My experience was bad. Jonny tells you everything you need to know, but not that 30% cut for returns. I showed him a video of my place to make sure it will go through the door, he said yes. I bought a sofa and loveseat, but the sofa didnt go through the door. They charged me $390 (30%) for returning it. A total rip off!! And if I wanted to changed the sofa he told me that Ill be charged extra shipping fees, REALLY!!.. I felt cheated on. Give me one example of a shop that does that to its costumers. Shop on your own risk, but I would never recommend it to anyone.

The attention was good, the problem is the warmth of the armchair that I bought, after 5 days the armchair broke and really for what I paid it was not for that to happen to him.
