They are a wonderful company. I have had to have them out 2 different times and both times they have fixed my issue quickly and professionally. I dont leave reviews often, but Im so glad I called Mitch Wright, and wanted to leave a positive review. We recently moved and new house flooded from a clogged pipe. After checking that the septic was fine (ABC Septic was amazing by the way!), I then tried 4 plumbing companies and no one would or could help. When I called Mitch Wright in Southaven, they immediately scheduled for a technician to come later that same day. Chase was wonderful! He was nice, he explained everything and gave me advice, was knowledgeable, and tried methods first that saved me money. He knew quickly where the issue probably was, and they also gave me a warranty. Im very grateful for their help, and will use them in the future.

Mitch Wright replaced one AC unit and furnace, and installed a second one with some custom duct work. Job was well done, the technicians left me with coherent yet simple instructions on how to use the new system. They also installed two thermostats which Ive supplied, no problems at all.The cost of the job was slightly cheaper than the competitors, and the units supplied were of higher quality. The entire experience, from quotes to payment, was significantly more delightful than Im used to.

Dalton first came out on Sunday morning emergency call to my house. He was very personable, and professional and provided clear guidance and next steps. After American Leak Detection located the internal issue Monday, Dalton and Junior returned Tuesday and did a great job (jack hammer in my house!) repairing my emergency slab leak- clear diagnosis, fixed the issue, great clean up- big fan of Mitch Wright Plumbing and their employees!

Randy and his helper, Jason, were here to replace a recirculation pump. They were both very professional. Randy explained the work they had completed and even took pictures of the old pump in case I needed them for insurance purposes. I felt comfortable having them in my home.

If i could give zero stars i would. I had an issue with their tech not being knowledgeable on my ac unit which Im not going to go into details about. But what is worse is that when i called to complain and cancel my membership Mr. Larry has argued with me and been the most unpleasant and unprofessional person i have had to deal with. He wouldnt even give me a chance to talk and i had to hang up with him because he kept going on and on with his arguing. I AM DONE WITH MITCH WRIGHT AND WILL POST BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE!

First time customer signed up for annual service. Shawn tried his best to find anything that seemed off with heaters recommend a course of action if it got worse. He did not pressure me to make a drastic repair. Due to COVID19 the company asks employees to wear masks or shoe covers if requested, he wore a mask, he didnt complain, he did his job and even showed concern about uneven heating in the home offering suggestions. Im reserving the fifth star for the end of the annual service. But Shawn was a 5 star employee.

We had Mitch Wright come out to fix a major plumbing issue with cast iron pipes. However after them coming out jackhammering up the kitchen floor the back room disregarding what homeowners insurance came out with their camera and didn’t even fix half of the problem which we thought they knew what they were doing and they fixed it so we thought had a whole entire kitchen redone floors cabinets everything when they neglected to fix one of the main problems homeowners insurance had listed as an issue to be repaired they went the wrong way when fixing the pipe. Instead of going from the kitchen to the main bathroom which would’ve cost them more work they went from the kitchen to the back entrance room, so now after ten thousand of dollars worth of repairs in two months worth of our house being ripped apart and put back together only to find out that they didn’t fix the thing that they were supposed to and we still have the same issue. So now after having homeowners come out to see what is going on only to find out it was the same issue that was supposed to be fixed in the first place we had multiple crews of guys come out they didn’t arrive until late in the day and then left early in the day they did not do what they were supposed to do cutting corners just so you can get out of here quicker is not the right thing to do and it cost people thousands of extra dollars. This will not stand this is Unacceptable and will not be tolerated I hope before you use Mitch Wright plumbing heating andAir you look at other companies for your plumbing needs and probably heating and air as well because you’re probably going to end up with major issues I’m sorry but do not want you to take a one in 1000 chance that somebody’s going to Royal he ruin your house by cutting corners and not doing their job properly.Sherry Billings

In October 2021, our heating system malfunctioned and would not maintain a lit pilot. After having another large well known Memphis HVAC company repair the heater, it once again stopped working in January. The original company returned and informed us that a leak in the roof was causing the pilot to shut off. Knowing that that just did not seem reasonable I wanted a second opinion, so I placed a service call to Mitch Wright. Their HVAC tech came out, fixed the issue for less than $300, and the heater has been perfect since.After the winter storm in Feb 2021, we had a broken pipe under the home. After consulting a different pluming company, I was informed that the repair could not be made until structural damage under the home has first repaired. Once again, I called Mitch Wright for a second opinion. They had the job completed quickly and water back on. And the repair was completed on a Saturday.Lesson learned, call Mitch Wright first for plumbing or HVAC repairs. Also, they have some of the friendliest repair techs I have ever dealt with, which is priceless.

