So let me start off by saying I used to work for Carl, the owner of this Great American Cookie Store. I called today and wanted to place an order for a cake and the lady on the phone said I needed to call back in 30-45 min because they were having to unload their delivery truck. Such poor customer service. So I messaged the owner, Carl…and this was his response. Obviously him and I never saw eye to eye on anything but really thought he would care enough to make it right with the customer.

My favorite is the M&M chocolate chip cookie. Sometimes theyre fresh, sometimes theyre not. Depends on what time of the day you go.

We went to the one at TangerOutlets in Southaven and we see the gnats on the chocolate chip cookies. I ask the guy can he give us some fresh cookies and he went on to say I been to a barbecue and I had to fight flies.I feel his customer service is very needs work.For one thing I travel all the way from West Memphis Arkansas to that one because the lady in there is real sweet.

Cookies were a bit mushy but it was still good. Customer service was great, the worker with naruto tattoo was awesome!

The lady that was working when we came in was super sweet to our daughter. Gave her some stickers to break the ice with her.

I walked in and placed an order for a large birthday cookie as well as a large number of double doozies. The owner himself put my order together along with his assistant. They even quickly made the cookies that were not already available. When I went to leave the store the owner stated that he was headed toward the front office near where I was parked. He offered to help carry my order and did just that, all the way to the car! With yummy cookies like these and customer service like that I will be back again and again.

There are few champions of confections. Rare is it that you encounter a juggernaut of baked goods. However Great American Cookies arent just boasting. They are truly monarchs of the sweets game.

Cookies were a little too mushy...couldnt pick up a cookie from the bag and they became a jumbled mess.

Had the red velvet cookies and white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies both were great!!Wonderful staff and very clean establishment!

This is simply cookie heaven. I cant tell you which one is my favourite, because they all are. I walked out with 12 different flavours, and my taste buds thanked me and had a party.

The cookies were great, service was speedy but the manager/shift leader was being pretty rude to the staff (in front of the customers) pretty unprofessional on her part.

Within the last 6 months, the quality of the cookies have declined. The cookies have a artificial taste and aren’t very fresh. This particular store doesn’t label items correctly. I ordered pecan supreme cookies and received some sort of stale chocolate chip pecan cookies. I will definitely buy from this company ever again.Even with all the additives, these cookies are subpar

Out black friday shopping 🛍 at Tanger Outlets. My daughter loves this cookie 🍪 stores so we grab some cookies they were delicious like always

Staff is anything but friendly. They seem bothered to take your order or answer questions. The cookies are good though.

I wish I would’ve paid more attention to her name tag but this morning, the cashier made me feel so welcomed. She made me feel like family. It’s nice to sit down for a treat & feel like the employees genuinely wants to talk to you. She was wonderful. Y’all better tip these cookie wizards!

Just called and the woman who answered the phone was so unpleasant. I know we’re in the middle of a pandemic and there’s lots to be stressed out/ worried about, that’s why I make it a point to be nice to everyone I come across. I truly hope your day/week/month gets better, because you were incredibly rude to a customer that was inquiring about a service that you get paid to provide.

They ladies working the store had there mask around her chin but refused to sell Me anything because I didn’t have a mask.

Over priced

We ordered a rectangle dinosaur birthday cookie cake. It was done so pretty and the cookie was delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better cake!

These cookies are amazing. They have become sort of our guilty indulgence... Even being on a budget. This location has a great selection of flavors to choose from, and the 6 for the price of 5 is a good deal.
