They did it right ❤️❤️❤️ FANTASTIC place to get authentic Brazilian coffee and I mean AUTHENTIC (taste like the coffee I’d have back home (Brazil) in my aunties country house. Pastries are to die for and made fresh. You can taste the quality here. Great job! I will try all their locations across SF!
The service was great. They were busy, but got us our food quickly. The acai bowl and sweet and savory pastries were delicious.
Hidden gem of South San Francisco. They have some of the best coffee on the Peninsula. I buy some beans for my wife to make at home now and again. Their food is amazing!y wife is gluten free and we buy the 50 pack of frozen cheesey breads to make at home. Their stuffed pastries are to good to pass up. You know you pass by this place often. Its time you stopped in to check it out!
Go to for dark rich Brazilian coffee and pão de quejio . Always something new in the snack case
Coffee(hot and cold), acai bowl, cheese ball, beef patty - all delicious!! The place is clean and excellent customer service. Bathroom is clean too!!
Great place! Good coffee! The pastries... A MUST!
Absolutely phenomenal. Try the beef quibé!
Food is great, but line organization and waiting is awful. Every time I go there, same thing. Other people complaining too. I will try to find an alternative to get Brazilian food.
Popular bakery. Come early before it is sold out. My favorite Cisco (Fried beef patty) and the coconut bread filled with mozzarella cheese. $4 each, a bit pricy in my option.Waited about 15 mins for the pastry.I came on Sat 11:30, the coconut bread with cheese is sold out, and only one Disco left.Small dinning area inside packed with people. There is more table in the back, and a small parking lot at the back.
Spectacular! Strong coffee - will practically put hair on your chest. The tasty esfirra de frango (bread snack filled with shredded chicken, tomatoes, onions, and Spanish olives) was out of this world. Street parking out front, but go around the back & theres a lot. Outside garden seating available.
This place is amazing! The staff is helpful and friendly is the food will take your tastebuds on a wonderful journey! Definitely check this place out. I wish we had one in L.A. county.
Great lunch, amazingly tasty food (I’m not even close to be Brazilian but if indeed this is the kind of traditional cuisine they have on a day-to-day lunch, I’m very envious), super nice employees and rather low price for this kind of lunch. The white rice, beans, steamed vegetables and salad that are served with each main course are delicious and very “homie” even if you haven’t grown up in Brazil.I ordered the “Peixe à Milanesa”, which is a breaded fried fish (tilapia if I remember right) which was very good, not dry like it does in many places, and the combination with the rice, beans and vegetables was magnificent - all for $14Highly recommend if you’re on the way to/from San Francisco.
The baked items are a delight!
The smoothies are worth every penny and the atmosphere is contagious!
The gentleman here carefully listened to my order for my Ketogenic Lifestyle and removed all beans & rice from my beef lunch plate but gave me lots of steamed veggies as well as salad!! Thank you very much for the great lunch, guys!!
Hoooooly moly its expensive and I regret nothingWorth it for the hot sauce aloneJust go, get like 5 things, and the mint and pineapple juice and enjoy heavenSurprisingly good parking options
Good food but the service are not so great
Oh man. Complicated feelings about this place. The food? So legit. I should’ve known I was in for something incredibly special when the line was packed at 12:45pm on a Friday, with equal parts yuppies and hippies and people who looked like they had just walked off a construction work site. The woman in front of me in line turned around and spoke to me in Portuguese, and I’d say 80% of people who ordered did so in Portuguese as well, so that alone was super promising. Everything I ate was amazing. The bife lunch platter ($15) was insanely huge and insanely flavorful, and served with incredible beans, surprisingly tasty steamed veggies and rice, as well as a cole slaw and fresh salad. (For reference, I was decently hungry and only managed to eat less than half). The coconut and mozzarella bread was also really tasty – just a surprising combination of fatty, salty, and sweet flavors that really works.I’m docking a star here because it took around 40 minutes for my takeout order to be prepared. I would have really liked to know it would take so long as I was getting some food prior to a flight; it was just really stressful and since the place was so busy, the person taking orders told me I could either wait or he could cancel my order…later (and I wasn’t comfortable just trusting that he would remember to do so).
This place is great. Best cheese bread I’ve ever had!
My first stop in SF and did not disappoint!
