All I need is my window serviced. My husband called to make an appointment. He was told to do it online despite being on the phone with someone. He attempts to book the service online, he’s then told by the website to call and speak to a rep. He calls back and he’s told to bring the car in. We bring the car in and we’re told there’s no one that can do the service that day and not even offered to leave the car which we would have done. We come back to bring the car in for service and still told the service can’t be done. How can you not service the vehicle? So more wasted time. So pretty much if you value your time, find somewhere else to get your Nissans serviced. We will take our business elsewhere going forward. This place is useless. And this is the same exact window issue I had with a earlier model Pathfinder.

Not happy with my last visit (12-5-19) waited three hours for an oil change. I got there at 7:30 and I didn’t leave until 11:30...Come to find out you have to have an appointment for oil changes. Because I know there where several people who came way after I did. And they was leaving out before I was. So I had to be worked in, between appointment holders.My last two visit didn’t go to well at this location. It was totally offensive when they didn’t honor my warranty for my censor, on a vehicle under 20,000 mile. And I get tossed around the the motor poll for an oil change.👎
