They watch you like a hawk. The boot section was so unorganized it was hard to find a match. You have no real workers who check you out anymore. You’ll have to scan 400 items at self checkout and then bag them and add them to your cart alone. Not the best shopping experience

The store was pretty well stocked compared to some places Ive been to lately.

Waiting in line for Money Services would be my only complaint, but if were being honest that would be where I would want the most attention to detail. When it was my turn, I was shown the same individual attention. I left smiling.

Walmart doesnt have enough riding carts or there broken down people with handicap need these to shop personally if Walmart doesnt have a riding cart I go to Kroger they always have good carts an plenty of them

We normally go to Walmart for hard to find items, also the prices are reasonable.

It was great. Not many choices for bed comforter, but I can understand why. I have a child who always sleeps in my bed and not fully trained. Other than that... It was just Walmart.

Good for weekday shopping.Avoid weekend visits if you are shopping for big list of groceries; especially between 2PM to 7PM is very crowded and you could spent 1 hour in the billing queue.Otherwise all good! Clean, sanitized and employees wear masks at all times.

Great selection, friendly employees and clean store!! I drive from West Memphis Arkansas to shop here when I can as our Walmart in West Memphis is dirty and always under stocked. Only complaint is only 2 registers were open with huge lines.

Store was fairly cleaned and organized. Workers were helpful. I was able to get in and out without issue.

I normally don’t have any issues with Walmart, however, here lately it seems like a complete hassle just to get a gift card from here. The cashier ms repeatedly tell you they can’t do it at the register or self checkout however other cashiers still do it. Like if you just don’t know how to do it just say so. They keep claiming I have to go to customer service to “purchase” a gift card. Not to return or get a refund on it. But to just purchase it. Unfortunately I do not believe customer service is there to handle such a small issue. They should be their for more complicated matters such as returns, refunds, and other special occasions. But definitely not a simple purchase that any cashier should be able to do.And the cherry on top is they keep all of the gift cards at the register, as to suggest that you can purchase it at the register. If you are going to tell me to purchase the item at customer service you could at least make it more believable and collocate the item with customer service. Guess how long the customer service line is, and if the card you picked out malfunctions, you have to go get another and get right back into the back of the line.Make this make sense.

Christmas center was so beautiful. They really need to have someone back there to help customers.

Very lazy employees. Seems like they are trying to avoid you. Find them in groups of three or four on their phones chatting. I wish this Walmart would hire better employees. You dont like your job find another one

Best Walmart ever, better than Whitehaven, my little brother gift card got hacked after I activated it online, $17 was missing from his $20 gift card by some guy in San Mateo, CA, but what did the card company did, nothing, next time dont buy a gift card at any store while hackers has access to wait for inactive gift cards to activate, be careful if you do!

I usually only do pickup from Walmart these days because too many people, it is always crowded and of course Ill spend more when I go inside. Pickup is easy and simple. There are usually people waiting but it doesnt take too long for the employees to bring your order out.

I would say it look like theyre starting to do better with check out because today I noticed a lot of new workers and it was more lanes open than usual,I was in and out today no long lines so the extra workers is a plus I hope it stays that way

This store is pathetic. Poorly stocked, quite a number of employees walking around the store and only very few doing anything. Did manage to find a few items I was looking for and when I went to checkout only 1 register working. The line waiting to checkout was 14 deep and no effort to open another one. Went to self checkout and none were working. It will be a long time if at all before i go there again.

Wal-Mart is just Wal-mart. However, this one is rediculous on customer service. Very rude and lazy staff. Only 1 register open at most times. And 20 employees standing around. Scan yourself has a line while 10 registers are closed. They definitely need some customer service training.

The tire department is terrible, poor management at the door.Went to get my tires rotated and balanced I didnt leave there until 3 hours later, mind you my truck was the only vehicle there for a good hour. The technician couldnt get 2 lugs off one of my tires because of low air pressure so one side didnt get rotated by now Im frustrated.Hold on thats not all, finally my truck comes around and Im ready to check out already way behind schedule, guess what no one to check me out. The cashier locked the doors and had been gone over a hour she never returned.Now Ive been waiting 30min. for someone to check me out you know by now Im boiling over, so I ask for a store manager they never showed. Finally after all that someone took my paper work to another cashier and checked me. I couldve been gone an hour ago worst experience ever.

Theyre always out of product the staff is always standing around playing not doing their job there were no electric cars at 10 something at night almost 11:00 when theres nearly anybody in the store all the carts were stranded around the store battery dead and the only car that even worked even close to working it was it was blinking red and one of the employees was sitting on it like it was a chair. Im really getting to where I hate coming to the store.

There is no to minor organization here. The have stock. But putting were it belongs, no. Going there to see some of the employees is the most interesting. Walking into lawn and garden. An associate was sitting in a lawn chair, face timing, with ear buds in, shoes off, chilling. She did not acknowledge our presence. Then when leaving she was still on her call. She looked at us, peeked over at our cart (we only had a curtain rod). I asked if she needed a receipt. She looked back her phone and mumbled no.

I understand a shortage of a lot of things, but this place was almost out of everything. Barely any sandwich meat of any kind and not much soda selection either. The place had carts full of empty boxes all over the store. Employees need to clean up a little more.

No self check out however, there are many manned checkout registers. Before you get in a long line, look to the check out registers on the north side of the store! Youll get out faster!If youve been having problems finding bird food or feeders, they are well stocked!I had an enjoyable shopping experience today.

Looked like they needed a truck of inventory to come in, shelves were pretty bare. But they have 2 self check out areas which was great!