Great technician. Dalton was amazing at helping deal with our water heater and made it out after hours twice. Provided great service and information and even made best friends with our 4 year old while he was working. We called them to replace a toilet that was leaking and they replaced it with the wrong color. When they bring out the color we ordered the tank is cracked. They asked for us to pay for everything while we still have a toilet that is bone and a tank that is white. We have now waited 4 days to get a bone tank. I do not recommend them and their customer service is horrible.

I had Dalton come out for a clogged drain in an old house. He was unable to unstop the drain but he pointed me in the right direction as what I needed to do to repair it myself. He even gave me his number and told me if I had questions he would gladly answer them. He even told me what parts I needed to buy to make the repair complete. The reason he was unable to unstop the drain when he came out was the old cast iron pipes had hard blockage inside it which required cutting a hole in the wall behind the bathroom vanity and cutting the section of pipe out and replacing with pvc. The ladies that scheduled made sure that my appointment time was what was necessary to fit my schedule. They also called the day prior to confirm that I still wanted them to come out. Then the day of my appointment they called when the plumber was heading my way. I was pleased with the service I received.

Matt and Tim were both very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. during their tim here I felt that they were trying to do what was in my best interest. Great team and local business.

Dean and his apprentice arrived when I was expecting them, identified the problem immediately, and without delay, set about repairing it. He clearly communicated to me in advance what the repair was going to cost, and both he and his partner were courteous and respectful of me and my property throughout. In slightly less than two hours, the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Had I tried to make this repair myself it would have taken me several days and I would have failed miserably. Glad I called Doctor MItch.

Said I needed a new system and quoted me $12000 for a new 3 ton AC/Furnace. Only $4,000 over what everyone else would charge. Even worse, the tech that came from another company afterwards replaced a $95 part and all was working again.

LOVE that they have a dispatch person that confirms appointments and lets you know when theyre heading your way. They take seriously simple things like that make you feel like your time is valuable. Keep up the great work.

I will never use Mitch Wright again. They lied to me, talked down to me, didn’t take Covid 19 precautions without my insistence, tried to upsell me instead of just fixing my plumbing issue, and were rude when confronted with their misdiagnosis. I am left feeling like they, knowing we are renters, were trying to justify an unnecessary sewer line replacement that they wanted us to simply pass on to the out-of-state rental owners.I called Mitch Wright out because my sewage line was backed up. I requested the $99.00 special to run a snake down my sewage line. Upon arrival the tech told me they would have to charge an additional $99.00 to run a camera before they could snake the sewage line. Once the tech ran the camera he told me my sewage line was clay and had roots. He then recommended the hydro-jetter at a cost of $400 instead of using the snake. Reason being the snake could pull in the roots and collapse the clay sewage line.The tech came back about one week later to run the hydro-jetter then told me my sewage pipe was completely collapsed. While I don’t know if it is industry standard, I was also extremely grossed out by the dumpage of our sewage on the floor of the concrete basement. The Tech and his apprentice left wet raw sewage for us to clean up.Mitch Wright then quoted me $14,500 to replace ~30 feet of straight line sewage pipe with no obstructions (other than a fence that could be dug under or easily removed).After receiving this absurd quote I called another local plumber for a second opinion. This plumber showed me via camera that my pipe was cast iron (roots cannot penetrate, except at joints which is rare) then used a snake cutting tool to eat up the clog. We pushed the camera through the sewage pipe again all the way to the city tap. My pipe was not collapsed!!!I then called Mitch Wright back to let them know my dissatisfaction in the tech they sent out because he lied to me about the pipe collapse and material. I asked for a credit since I paid for the more expensive option based on the Tech’s incorrect diagnosis. They sent out a second Tech to justify the first Tech’s diagnosis, and this Tech – when questioned about the whole collapsed issue- rudely told me not to tell him how to do his job. Their Customer Service Manager then called and told me I was lucky I was not charged more, that their tech was correct, and that I need to replace my pipe (after constantly interrupting me on the call). He also did not check the video footage.I was shocked that a local business would not want to better train their techs to diagnose issues or at least do something to correct issues that occur in the field. I will never use Mitch Wright again!

Quick easy and accurate fix! The technician fixed our heat in no time!

We are having cooling and heating issues with our working 20 year old system so decided to replace the whole thing. Called several companies for estimates. Most just gave us quotes for replacing the existing system with the same size new system ( lots of good that will do) Mitch Wright was the only company that did a Manual J ( heat load rating) to determine what the builders should have installed. They measured everything...and gave several options which included added extra returns (our house is lacking), extra vents, and installing an access door. Their prices were in the same range as other estimates we received. Our estimator, Matt, showed up within 5 minutes of both schedule times and was extremely professional. He even came back to give estimates on re-designs that my husband wanted. Install is scheduled for next week. Will repost after installation.

