Old man behind the counter said you have to open the keyfob to change the battery thats why we dont mess with them. Dont bother with this place, the other auto zone I went to was way more helpful and actually solved my problem. Must be nice to not help customers and get paid for it.

My battery died. Went into the Auto Zone. My car needed a jump to get from Job Lot parking area to Auto Zone. A customer gave me a jump, God Bless!! One of the men tested the battery, it was dead. Bought the battery and the man put it in!!!!Made my day. Thank you.

Hyannis store has a better staff, to be honest. Not that these guys are bad, per se. Just a better group at the other place.

I picked up the windshield washer, the good kind, negative 30°. Two for seven bucks.

Joseph the manager is pretty great. In fact all staff was really nice and walked me through different options for my car. Happy with the service I got.

I think the people that work there in South Yarmouth arent as good as the people in Hyannis people in Hyannis help so much more

All Auto Parts Chains are not the same. These guys are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, curtious, and they have the parts I need. I just replaced my rear brakes, everything, and probably saved $5-600.00!

Joe helped me change my car battery after it was completely dead. Was very friendly and explained to me how he was doing it so I could do it myself in the future.

Absolutely terrible experience i went in for a quick 1 minute oil filter removal attachment, they had many sizes, the vehicle i have is not in the books & the filter i already had they did not carry, so it was impossible 4 them to convert the sizes for a 454 engine 2 find out which fit they demanded a vehicle, after 30 mins i finally did the research myself & found the right part & they sat there glaring at .e dumbfounded, u need people that work there that know anything at all about auto parts or im going 2 start avoiding going 2 u for all the vehicles I fix

So uneducated employees works there, they wouldnt accept a return that accept Hyannis Autozone. What a shame i have to drive all the way to hyannis to shop

The prices arent competitive anymore. Couldnt retrieve bonuses from their bonus card, had an employee tell me I didnt know what I was talking about when it came to a certain part, and Ive worked on cars since 1967. Ill buy fluids, tools, paints, and other products but not repair parts. BTW, the fuel pump and sending can be purchased assembled for a 92 Explorer. I bought it at another store.

AutoZone is a automotive parts store with everything you need for your car or truck. Some things however they cant carry because the car makers wont allow them to, otherwise you can get everything from oil to wipers and everything in between.The people who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly

I called ahead regarding the purchase of a new battery for my car when I arrived at AutoZone they had my battery ready to go they put it in my car took my old battery were friendly local people I was very impressed every time I go to AutoZone I get the same good treatment and Id highly recommend AutoZone thank you AutoZone Jim

I bought windshield wipers at advanced auto and when I got home I couldnt get them on. They were difficult as they had extra pieces with them and I couldnt figure it out even though I had changed my wipers many times before. I decided to stop in the auto zone in south Yarmouth on my way back from the grocery store just to see if the could explain why I had additional parts. There were three guys in there. They were very nice and one of them without hesitation came out to my car (in the snow) and put them on for me, even though I didnt buy them there. Great customer service and I will shop there going forward!

Thought this was for advance. Auto zone has great service and ability to obtain parts most have discontinued.

I had to come here in a pinch while on vacation to get a part for my car just so I could get home. The staff were not friendly, under staffed, not knowledgeable about what they were doing or looking for. If it is the only part in town and you need it today, it will work but you are best to go somewhere else.

Ordered a part, was told it would be in @ 3pm the following day. Called at 3...the truck hasnt come in yet. Called @ 5, still no truck. Called @ 7, the truck just came in, give us 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes, went in and was told that part didnt come in and had to be paid for before it could even be ordered...and then it would take another 4 days to come in. They couldnt have said that one of the four times I called? I would have paid for it upon ordering! Complete waste of time. Incompetent employees. Terrible service. They have just lost my business and hopefully that of many others.

Not the best customer service. Called before visiting and was told a part was in stock. No part when I got there. Luckily I improvised with a part that I picked out on the sales floor.

12/ 2017 This review is very positive regarding Josh/Manager/South Yarmouth, MA. I was not even a customer, and was stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery. I entered the Auto Zone store seeking help. Josh jumped to the matter, when I discovered AAA was overwhelmed with high demand to emergency road calls. Josh left the store w/me and a battery charger to test and charge my dead battery on a 2008 Chev Silverado.He is outstanding as a humanitarian to jump to help me. I have been acustomer in the past and will continue to patronize the S. Yarmouth location. I had to be at work in an hour and Josh jumped to help out!!
