Stay Away, stay away, and stay away. Here are my reasons:1. My doctors office had to repeatedly send in my prescription for a CPAP machine. When I called and asked if it was received, nobody knew anything. The employees sound dead inside.2. Apria kept using the wrong health insurance info. It didn’t seem to matter when I gave them the right info.3. Apria uses GLS, a second rate courier, to deliver CPAP supplies. They don’t email a tracking number, so you have to guess when the package will show up. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and the pizza guy can get into my building, but not GLS. After an hour-long phone call I was told GLS returned the package without any notice to me.4. It has taken 11 weeks to get a properly setup CPAP machine with a correctly fitting mask.If I had to do it all over again, I would try using one of several online companies.

I would give this company a negative star if I could. They are terrible. Next time my father visits his physician, we will ask for a recommendation of another company to use. They are a constant no show. They will not honor their appointments. I called to have equipment picked up and 3 no shows. They really are terrible. If you do not have to work with them, good.. GREAT chose another company; go with their competitors. They may be used by big hospitals because their prices are competitive... but the adage applies, you get what you pay for, in this case, you get NOTHING EVEN IF YOU PAY!!!!!!

I would give a negative rating if I could. I am physician and I sent Apria (at South SF) an urgent oxygen order for a patient. I was told the oxygen could be set up the same day and someone from Apria would call me to confirm. Now its been almost 3 days, I have yet to hear back from Apria despite multiple phone follow-up. DO NOT USE APRIA!

Worst service Ive ever received in my life. Its been four months since Ive requested a CPAP machine and Im still waiting for it. Ive had to make numerous phone calls on literally each step along the way. Three times to correct the insurance info that they somehow took down wrong three times after which they claimed that I dont have insurance, when in truth they hadnt even sent in a request to the insurance company. Two more times to correct the email address that they took down. If your doctor recommends this company, ask for any alternatives.Wouldnt wish this on my worst enemies.

Virtually impossible to contact to simply order supplies. Who has the time to sit on hold for thirty minutes?! They need either email order ability or a voicemail to receive orders. Im going to have to drive down myself today to get supplies. Unnecessary waste of gas!

This company never honored the scheduled time for delivery/pickup. 4 out of 4 times failed. Also, they messed up on updating the return status after picking up the equipments from us. Highly recommend against this company.

As stated by many others I can confirm this company has the most inconsistent service process. If you aren’t available when they call to complete/confirm the order submitted by your Dr, prepare to play an endless game of phone tag because there’s no one available to help finish the order when you call. No idea why they have customer service reps who aren’t empowered to help.

Promptly received tubing for my CPAP. Then got a 4 page agreement to sign. When I wanted to ask questions, I was connected to a woman in Manila. When she couldnt answer my question I was put on hold until I was transferred to a supervisor. In the US! Yeah

One star is too generous. Unfortunately many health care providers send their patients to Apria Healthcare for durable goods, where their patients are exposed to what might be the most incompetent and dishonest company in existence. Apria charges way above market price for goods and their customer service is beyond terrible. Their customer service representatives will lie to you, hang up on you, transfer you to voicemails that never get a response; anything to not have to assist you. Dealing with Apria Healthcare is a nightmare.

Horrible communication. Who they are using for a scheduling service? By far, the worst individuals I have ever dealt with. Every phone conversation is painful. I cant wait to go to my actual appointment. I bet it is going to be a blast.

So its a warehouse right? They have trucks and everything. But they wont give you any product. They have to place an order and have it delivered a week later. Also, all the RTs take the same lunch so the already constricting business hours are shortened. There is no appointment confirmation nor reminder sent so double check they didnt tell you the wrong time. During my mask fitting they didnt have several of the models and were trying to show me the pictures. When I asked if the samples were clean she said no, so I used a travel wet wipe I happened to have to clean them.

In a word, this place sucks! I am a Kaiser patient. Kaiser must get a great discount on items from this company. There is no reason otherwise to use them. Long hold times, placated information (lies!), and missed appointments are just a few of the problems.

Now they are telling me because they messed up now someone has to be home to sign for delivery.I have had nothing but problems with this companyI would give them a zero if I could 0000

I have been trying to obtain CPAP materials for almost three months and get no results. My Dr.s office has sent two full set of documents and I have no supplies. I have been told it is Medicare---- well if two offices talk and exchange information you would think they could work to a solution. NOT THE CASE.4/23/15 Just received word that I can get supplies today SIX MONTHS AFTER STARTING THIS PROCESS. Filing a complaint and demand a response. Have found out that documents needed were never specific in their nature which made the completion process impossible. At this point it feels like they really do not care about client satisfaction. Lets see what happens with my compliant.

Very poor communication in their logistic department. I called back 4 times to schedule a pick up. No body showed up. When I called to confirm that my pick up was scheduled. They were unable to locate the driver, nor confirm the schedule. I ended up dropping off the equipment to local branch myself.

Complete Idiots, all the time, every time. One time they gave me a Wheel Chair after I left on a 2 week vacation. Another time I got a CPAP machine with no instruction. It kept me awake for 3 days. Another time I asked for a walker I had to return as it was not even usable in my house. I wish I did not have to use them. Now they called me up on Saturday to have the Doctor send them a Faxed prescription, like I am God and can make a Doctor do anything. Crazy Company.

Very bad at providing information to customers. No way to track shipment or inquire about order. Customer service number does not allow connection with operator just in case your issue / concern does not strictly match up with their bewilderingly byzantine menu of options. An F goes to their director of customer service, and to the person who came up with their phone menu.
