We purchased a 16 trampoline from them. After assembly, we went to move it and one of the upper support arms buckled at the joint. Quite disappointed on the quality. Hoping to have better experience with their customer service/warranty dept. I will update this review if anything changes..

Awful customer service. Not one human to talk to just an answering service that literally tells you an email to respond to. Zero help. The problem is there’s no response. We were missing 40 springs and a safety pole. Now my daughters birthday party will be without this giant trampoline for her and her friends. You should probably look elsewhere for a trampoline in the event you’d like to use it.
