Horrible business practices. Basically non-communicative when we called them out on their mistakes. Left with a non-working alarm system, plenty of bills, and they never picked up the phone to let us know the alarm system wasnt working. Not too safe. We finally spoke, and they were rude on the phone. We have switched companies for any future installs and monitoring! If you want a good product and to preserve your sanity, do not work with these guys.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I wanted to speak to someone in accounting and the man hung up on me. I called back and asked him to Transfer me, I need info on paying my account, he laughed at me and said Go away and hung up on me. Very Very upset.
