We can’t say enough great things about Cape Granite Connection. After going to 4 other granite places on the Cape to try and select and get quotes for our kitchen and 3 bathrooms- we were about to give up. Several of them never even got back to us with quotes and the whole experience was very frustrating. We found out about Cape Granite Connection from a designer who was helping us on finish selections for our recently purchased condo. We were so pleased with assistance in selecting slabs in a yard that made it very easy to view them ( no stacking of slabs so you can’t view them) all the way through getting a quote on the spot once we made our selections AND then they were out in a few days to do their templates and a week later they were all were installed!!! The carpenter I was working with suggested I look at Cape Granite Connection. He had a discount coupon he gave me and said a friend had used them and was pleased with the outcome. This project was for20 year old kitchen refresh . The counter replacement was straight-forward however for the Island I added a circular end to accommodate 3-4 people. I met with Hilton Brito. He listened to what I wanted and walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Based on our discussion and some specific samples I was interested in, he provided a combination of quotes. It was several weeks later I was ready to confirm my choices. My first ideal choice for the Island top was more then my budget would allow so I had a second choice that I was happy with. As we walked through the quotes, he said he had another client that had ordered my first choice for the Island. He checked to see if the remnant remaining from that project was large enough to do the island. Yes it was and the revised quote for my first choice ended up being less expensive then my second choice. The installation had some minor glitches that were my errors however the crew easily resolved them. The crew for both doing the template and the installation were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I will use Cape Granite Connection again when its time to refresh the bathrooms.

We have had two jobs/installs done by Cape Granite Connection. Both jobs, a bathroom vanity top and a complete kitchen counter installation, were top quality, precise, and expertly executed. Not easy trusting with such a big expense like stonework. Cape Granite Connection is trustworthy, however, and the craftsmanship is fine-tuned. My outdoor kitchen was a challenge with a circular shape and unusual surface. Rudy advised on how to make the project a success even with the challenges and he was correct. Hilton was patient with my indecisiveness. Douglas muscled through and was as pleasant as could be. Thanks to the expertise and patience of Cape Granite Connection, my vision was exceeded!

We just had new quartz countertops installed by Cape Granite Connection, and we could not be more pleased. This is why:1. They had a beautiful piece of quartz, that we loved.2. They were extremely timely, completing previous countertop removal, and measurements exactly as planned, AND VERY timely…. So our lives where disrupted very briefly.3. Fabrication and installation was quick!4. Here’s the best part…. The counters are beautiful and fit to perfection. The way the seams were done is brilliant! In fact, you would have to study the countertop to even find the seams. In addition, they actually fabricated the back splashes to line up with the veins in the countertop.5. Both men who removed, measured and installed were friendly, and clearly dedicated to fine craftsmanship.6. The total cost was fair, and actually came in BELOW the original estimate.7. I asked if they could give me a 2’x2’ piece of quartz for a small rolling island I am building, and they did so free of charge.Basically, I think we found the perfect place to go for our countertops! Everything went smoothly from the beginning of our project with Cape Granite! We had plenty of options for our counters, the measurements were taken quickly (2 days) after our first meeting, and the installation was professionally and quickly completed just a few days later. We’re new to the area and started out at Cape Granite Connection because it was the closest to our house. After getting a couple quotes we realized they were definitely the best. We chose a beautiful piece of Quartz (not easy because there are so many beautiful options in stock)!Measurements/Template happened within days and the entire project was done in less than 2 weeks. This is a small kitchen but we absolutely love the result. Hilton and everyone else at CGC were just awesome. We would highly recommend.

I was looking for a specific quartz and Cape Granite gave me the best price. I worked with Hilton to go over exactly what I wanted. When the cabinetry was installed Cape Granite measured on Tuesday and installed the finished product on Friday. The installers were professional and meticulous! We have another project in the Spring and we will go to Cape Granite for the countertops! Very happy with completed project! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am so happy with my new quartz countertops in my kitchen and baths. The people at Cape Granite Connection were extremely easy to deal with. All the work was done on time and by courteous and professional tradesmen. My neighbor referred me to them after I had a very frustrating experience with another company, and I’m so glad she did.

These guys were absolutely fantastic! I picked a remnant online. They held it for me for 2 months with a deposit because my contractor was overbooked. When I called them after all that time, they scheduled my removal and template measure the next day. They came on the scheduled time. There was a bit of a language barrier but, it worked out fine. Then two days later they installed the vanity top with backsplash in less than an hour. It came out beautiful!!! The owner called the next day and asked me if I was satisfied and I was, so he sent me the invoice!! They were professional, very happy, one guy sang a little, COVID compliant, and efficient. You won’t be disappointed! The only negative is they did leave some zip ties on the floor, little pieces that I didn’t notice until I stepped on them.

So very pleased with my new granite countertops, and the impeccable service provided by Cape granite. They were always available to answer questions, always texted or called right back, and the workmanship is perfect!! Hugo has gone above and beyond in his customer service. I was getting a new sink with Cape Granite but I requested to use my old Faucet. They brought back the old sink with the Faucet so that the plumber could install it in the new sink. Well, the plumber could not remove the old Faucet, So we purchased a new Faucet. But then, I said what am I going to do and how am I ever going to dispose of my old sink? Hugo readily agreed to have his guys come back and pick up the old sink and dispose of it for me. That is going so far above and beyond I would recommend this company to everyone!!!! 5 stars!!!!!!!!

I worked with Rudy over 2 years ago. I had a problem with my sink that was installed. It was a fluke thing that never happens. I dont normally write reviews but I had to take the time to write a review for CGC since Rudy was so exceptional to work with. Im a contractor myself and I do most of my own home projects, but installing new counter tops was clearly out of my expertise so I looked for a competent professional and I found one in Rudy. My wife and I always shop our projects and we had several counter top providers quote our project, however after speaking with Rudy we were convinced we wanted to proceed with him. Rudy took the time to answer all our questions and clearly explain all aspects of what he proposes for the project, provides very competitive pricing and has great product selection. Most of all it was important to us that we work directly with the fabricator rather than a designer to eliminate an additional level of interaction. That arrangement proved to be very successful for our project since Rudy made several design suggestions in the area of contouring, backsplash and counter top support that put all our concerns to rest. Rudy expedited ordering our slabs and received them in roughly a week and contacted us to arrange and installation date resulting in a very fast turnaround. Rudys suggestions along with his teams installation expertise resulted in a beautiful installation that fit perfectly. We highly recommend Rudy and his team and we expect to do more projects with him in the future.
