First time at any Pandora location. The woman who assisted was very kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for all my Pandora needs.

The customer service was great! The young lady was very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to answer all our questions! These charms and bracelets are a little on the pricey side but anyone that loves jewelry, especially bracelets will love this store.

Spent some money on a nice gift

Poor customer service! My guy ordered online to pick up at the store. He asks if they would gift wrap his item. He was told gift wrapping or putting it in a box was a courtesy and not a requirement. He was given the necklace in the ziplock bag it came in and dismissed. He asked for the manager. He was told the manager stepped out and was unavailable. He was dismissed again. He was so very angry but chose not to express it because he is a tall black man asking for bare minimum customer service from two white girls in Mississippi.

In Pandora today. Store is busy. Customers are in line waiting. I probably waited 1 or 2 hours for service. All black and 1 white in store. White employee came in. I guess was a stocker. Was about to walk out the door when white customer asked if she could help her and that she didn’t have time to wait and she knew what she wanted. White employee stop and said sure I can help you. That was not acceptable and she had to be told by a coworker that she couldn’t do that. Why did she thinks that was ok. I did not like that. I have several pandora bracelets and necklaces and I’m not sure if I will be back. That was not customer service at all and I was not happy about that. This happen around 2-3 pm on Thursday May 6, 2021😡

Valentine’s Day was ruined for me! I ordered a bracelet and charms for my wife of course for Valentine’s Day it was available for pickup at this location. I worked today until 730pm I figure that would be ok seeing as the store doesn’t close until 9pm. I was sadly mistaken on google on the pandora website also on the website of the outlet that it’s located in, they all list the store closing at 9pm. So I get off thinking I’m going to pick up my wife’s bracelet that I already paid for and just needed to pick up. I even get off early to go to the store just in case it was busy seeing it’s the night before Valentine’s Day. I get there to a store full of employees the door is locked and they don’t even acknowledge my existence. It wouldn’t be a big deal if they would’ve at least took the time to tell me they were closed there’s no sign on the dot stating the hours so how would I know. I even called a total of 10 times today to double check but no one picked up the phone which is very unprofessional. I would just come the next day and pick it up problem is we have a flight to catch early to go to Jamaica to celebrate for a week and the store only holds for 5 days. I am highly upset and my wife has had that bracelet on her wishlist for some time now and all that is ruined because of bad communication, unprofessional employees, and the company not updating their information online.

We just went last night and there was a sign in waiting list to be helped. There were so many people there was barely enough standing room, but these ladies were rolling . They were everyone kind and professional and fast to get everyone helped, but didn’t rush you at all while you wanted to look and shop for just the right gift. Perfect customer service and very kind and professional.

Do not go in expecting to make a large purchase

The Pandora Jewelry Outlet Store turned out to be an absolute Game Changer for me! I bought my wife a Pandora bracelet for Christmas..and she loves it! They also have all of the accessories that goes with it!

I arrived at the store roughly at 9:30 AM and signed in. There were three sales people and one young lady who apparently was only ringing people up. Each one of these so-called ladies had a terrible attitude. Mind you the store opens at 9 AM so I’m not sure why they had an attitude as the store just opened. Customer service totally lacking each one of these women had an attitude. I have no idea what happened to customer service at this location but I definitely will not be spending my money at this Pandora location.The store manager was the rudest one of all. I realize this is Christmas but in retail you know what you signed up for. If you don’t like your job find another one don’t take it out on your customers as we are the reason why you have a job

This by far has been the worst shopping experience at Pandora I have ever had. Went in to purchase two bracelets and charms and left with nothing. The store manager was rude and could not be bothered showing me what I was looking for. She acted as if I was bothering her needless to say I won’t be purchasing anything ever from this location Monday morning a phone call to the corporate headquarters is in order each one of the Sales people had a bad attitude. No apologies for the long wait for customers suffered and a lot of people walked out.

The store was nice but a couple of the staff members were terrible.

Had to get that special gift for my special someone. Went right before the sale, oh well its the thought that matters. May go back later.

Good deals, nice atmosphere, just get there early. The line is the only downside but still great place 2 shop.

Even standing right next to the main counter where all associates were I was never spoken to. Staff should really work on their “sorry were busy be with you when I can” or even the “hey welcome to our store.” Coming from retail experience you make more sales when noticing your customers! Maybe they need more sales associates to help with high demand?

Trenice was such a great help at the Southaven, MS Tanger Mall Pandora outlet !! My mom is new to Pandora bracelets and needed help with setting her first one up. Trenice was super nice and took the time to explain to my mom how to set her bracelet up, what kind of clamps she needed, and the best way to arrange her charms on her bracelet. She is very knowledgeable about Pandora and its products and she is very sweet.

I went there Monday Morning 12-2-19 around 11am and let me tell you the store manager was there and 1 other customer who was already being helped. She never came from her counter that’s in the far back to assist me. She was to busy to help me I guess. She never smiled very stoned face. I just left without a purchase because I felt like she didn’t wanna help me.

I do wish this store was bigger. The first time i went was around Christmas and it was over an hour wait to be seen and standing room only.... Off season though it wasnt nearly as bad but still not enough space

This is the best store Pandora has. These ladies helped save my Christmas gifts for 2017. They had a discounted charm I desperately had looked for and helped me get it even though I was out of state!!

Service is horrible every single time I come here. It took only 35 minutes for a sales associate to acknowledge my presence. I would recommended anyone to just go to a regular pandora store.

Great service but the saddle Creek location dont answer the phone like Wolfchase, Saddle Creek keeps going to voicemail for some reason. Wolfchase is the location that should have the 5 stars

My husband and myself have been twice before Christmas and after Christmas to purchase.. Left each time empty handed. No customer service. Normally two to three working and yes other customers waiting to be helped. They seem to socialize more than selling while everyone is waiting. Twice we left and went to a jeweler .

I was in the store on thanksgiving night. I expected the store to be crowded but they could have been better prepared. They had a three hour wait just to be assisted and only two registers to work off of. Horrible experience. As a company they should have had the location better prepared

The store over all was nice because I like pandora but one young was a no no I ordered a bracelet off line from pandora so one lady said it was pretty she had not saw one like it before and the other lady immediately said its fake I just let her talk then I pull out my receipt she said Im so sorry I said no Ill keep it but I still purchase just because I like pandora but I hope she get better with customer service

I had a great experience with Mechele. This was my second time having her help me. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I just think if I know what I want I shouldnt have to wait for 2 hours to get it.

Extremely poor service. I signed in, waited 2 hours for assistance, while I witnessed customers who had just walked in get assisted just because they had already had pictures of items they wanted in their phone. Not once was I asked if I already knew what I wanted.
