who worked diligently to resolve our issue. We will gladly recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for excellent service.
Store closed super early (3 hours!) and didnt put a sign up. I watched multiple people come up after me and look at the posted hours, we were all super confused. I left work early to pick up my new phone and still didnt make it in time. Called Verizon to see if I could pick it up at a different store, and Ive been on hold so long - 90 minutes now, Ive gotten through twice and the line has died both times - that all the other stores are close to being closed as well...and I still havent reached anyone! Overall kind of a bad experience and Im not sure I want to move forward with my switch to Verizon. 😕 Lucky my current phone still works and Im not desperate, otherwise Id be pretty upset.
I went into the store to purchase a new phone not knowing you needed an appointment. Other then the staff the store was empty. So I made an appointment for Monday and then it went all down hill. Monday the store was closed. So I tried to order a phone on line, no luck customer service needs to be retrained. The the whole process is confusing that’s an understatement. The phone is supposed to come tomorrow. We’ll see.
I went into the Verizon store this morning needing help because my cell phone was stolen. EVERYONE I encountered was very kind. I really appreciated the service I received!Just returned to Verizon to have my replacement phone activated. David helped me through the process and was very patient, kind and informative. I appreciate the great service.

Wow what great customer service. Christ helped me with my phone. Ive been having problems with my phone. We were in and out in before at least 10 minutes. He was able to order me a new phone with no charge because I had insurance. I will be receiving it in 1 to 2 days. Great Service Chris!! 👍

UPDATE: Went to store today, spoke with managers. Complete lack of customer service. No answer as to why my messages from yesterday were ignored. No apologies for their mistakes. Actually said there was no mistake - I would only have received a 2-day shipping if I had paid for it. Wrong. Watched the tech assisting me select FedEx overnight shipping. Talked about it being FedEx and the need for a signature. If my only options had been ground or next day morning, I would have paid the $15, but was not the situation.Did offer to let me pay off the remainder of my old phone and upgrade today. No, thank you. There is no service being offered there.Gave me a number to call if I continue to have problems with the order - same one I contacted repeatedly yesterday with no response.Apparently dont care about their customers. I went there this weekend and had great service from a tech guy. My phone needs to be replaced because this model fries itself up. He put in the request for replacement, to be delivered Tuesday by end of business, via FedEx.I get tracking info, and they have sent it via ground shipping through post office. To be delivered who knows when.I got a message from store management asking is I have any additional questions or feedback. I responded in the hopes they could correct their mistake, and get me a phone tomorrow. I let them know I have a parent in the hospital on other side of the country, and the 7 year old phone I am using to get by until my replacement arrives is very unreliable, making it very difficult to stay in contact with my family. I asked if I could pay the additional $15 to get the phone next morning.I got an auto-response saying the store was closed and they would respond to my message when it opened.That was 14 hours ago. I got absolutely NO RESPONSE. None. I have been unable to find any other number to call to try to get help with their error.
Good Verizon store. Staff is helpful. The accessories selection is a little less than some of the other stores but not bad.
Escaped from Sprint and their terrible local service. Its more expensive, but IT WORKS. Saleem was a pleasure to deal with, too bad it was his last day!! Verizons loss is Visas gain apparently.
I always get great service here whether I am upgrading devices, dropping features, billing queries or just need help with my gear. Ive noticed this store has high employee turnover, but the service has been consistently professional and friendly.
Bad customer service experience. I was helped by one of the girls that work at the store and I had little issue . I was told that I will hear from her within 24 hours, but it has been a week since then and I haven’t received any email or phone call. I advise people who live in SSF or San Bruno to go to the Burlingame store much much better customer experience.
Sales people are knowledgeable about the phones they sale. If they dont know an answer, then they say they dont know. I appreciated their honesty.
Everybody is very friendly and helpful when you need some help with your phone be right there to help you and they know what youre talkin about.

It is a shame when your phone goes bad they cant help you in the store. Im out in California for work. A phone that was just replaced already went bad with a speaker issue. They could not replace the phone in the store and only offered solutions that would cost me more money. They claim to be Americas number one Network, but their in store customer service is the worst....
Professional setting, fast, fully staffed service. Opens till 10pm most days. There are a verity of flower, edibles, cbd oils, etc, 21+ accepted and CASH ONLY.

This is not a corporate store. They have no clue what they are doing and give you a policy lecture when you go in for something as simple as getting a new SIM card.
Nice workers but one guy came in smelling like its been years since he cleaned himself, and I think he should have been asked to leave, it was that bad! Anyway, I left, and so any business I would have done didnt get done, but I understand.

The WORST Verizon ever. I came in and they were the rudest people. The people over the phone were even appalled when I called him from the store to tell them what was going on . The people on the phone ended up giving me a month free because of the service I received at this store.
