Tonya has amazing customer service and an even better memory. My husband and I were looking for an upgraded ring for me and while shopping my husband mentioned to her that he liked a certain necklace. After we made it back from vacation over a week later she helped me purchase the exact chain he wanted.

The shopping experience was great the sale Personnel was fantastic they always make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave the store I will truly forever be grateful for all that they did for me

I do not recommend this location. Every time I go in there, the employees are never friendly. I just sent my ring off to get the wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. I waited an entire month and a half (which was way past the date they told me it would be back) and when I finally went to go pick the ring up THE BANDS WEREN’T EVEN SOLDERED TOGETHER! I told the employee that was the entire reason I sent the ring off and she just looked at me. She wasn’t concerned at all. All they did was clean the ring and fix a loose diamond. I went over a month without my ring and didn’t even get what I asked for. Will not being going back to this location and will be getting my ring soldered together elsewhere.

They treated us so well and helped us decide on the perfect guard for my engagement band, Amiee was very knowledgeable and helpful!

The service was excellent. The sales person was extremely helpful, polite and friendly.

They’re supposed to be open right now, but no one is in the store. They change their business hours randomly all the time and don’t post them online. Now they just don’t show up at all. Annoyed because my ring has to be cleaned this month for the warranty.

Newly engaged and very unhappy about the ring sold to my fiance, I was treaded rudely for wanting to exchange it. He was given credit and was send home with a $2,000 ring that I disliked and was given a hassle by a pregnant girl for wanting to upgrade. The ring came back 5.5 weeks later and was still falling off. Its been 7 additional weeks and still no ring although it was purchased mid December and were nearing the end of March. I regret sending him here.

You buy extra warranty and you have to jump through loops for them to find you. So whats the point. You shouldnt have to keep up with paperwork. Technology these days 🤷‍♀️

My son bought me a necklace for Christmas online. The necklace broke after one week and they want to change 30 bucks to fix because he bought online. I think they should honor their jewelry for more than a week without a protection plan. Customer service is Not quality service at the southaven store. Walmart gives better customer service!!!

This zales was wonderful with helping my husband and I purchase a ring. Other stores and companies have never helped us as the lady at this location did. We’ve been married almost 10yrs and we still get looked at and treated as if we don’t know what we are doing or as if we are wasting their time.... not here, I went through the entire store and finally found the ring that I loved. A Vera Wang, from their love’s destiny collection. Absolutely love it.

The lady at the counter offered poor assistance when looking for wedding bands. I tried to ask questions about the different metals but gave me one word condescending answers. Not good for business.

I purchased 2 Necklace from this Store in February 2018 In memory of my only brother snd baby brother of the Family.I have returned one for an exchange because it broke after one month of wearing it. Now the second on has broken and it just August 2018. I took it back today and was told they could not exchange it because I didnt purchase a warranty on the two Items. I have never broken a necklace in my life. The quality of their Jewelry sucks. I am wearing a neck I purchased when my Husband passed 11 years ago in memory of him from a another retail Jewelry store and it has never broke. Now I have to pay 39.00 to have this one repaired by thier store Jeweler. I have not had this piece a year and I have had it replaced twice. I will never purchase anything ELSE from Sales in my life. I dont want it if its free from them. Cheap mess .😞 Do not shop in Zales for anything. Thier jewelry is trash. THIS message is because I call to customer service to complain and she didnt assist me WITH my complaint. Sorry Customer service also.

Worst service didnt even care of my ring was stolen told me they didnt cover theft.. A police report for my RING that was actually paid for then she hung up like really ?? .. Jus not good business at all