Possibly the worst Walmart Ive been to in the States. OVERLY crowded, empty shelves, longest checkout lines ever, generally messy. Will not be back. Ill drive another 20 miles to the next one or shop local. Huge disappointment. And for Walmart. Thats saying something.

The store is kinda dirty. But I love that they have TON of self checkout stations and most of them were operational.They were pretty fairly stocked too. And with a food selection of plants and shrubs. I was impressed w that.

Walmart is always a good positive experience for me, in terms of finding everything I need...rather than going to 3 different stores....Walmart has just about everything you need...One Stop Shop...maybe they should consider changing their name..lol

In the midst of a pandemic this store had only one cashier on a register with extremely long lines at it and self-checkouts. Walmart has absolutely no positive regards for its customers. After waiting so lone for the line to move, the visual of what was happening felt so weird that I abandoned my basket of items and left. The network news should be reporting on these Covid Super-spreaders.

Wow what can I say about this place. Lets see, they have absolutely the laziest, rudest most incompetent employees Ive ever seen outside of McDonalds! You can almost see the disgust in their faces if you happen to ruin their day by asking for help. Managers are no better. Every blue moon their might be one who actually cares about their job but it is a rare thing to see. You have a better chance of finding Bigfoot than finding a employee who has a key that can open a cabinet for you like the cologne cabinet or jewelry cabinet or even the PS4 and XBox games cabinet. Absolutely horrible. I stopped going to any Walmarts about a year ago.

At 9:30p.m. on Saturday May 1st there was only self checkouts. There was a line from one door to the other door and then only about 6 of therm working spent more time waiting to checkout then I did shopping. Now please tell me why there was no real people checking out. If I was only getting about 4 or 5 things that would have been fine, but I spent over $230.00 and I am not GETTING PAID TO CHECK MYSELF OUT. I just dont understand this place no more. I use to love going to Walmart but I HATE IT NOW. So please tell me how we can fix this.

The worst Walmart around. I remembered it being pretty bad but never went their. They had two items my local Walmart didnt have so I went their to do a pick up order. I had forgot an air filter on the order and couldnt update it so I went in. In the process they had to grab a few other items. I noticed most of the shelves had items turned every which a way. They were hardly stocked. There were very few employees and the ones I did see were doing nothing. I finally found my items after having to dig though various mix matched items. I did self checkout and made it back to the car. My wife was there and we were still waiting on the pick up order. It took over 45 minutes to get the pickup order after I had spent 15 going in and out the store. 2 items in the pickup order were replaced with items not even close to what we ordered. They shorted two items and gave us an extra box of cereal instead. If its your only option then what can you do. Otherwise its worth an extra drive. 👎👎👎

I went to 2 walmarts on Goodman Rd to get a graduation gift for my grandson and couldnt find anything to get for him. Its springtime and its time for water sports and play and couldnt find not one water gun nor remote control cars. And this been happening long before coronavirus pandemic. Automotive section dont have certain things I need to stock up my shop.

It was normal Wal Mart. Need to work the close out better. Lines to long; hire more people or more self check out.

Always a hassle rarely can you find some help let alone products you need. This used to be my favorite store I dont think so anymore. Plus the lines are ALWAYS long no matter what time of the day.

They never have any riding carts available! When there are some they go dead in the middle of the store! Theres stuff all over the owls you cant get through the staff at the customer service are rude! I give them a piece of the star if that.

Horrible Walmart. Worthless employees never bring carts back in because theyd rather cry about it being hot out... Never have registers open. Products pallets are always in isles blocking them off. Parking lot is full of trash all the time.

It was good. Nice and tidy. Isles were clearly labeled and products were easy to find. A bit crowded but it was a weekend.

Will not always find everything you need and will sometimes wait longer for help do to being under staffed. Great and convenient location. Surrounded by hotels, restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers. Nice area.

Super crowded...I waited in line for about 20 minutes. And that was at the self-check because there were no cashiers. Shelves were empty. I realize there was an unexpected snow storm in the area. But I was there for 2 weeks. I dont think the expectation of having at least some items restock is unrealistic.

Delicious! Chicken was so tender and the potato salad was to die for! Fast and great service! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

This Walmart seems to be moving toward the fully automated but if most of the store is going to be self check out at least have the machines working. Why is it that when you go at night most of the machines are shut down?! Makes no sense and reduces efficiency. Then the store should be cleaner than what it is as well.

The employees at the door, hardly ever greet me. There seems to be no care or concern to make my visit enjoyable. In my opinion, they cashiers are not up to par when it comes to trust customer service professionalism. I have over 15 years of customer experience and training. No matter how I personally I felt or thought, I was always customer-driven and team-oriented. If I was having a bad day, no one would be able to recognize it.

The money center really should have better training especially bc they deal directly with the publics money. You can not find out anything through employees or customers service #. If u dont set up a account from app when u receive your card. Then any hope in finding your money could turn into nightmare. Highly suggest that u explore other options as far as doing any transactions with money center.

Its dirty and barely stocked. They have a bunch of boxes with product sitting in aisles that need to be put on the shelves. The past 3 years this store have completely went downhill. Also the self check outs are filthy someone needs to wipe them down with bleach.

We were vacuum cleaner shopping. And guess what? Its just like a Walmart. Oh yeah....

This place is messy, disorganized, shelves bare, never can get everything I need and they barely have any checkouts open, seems like everytime I have gone half the self checkouts are not working, sad I have to go out of my way to other Walmart stores most of the time to get what I need and not wait in line forever
