I had an excellent experience with Yarmouth Jewelers! Purchased a beautiful ring from them while on vacation in the area. They sized overnight and at no additional cost. I had been searching for something a bit different, and wasnt finding anything that wowed me, but I found the perfect ring at their store. And when I had an issue with the ring later, they were fast and responsive to fix the issue. I definitely recommend them!!

Took my watches in for battery replacements very pleasant staff personable very very reasonably priced.

I have very experienced at this jewelry store. I need my ring stone reset in the new setting and they did such a phenomenal job. They were very patient and attentive to what I wanted to get done to my engagement ring. And I got exactly what I asked for. Will go there again

Fabulous store, great for gifts, especially gifts for ladies but they probably have things for everyone. They put in a new watch battery while I waited and I bought a soap for a friend that smells heavenly. They were super friendly and I will definitely be going back. It sure beats going to the mall for gifts!!!

Felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman shopping for and subsequently ordering wedding bands. Saleswoman didnt bother to note wedding date, now I am stressing as to if theyll be in this week as NOW promised. Wouldnt shop there again, sadly. Always was a great shop.

The poor manager lady..I quickly realized this woman had no idea what I was talking about in regards to a simple watch band modification and she chose to escalate her ignorance rather than simply let me explain...and maybe teach her something! Another sales rep assuming their potential customer is an idiot. AVOID THIS SHOP

I went into Yarmouth jewelers for the first time last weekend. The shop is beautiful, the owner went above and beyond to help me in my search for the perfect necklace. I recommend this jewelers to everyone now. So nice to deal with someone who genuinely wants to help you and not just make a big sale!

Went in tried to sell a small amount of my silver. And one lady says they pay 70% and some lady in the back says 50% so being im in a situation i ask for an even 20 bucks. Because i only have 3 ozs wich at the moment at 50 percent totals $18.85 . But No she says. LOL. Needless to say say do not go there to sell anything.

Over priced for the quality of jewlery! Very disappointing, Buyer beware...
