These people are the best. They go above and beyond. Prices are great. 5 stars just doesn’t seem like it’s enough. Not many places deserve more than 5 stars but if anyone does, this would be the place. Throughout the pandemic, this place was booming and did amazing. They respected protocol and did it right from the beginning. Props to Mid Cape Feed for following protocol and adapting at a time when so many other businesses spent the pandemic complaining about Covid. These employees and the owner sucked it up, continued to work every day, kept all of their employees and did amazing business.The duo who works on Sunday (mom and son?) are….mehhhhh….let’s just say they don’t seem thrilled to be working on Sundays. Stick to Monday thru Saturday and you will be treated with the best customer service you’ve ever experienced. They are kind and good-hearted people.

They have recently reorganized their front store, many high end brands for fininicky dog tummies, like my dogs.

These people are AMAZING! I wish I could give them more than five stars! I needed cat collars but I couldnt drive to the store. They did it over the phone for me, staying on the phone for almost half an hour because the collars have to be customized (color, inscription, size, etc) and kept saying they were glad to do it. So I just had to do this for them! These are very good people who will treat you well.

Bought birdseed here this summer, and didnt open it due to the chipmunks, so I kept in a galvanized can in my basement, and went to use it this fall,and its all moldy, This was sizzling heat birdseed, at 27$ a bag. And the owner, Dave wouldnt let me return it. Long time customer, and I will go to Wild Birds unlimited from now on.What a jerk. Check your product, place is dirty to begin with!

One of the nicest people Ive ever met. I was buying mushers paw protector for my dog. The ingredients were a bit elusive. She got right on the computer, and called me in back so I could read what it was made from. Where do you get service like that? She was so pleasant and helpful and offered free candy. Please please visit this place. Its wonderful.

I love this place. The customer service is outstanding. I buy my bird seed here and they have everything you could possibly want. I also get hot pepper suet here for the woodpeckers and the squirrels hate it, which is what I was looking for. A great local business!

Great little grain store, conveniently located right off the highway. Friendly staff & good customer service, carrying a great variety of horse/dog/cat feed - including the Sentinel brand that is not sold at other grain stores in the area.

Best place for pet food in the Mid Cape area. First and foremost, its family owned and operated. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. If you cant find what you need, ask them. They often have more stock in back and will usually special order what you need. They do their best to accommodate you. The prices are well below any petfood store that Ive found. Ask for Mary. Shes the best!

I have just discovered this fantastic place. I went there a few weeks ago from a recommendation from my vet .I will never go anywhere else after my visit today. When I first moved to the Cape, this was the pet store all the locals recommended and Im so grateful they did! The caring and friendly folks who run this place go the extra mile for their customers and their animals. They go out of their way to stock the healthiest and best food and animal supplies, and they have regular special ordering of things (e.g., Weruva cat food) that arent regularly in stock. And their prices cant be beat. This place has it all.

She special ordered me a pet ratty food that they didnt carry, which was Soo helpful for me, as I used to have to drive far to pick it up and now I can get it here, close to where I live.I thought the price wud b higher, but it is actually cheaper than Pet Smart..It is just refreshing and nice to be treated like a local neighbor instead of a card number at coorporate chains.
