The blood pressure monitor I order is terribly inaccurate I returned it through Walmart who said I would get my money when the company received the product according to FedEx they receive my product on November 5th it is now the 19th with no refund trying to contact lotfancy Inc the number given its just connected this place is a sham do not order anything from them 0 Stars

Purchased a LotFancy voice activated USB dictaphone from Amazon bit it never got past welcome on the screen. Nothing could get it to do anything except display welcome. Id use the manual to trouble shoot, only its the worst possible English to gibberish translation Ive ever seen. And the company says in the product manual they guarantee their products and will gladly repair or replace any non-working item. All you have to do is contact them for prompt service. BUT theres NO PHONE NUMBER ... NO EMAIL ... NO ADDRESS.... NO indication of any possible way to reach them - and NO COMPANY NAME AT ALL ON PACKAGING OR LITERATURE. (Had to go thru Amazon to get LotFancys name.) What a SCAM.

OK, they made good on an item damaged in transit. All good, they go the extra mile to satisy their customers. Great guys.

I purchased a replacement keyboard from them for my ASUS laptop. Their Amazon product listing for this keyboard listed the product as being an appropriate replacement for my particular model of ASUS laptop. Yet when it arrived, it was too small and fit into the laptop very loosely. When I informed them of this problem (multiple times) they never answered my communications, and refused either to replace the product or provide a refund. Whats even worse, when I gave them a bad review (which they deserve), Amazon sent me a notice that my review would not be published, basically because it was negative. Amazon of course, made no sense. What is a review for, right? Its for letting other potential customers know of ones experience - for good or bad - with a company. Thats what a review is, yet Amazon would not even let me leave this complaint to warn other people, and refused to hold this merchant accountable. Therefore, this bad review is to warn people about the bad business practices of both Lot Fancy Inc, AND Amazon. But I have a feeling it wont get published again. It goes to show how in our times, business ethics have gone right out the window, and these two companies reflect that.

I received a cheaply made, already broken dog training collar from Lot Fancy Inc. Cant get a hold of them to correct problem. Terrible business.