The steak is number one
So happy I found this gem of a coffee house. Try the coconut bread filled with Mozzarella cheese warmed up. And also the Rissoles (think breaded empanada with meat and cheese filled) is AMAZING! love this place and definitley one of my go to favorites when I have a chance to get there.
A really small and quaint Brazilian cafe. They serve some Brazilian entree dishes, but I came to try out the traditional snacks like Coxinho. It was really delicious. Tried their coffee as well and it has a strong, bold taste, just how I like it.The place is a bit small and street parking only. I managed to get one of the spots at the counter to enjoy my food, so it was all good. Go easy on the spicy sauce because its really spicy! Try it for a bit to get an idea.Highly recommended!
Ive been eating there many times and its always amazing. Once I a was looking for a specific treat of theirs, but it has run out, they prepared it on the spot specially for me. They have excellent service and food.
Excellent food and very kind staff. Ive been eating there many times and its always amazing. Once I a was looking for a specific treat of theirs, but it has run out, they prepared it on the spot specially for me. They have excellent service and food.
Brazilian cafe serving full lunch plates, sweet and savory baked goods, acai bowls, and of course coffee. I tried the coxinha (savory fried chicken salgado), pão de queijo (cheese bread), and roscas (coconut bun) plus coffee with chocolate, and everything was delicious. My favorites were the pão de queijo and roscas. Seating and parking are limited, but it’s worth a visit if you want to try authentic Brazilian treats.
It is a Brazilian cafe, they do fantastic coffee In the morning, Each cup is ground to order. They also have an outstanding lunch plate. Its a small little hole in the wall and if you blink as you drive by you would miss it, but if you happen to find your way to it you will not be disappointed. The quality of food and the friendliness of the service is superior! If youre in the area dont miss it.
My favorite place in the Bay area for good, authentic Brazilian dishes.
I give it a 5 because of the uniqueness of their menue and their great execution. Well done! I would definitely want to comeback. But items are definitely high calory... so stay away weight watchers!
Great Brazilian snacks (Salgadinhos). Definitely want to try the other food soon.
Best coffee and fruit juice. Excellent service!Order online, line and parking can be a challenge
This is doubtless one of the finest place in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am remarkably glad. They always keep their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they give. You no doubt will love this restaurant. Very recommended.
I drove from Santa Barbara all the way there just to eat COXINHA AND EMPADA DE FRANGO. I bought 4 bottles of hot sauce and 12 cans of GUARANÁ! AMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG!!!!!!!!!
Very well kept and welcoming place. They provide large portions and for affordable rates. I liked the menu very much and the staff were very amiable and chatty. Recommended.
Excellent vibes and very welcoming service. The menu was fresh and delightful. Will absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Convenient prices and big meals. Keep it up.
Brazilian food. Im recommend. So good.
This restaurant has superb service and enjoyable meals. My favourite restaurant in town. The food and drinks arrived fast and the rates were economical. I recommend this place.
Very well organised and welcoming place. They provide generous portions and for affordable rates. I enjoyed the menu a lot and the staff members were super personal and informative. Highly recommended.
Really good restaurant if you are a Brazilian with homesickness. They have a Brazilian food options, including desserts. The food is well prepared, even though it takes a lot for it to be ready. The space is small, so you need to come here early - by 12pm it is already full. You also can order on their website and get there to take it, it is preferable. The price is good, but I think they should have more options and be more friendly to non-brazilian guests, with images of the plates instead of only description.
I really enjoy their food. I always get great customer service here. The place is always clean and the staff members are always very kind. I highly recommend this place.
I prefer this restaurant very much. theres a unique feeling. The food is good. the service is powerful and the waiters are very professional. The pay is satisfactory. truly recommend.
I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I got to say the customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot neat all the time. Pricing is convenient and they serve big portions.
Cafe de Casa is an amazing Brazilian food restaurant. Ive eaten food from here multiple times, and Im never disappointed. Last may 04th we had some Brazilian snacks for my birthday and they were above amazing. They made my shelter in place birthday better.
All right, I am not going to disagree with the middling coffee reviews, but setting that aside the lunch platters are pretty generous and quite tasty. I like the feel of this place and wish they had weekend hours, but I do understand their location might not make it a great weekend spot. In short, go there and get a hearty weekday lunch.