Weve always had great service from MW. Theyve re-plumbed our house, replaced the AC, and installed a tankless water heater. We get regular visits from them to maintain all our systems. Every service person is courteous and professional. Our most recent service professional was Terence Smith to clean and maintain our AC units. We were very comfortable with him in our home. He was efficient and polite even if it was 120 degrees in my attic! If you have a need, give MW a call and ask for Pierce!

So the repair guy was very nice & did a good job. However, his superior was pretty trashy & unethical.Long story short, the tech, IN the process of diagnosis actually fixed the problem, yet I was charged for a full cleaning because it was their standard charge, I assumed that’s what he’s trained to do, not really his call. I signed for the work that had been done after telling the service guy that I had some concerns about pricing & that I’d be calling the office later to discuss them; why would you argue with someone about something that is wildly beyond their control right?Customer Care Manager Larry calls me back and basically says in the first few syllables that it doesn’t matter what I have to say, and that I’ve already signed the paperwork. (Not necessarily true btw, contracts get overturned all the time because of their terms or the conditions surrounding the signing process )This guy basically had no intent of discussing the matter professionally & had already fabricated the dialogue for himself. Sure, I wouldn’t be surprised if he has some technical experience that got him to his current position but he has no business ‘talking business’ with anyone beyond a 3rd grade reading level; it was an absolutely deplorable approach to the matter.Long story short, everyone else involved was professional, but that was an absolutely disgusting approach for someone speaking on behalf of a business.

He was thorough in his explanation of my hardware issue, and reached out to other team members to find me a solution that would work for me.The team that actually did the installation were wonderful to work with. Both gentlemen were polite, entertaining, and maintained a professionalism while dealing with my 100 year old home. They let me know what was going on throughout the installation, were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves better than my kids!

However, he works closely with the technicians and in making sure that every customer is satisfied and any issues are solved. His goal is making the customer happy, and he stands behind his promises. We were in a real bind as our HVAC thermostat had crashed. It was 92 degrees in the summer. Thermostats are not hard to replace, but we didnt know if there was other issues lingering causing it to malfunction.The amazing thing is that we called several companies and nobody really seemed that interested to help. It was mind boggling. Several companies didnt even answer the phone.We called Mitch Wright and not only were they prompt, the customer service support was stellar. They were super responsive and communicated with us through several phone calls.They are professionals. And it shows on every level. Very thankful for being treated the way I would treat someone in need. Definitely made us a customer for life.

We had used this company for about a year for minor plumbing issues. I was very pleased . Even referred them to colleagues, friends and family. However, we called about our washer not draining properly and that turned into our kitchen sink pipe being burst. After tech “cleaned the line”, we were unable to use our kitchen sink. Which was not our problem in the first place! Well we called for a someone to come out and fix the sink and was quoted 2k! Again that was not issue when we called. The tech, who was very polite, ensured me that he did not cause the pipe to burst and water had been poring from my sink to the floor the entire time! After speaking to several, very polite people, it was determined by the company that it was not their responsibility because my sink was dripping when they got there. After expressing my grievances with a supervisor he ensured me that they were not trying to skirt responsibility and that he would call me back after speaking to another supervisor! Never heard back.Got quotes from 2 other plumbers who said, yes they burst the pipe but there was no way that I would be able to prove it because of the age of my house, and the pipe was compromised by rust. We got another plumber to do the job for a fraction of the price that was quoted.We were apart of this club plan. That is a complete joke. We ended up spending $600 (on this one issues) with Mitch and all they did was cause major damage to our house that we had to foot the bill for. Needless to say, We called and canceled the club plan only to see that we are still being charged!! Not only have they lost a customer but a reference also.

The system I ordered was out of stock, and they upgraded me at no extra charge. They threw in a few extras for no extra charge as well. The service providers were fantastic and explained everything. Was extremely erratic while repairing the reading on my thermostat. Made me feel uncomfortable in my own home.

Dalton came to repair our water heater and was extremely professional and friendly. He even let my 3 year old “help”. The price was fair, and I love the fact that they send an email with the technician’s name and photo prior to the appointment. I would definitely use them again.

I have had Mitch Wright company replace my heat and air completely, install premium fire logs in my fire place and now installing a tankless water heater. Pricing? I saw a review thinking they me be a little high.... not the case! Mitch is competitive. Can you find it cheaper? Maybe but if you were having brain surgery do you want the cheapest or the best? Mitch and his people have earned my trust, respect and business for a life time!

