💜 Love Krispy Kreme!! A treat each time I discover a franchise location in my travels.Theres not a Krispy Kreme anywhere close to New Albany, MS so visits are few and far between.

Ordered from them only to get a call saying they didn’t have most of what I ordered when the driver got there. Would have been nice to know before the driver had to waste their gas and I had to waste my time waiting.

Driving 97 miles specifically to grab the Luck of the Doughnuts Box just to get the order filled incorrectly is not my idea of great service. Place was nice and clean and even though my order was not ready and waiting like most online orders, it was pretty promptly filled with what they had on hand and I went somewhat merrily on my way.

Food very good. Staff friendly.Had to tare paper towels and use for napkins. Had to eat outside in high temperature. Otherwise would have rated 5 stars.

Customer service was great, especially when they gave suggestions. When we couldnt decide what we wanted. Hated the slush type drink machine was down, because I really wanted to try it, but the donuts are always on point!

Donuts were great but the cleanliness of this Krispy Kreme is poor. Mop bucket in the dining room, stains on the ceiling tiles from leaks. Could be much better.

I walked up to the door at 7:40 and the employee locked the door. They close at 8 pm. She finally open the door because I stood there looking at them.

Its fried dough covered in sugar u cant go wrong and they do it right all the time! Great service was greeted promptly when i entered. Felt very welcoming!

Rude staff. I heard the young lady with the green hair saying something about my wife as we were leaving. You gave us the wrong donut and my wife just mentioned you gave us the wrong donut in a polite manner because we both work in customer service and we know how challenging that can be, but don’t get mad at us for your mistake. We could barely hear what you said anyway but we remained patient. But the last part of the interaction left a lasting impression and it did not leave a great impression

Just go to the Starbucks right near it. They don’t put any sugar in iced coffee and you can’t add granulated sugar to an iced drink. They also have a menu that half of is off limits. You can’t order certain menu items that are hard to make, such as an iced latte. Horrible customer service as well don’t care what the other reviews say just go to Starbucks.

The lady with the green hair is very nice and has given me excellent service I would recommend asking her to serve you when you go to Krispie Kreme she is always polite telling people when the machine is down and constantly asks people do they want it heated I totally recommend.

No regular glazed donuts 40 minutes before closing time. I purchased one of the donuts they did have available. The oven was off so they couldn’t warm it up!!

I was here to pick up 3 dozens and the employee dragged her feet and took her time. I know I didnt tell them that I needed them quickly but goodness you would think they needed me out the door as soon as possible as a quick food chain. Krispy donuts are always yummy but man, that service wasnt the best.

Wales in 8:30 and the black girl with long dreads and glasses said there done for the night and out the donuts away. They do not close until 9:00pm. What’s the point in staying open until 9:00 if the employee is going to act and close everything at 8:30? And shouldn’t she be docked of her pay for that 30 minutes she’s doing nothing? Will be back this isn’t over!

Horrible customer service..Me and my son went in today about 3:00 about 8 people in line and only one women working and she was moving like a turtle! It took forever to get 3 donuts and 2 chillers..couldnt get the donuts heated because the oven was broken. And the place wasnt all the clean.

I have to make a U-turn everytime. I pull up, order my doughnut fix and can barely pull off without eating one out of the box. They always be so soft, fresh and just melt in your mouth. Proceed with caution, they are very addictive! 🤗

The service was quick and efficient. My boyfriend tried their new caramel apple chiller, much like a slushy, and was very unsatisfied with the taste. He claimed it tasted nothing like a candy apple and just decided to throw it away. Well never purchase that again. I really miss the fresh, HOT glazed donut. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Much as the same on our visit... Clearly printed on the door at the location in Tanger Outlets... opens at 9am.. watching as the girl working the counter put donuts out after 9 motioned to her that it was past 9am.. She mouthed to me me that they weren’t open yet.. Had to walk all the way back to the office to have the person there call the manager ...And let her know they open at 9.. they opened at 9:10. With no apology, no smiling faces... got our donuts though so Cheerio! 😂

Alot of people are fans of the hot donuts Krispy Kreme offerers, but I am not. With that being said, my donuts seemed older than a day or 2. For the donuts being as pricey as they were, Id expect better. The donut shop was also a tad bit warm. I also ordered a small coffee. The coffee was brewed just right.

This place has hot serving donuts all the time with friendly customer service and a smile . The place was exceptional clean floors, tables, store counters and store overall everything was excellent. Tennessee knows how to serve you well an we would visit again.

This was very disappointing. Not what we were expecting. They did not have common donut varieties. The staff was unfriendly. I would not recommend going here. It is not like any other Krispy Kreme I have ever been to. We will not be back.

This is not a real Krispy Kreme location. They do not actually make the donuts hot and fresh in this store. If you want that you still have to go up on Elvis Presley or Hacks Cross.

Went 2 hours prior to closing time, place was still filled with decent size crowd but we were told that they just had very few options on the donuts. Did not even have the most common donut varieties!! Pretty disappointed!!

Mmmm ... What can I say, hot Krispy Kreme donuts. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars, in the past when you bought a dozen you would get a half dozen free. Maybe that was longer ago than I care to remember?!? But I still think they should do that. They are sooo good!

This place is so cozy and smells like heaven! Depending on the staff, you can have great to mediocre service. The doughnuts are always on point and so are the coffees.

Wasnt impressed. Cashier wasnt to pleasant the other worker was sweet. Donuts didnt taste right we threw away.

Come early if you expect to be served. My wife and I arrived at the door of this Kristy Kreme location to find the front door locked. You can imagine our frustration since this was at 6:35pm and the sign on the door clearly states open until 7pm. I would hope that someone in management reads this and implements training for all employees on how to tell time.

🤔This place sux on another level donuts are not in stock whn opening, they run out because they dont make them in the first place, 🤨and cant make them due to no kitchen or ingredients. 😠Why sell what you cant provide the whole time you open. CLOSE IT DOWN. 🤗We not goin to mention no hot light just a microwave. 🤮Might as well go to shipleys at least their fresh.😋

Yummy krispy kreme as expected. Not made fresh at this location, so if you want them warm from the factory, which we like best, check the other locations.

The WORST Krispy Kreme Ive EVER visit!

I didnt know they had a Krispy Kreme in the Tanger Outlet. So imagine my surprise when I saw it. I walked and order a dozen glaze doughnuts. Glad I walked in at the time I did because the place filled up quickly before I got my order. Around 6 people were waiting in line.Im not a fan of the new design of the store. It looks more coffee shop Starbucks-ish. If I wanted Starbucks I would go to Starbucks. Doughnut shops have a certain appeal to them not Starbucks. Every Krispy Kreme Ive been to in there area has a viewing area that you can see the doughnuts being made.This one tries to be like a coffee shop or Dunkin Doughnuts. Please stop Krispy before its too late.