We had a superb time at this place. We liked the wonderful ambience and the food. The waiters are super welcoming. I am glad we ultimately managed to visit this place.
Oh wow, what a find! Delicious tapas sized portions. Ordered the black bean stew special which was fantastic. Order at the counter. All staff was super nice and friendly. On my visit again list if ever back in the area.
Small quaint cafe. Great drinks
Great food and the hot sauce is the best!
Amazing food and staff was very friendly
This place had amazing coffee (by far the best coffee Ive had in the South SF area) and delicious breakfast. They were pretty busy when I went, but got everyones orders out really quickly. Its a pretty small shop space-wise, so seating inside is a little limited, but we did get a nice table on the patio. I will definitely be back for breakfast again, and will recommend Cafe De Casa to friends!
The indoor area is small, with an L shaped counter that wraps along the inside with stools. The service was friendly and I loved the recommendation of their special, chicken stew. It was a good amount of food: rice, bowl of beans, chopped tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, with 2 chicken thighs simmered in a deliciously rich stock that goes great with rice. Its a shame I dont work or live in the area.
My go to spot to get my acai bowl fix.
Good pastries, but relatively pricey. The coconut bread and coconut-cheese bread are super delicious. The warm savory items are also tasty, but extremely filling. Theres almost always some kind of wait here, and most of the customers seem to speak Portuguese, so I guess thats a seal of approval. If you visit their website, you can order food online and pick up in store so you dont have to wait in line.
Everything is delicious and well made. The girls who attended are beautiful and nice. Great place for a quick breakfast. Great coffee too.
We flew in from Cleveland last night after a rough day of traveling and only got about 3-4 hours of sleep... I would go through the entire last 16 hours if it meant I was getting Cafe De Casa the next morning. This place was phenomenal! We had the highly recommended coconut cheese bread (and the one without cheese) and it was one of the better things Ive eaten in my life. The coffee is undeniably authentic and delicious as well. Way to go and congrats on 8 years Cafe De Casa!!
Very tasty. A lot of meat but the vegetarian plate was good. Empanadas looked delicious but not many vegetarian options there.
Would absolutely recommend visiting this place. Excellent character, flavorful food, fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.
Great coffee, food and terrific service. Def my new favorite stop!If you miss it just make 3 rights and theres a parking lot behind them.
Good brazilian desert
Would definitely recommend visiting this place. Great ambience, delightful dishes, excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
Outstanding little hole in the wall! Look forward to delicious Brazilian flavors and favorites! Pastries (sweet and savory), lunch plates, drinks, and fresh made coffee. Yum! Seating is a little tight inside but they do have a patio area for additional. Cant wait to return!
Great food and great service! They helped send me a receipt after a few days because I forgot to ask initially. Very thankful!
BEST BEST BEST!!!! For 3 years we’ve ordered all of our event catering from them and the quality of food is impeccable! Great staff. Lovely to work with and just hands down the BEST!
Went here for my birthday lunch it was fantastic! Quick service, staff was very friendly sushi was great drinks were great. Cant wait to come back and try more on the menu.
Very limited parking nearby, we almost gave up. Alsolimited seating inside, so we took away a couple finger food. The taste was good but the interior wasnt warm.
I love this place, its unique and the food is great!
Cant find a fresher cup of Brazilian coffee or a better traditional pastry anywhere else. Its a family tradition to stop here every time were in town.
Cute cafe with limited food options. Theres outdoor seating. Its walkable from oyster point and other biotech companies in South SF.
Apparently the people they don’t like they charge more
Delicious. Dont find a single reason to not come here. Trust me you will not regret it. Especially their empanadas. My oh my are they good.
Very good to eat
Great Brazilian food. Takes time but well worth it.
I like this small coffee shop here in this area. I love the coffee and the variety of their pastries was the best. It was a great time here and their staff was friendly and well mannered.
Very very warm and lovely place. The food is delicious
The food was delicious. Huge variety and tastes really good. The prices were a bit high, i can understand why the food is high quality.
Real Brazilian comfort food. The place is a little small so during peak hours there may be a line. You can order online and pick it up for faster service. The portions are huge!
On Fridays they do a beef tri-tip that will blow your mind.
