These people financed me a $450 phone and told me to stop the payment at the bank so I wouldn’t have to pay for it. I didn’t do it because I’m not a crook and that’s fraud. The money kept coming out of my account so I call the finance company and these crooks financed the phone for over $ 3,000!! In my name!!! On my credit! For an iPhone10!! I’ve filed the police report and a fraud claim at the bank so hopefully some action is taken and they won’t screw anyone else over

I do not recommend it, I drove 2 and a half hours, to buy a phone for 700 dollars, failed in a month, I had to change it supposedly they fixed it for me and after a week it failed again, I called and they no longer answered me, do not spend your money in that store, avoid problems, they only made time for the warranty to end, and now I have to buy another phone

I paid $130 to have my phone unlocked here. A few months later i reset my phone so i could let my girlfriend use it and it fully erased the unlocking that was done to the phone. But the man that unlocked my phone never told me that i couldn’t reset or update my phone so when I called them to ask what can be done he told me he would unlock it for $120 AGAIN after i’ve already paid the $130 a few months back. He proceeded to say “it was not his problem”. The customer service is HORRIBLE & they try to rip people off. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PHONES R US THEY ARE MUCH NICER AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT WETHER YOU LEAVE HAPPY OR NOT.

The phone crashed. Took it to them was told I had to pay 100.00 to replace it. Paid it. A week later the phone crashed again was told that it was the camera had to pay 65.00 now Im having all kinds of other problems.

Idk whats up with all the bad reviews but Ive ALWAYS gotten quality work and excellent customer service every single time Ive been here which is... way too many. All for high-end devices. All repairs done flawlessly.

Will not recommend! Terrible customer service. Had screen replaced and screen started coming off on side and cracked..took back to store and wanted to charge more money to replace. Attitude was rude and very unprofessional! Recommend take your money elsewhere for better quality of product and service ! Not to mention the color faded on my phone when he replaced the screen yet wanted to charge for replacing with a new! 😡😡

The service was terrible. i came a couple of months ago and i got my screen fixed and put a screen saver on it and came back a little later when the screen saver was cracked and they told me when i got it put on that it had lifetime warranty and so i went back to get a new one. and they said that they got a new owner now which i wasn’t here that long ago and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Also the screen protector didn’t even work. it cracked the phone in the same exacts spots as where the screen protector did.

Horrible! They created more problems with my sons ph than there were before he took it in. They kept his ph for 4 days continuously telling hin that they had other phones in front of his & to check back. Finally when I went with him to get the phone, they told him it couldnt be fixed & that he would have to purchase a new phone. So they wanted him to trade his phone to them & purchase one of theirs.. My thing is this.. If my phone isnt repairable.. Why do you want it?

Magic Wireless does a LOT of false advertising! No $25-40 screen fix. Its a lie!

Supposed to be open at 9 its 10:08 lights are on sign says open but the door is locked and Ive called inside the store 3 times. No answer or answering machine. All I need to do is pick up my phone thats unable to be fixed!