We are a regular Mitch Wright customer. Not only do we get personalized and professional service, but every technician or plumber and every member of the support staff seems to bend over backward to do whatever is necessary to make everything exactly the way I want it. We have had a new heating and air conditioning system, new toilets and a gas line installed on the new house we bought last year. They have honored their promise to fix anything that wasnt right. If it had to do with the installation or was under warranty, we didnt even have to ask them not to charge us. They offered immediately.

Called for emergency they took all my information never called back even though they advertise 24 hours. Not very good business. I realize it was 2 pm the Friday after Thanksgiving. But don’t say you will call back and don’t and don’t say you are 24 hours. Found someone else was here within 45 minutes of calling.

Ronnie came out to help us on Christmas Day at no extra holiday charge. He patched us up and then helped us get the large repairs we needed scheduled the following week. Pierce took the lead on the larger repairs and kept in close contact with us through every step of the project. He explored options with us and was sensitive to our concerns about our historic home. Both Ronnie and Pierce were extremely professional.

They are always very helpful and take care of what I need. I have always had great service from this company!

I personally felt this was more of a sales pitch than an actual diagnostic of my issue. Company is pretty intense and will bother you on many occasions to try to seal the deal. They also come in very high on the price list. They may be reputable but are for sure out to reel you in. Expect to pay more if you use this company.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mitch Wright! The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and was able to dispatch a technician the same day. The service technician, Marlon, was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem that I was having with my A/C unit, and was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using Mitch Wright again!

I called to see if we could run gas to a shed. I expected it would be too expensive. It turned out it would be, BUT we also learned that staying the night, living in the shed, would require more than just gas flames. Its illegal to have so high BTU in this situation. I was concerned about that as having a 2 burner propane after hours of use burned my eyes. HONESTY from Matt is appreciated. Jeanette was a delight to talk with and she got Matt, who came out shortly after I called. He measured everything, we discussed it. While we didnt proceed, I certainly will consider them for other projects. Ed

Unfortunately we had an AC unit go out on us; fortunately we had Mitch Wright to call. We looked at other providers, but Ben came out and discussed with us our options to accommodate our house. Michael and Reno showed up, installed the unit, and helped with the new thermostat schedule that best fit our needs. It was a great experience, and the first night with AC in a week was wonderful. We had a power outage which caused our AC to go out. I called Mitch Wright 1st thing the next morning. Matt was here by 10:00.He was polite, thorough, and quickly got it back up & running.Courtney, in the office, was courteous and efficient. She called before Matt got here to let me know he was on his way, and she emailed me a picture of Matt, so Id recognize him when he arrived.Their quality of work is outstanding. They are quick to respond. I cant recommend them highly enough!

All of the technicians that have performed work in our home have been very knowledgeable. They were also very polite and respectful as well as willing to go the extra mile for special requests. It seems rare these days to have workers in your home that are professional as Mitch Wright. I would recommend there service to anyone. I had general maintenance done on my furnace/AC unit recently. I received a call first thing in the morning to say they were on the way. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The new unit is working great. Overall I am very satisfied.

Found a leak on the patio, called Mitch Wright on Saturday, 5/21 and Jeremy showed up within 30 minutes. The water heater had seen its better days and then some. Fortunately it didnt need to be turned off just then, so I still had hot water. I was scheduled for Tuesday morning and Jeremy showed up bright and early. Within a few hours, I had a brand new water heater installed and all was good. Jeremy was totally professional, fast worker and everything went smoothly. I could not believe how quickly everything was handled and I really appreciated it. Its nice to feel like the employees, specifically Jeremy, cared about my well being. Mitch Wright has installed in the last 2-3 years, a new air conditioner, a new furnace and now a new water heater. Im covered all around and keep up with my maintenance contract. Thank you Jeremy for all your hard work, I really appreciate it!

Great customer service! Wes was the tech they sent and he was awesome! They diagnosed and fixed issues with my unit rather quickly and answered all my questions without hesitation! I spoke with LeighAnne in their call center and she was helpful and friendly. Any time i have an issue ill be giving them a cal!

The good: I was satisfied with the response time to fix our leaking pipes in the ground. Receptionist and service tech were both courteous.The bad: I already found the leak and had the area dug out before the tech’s arrival. The quoted price seemed very expensive for the amount of work needed. It had to be done so I agreed to it. You would think $900 to replace 2 shark bite fittings would also cover the cost of filling the hole back in but he left the hole open and I filled it in once he left.
